BEWARE OF AD FOR 'VESPA' 50CC MOPED! This moped is actually a
'VESPA STYLE' as explained to me by the salesmgr. after I had already purchased the moped. The moped is actually a chineese made product and no one at SAFERWHOLESALE seems to know the year, make, or model or the company who makes the moped. i was told the moped would arrive in 10-15 business days. I ordered on
04-10-11 and after several e-mails for a tracking #, the last e-mail I received was, that the moped was going throug customs in California.
The moped was not even in stock!

I ordered a 4-piece body kit. I went with the kit pictured with my cars make and model. It even had the same custom lights in it. I called HyperAutoParts.com I told them my cars make and model. I asked them if it came as pictured or would I have to do any do any extra mods (modifications). I was told not at all, that the kit was a perfect match and It was ecatly as pictured. Being to trusting I believed them and placed the order the next day.
I knew these people were not trust worthy when a full month and to weeks later my kit had not arrived at the shop. I also called and no one answered. The one time I got through I was asked to hold and they just hung up. I would like to mention I was very polite. So dont think they hung up because we were having issues. I also sent emails. I got a cookie cutter response from a person named "Alex" I did not even address m issue.
It was not until I sent a threat to sue and expose them I got a call. They sent me to the warehouse in California that they order thru. I spoke to a guy named "Norbet" He told me that the ware house sent them notice over a month ago that they kit was done but the skirts were no longer being produced! He said It could have been shipped he was just waiting to hear my choice. I picked an alternate side skirt and it was shipped the next day!
After the kit Arrived to the shop they went to work. I got a call a few hours later asking if there was a part missing, or if they sent me the worng kit? The shop sent me pictures which I forward to Norbet. He called me right back and said it was the right part but that it should not go on my car unless they included a grill of some sort. I called hyper auto and let them know that no accord between 98-02 could go with the kit they were saying was compatable. I told them it could be cut to fit-but it was missing a grill. Leaving the horn, radiator and electrical circuts exposed! They said no it fits and that they never said it would cover anything! I then told them that the picture for the product is on my exact car and that it is shown with the grill there. I only bought it because off the picture and the phone call! I also told them - I need my car and dont want a refund or exchange- but please pay the extra $100 for me having to cut off my grill from my old bumper and then pay to have it glue welded onto to fit with the crap they sent me. They flatly refused. I mean they took the stance that it was my. PLEASE NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THE HYPERAUTOPARTS.COM SITE! THEY ARE SCAMERS. THEY REALLY ARE NOT TRUSTWORTHY! THEY ARE AN UN ETHICAL COMPANY. I am willing to supply the email correspondence I saved with anyone interested. EVERY BLUE MOON A REALLY VILE COMPANY POPS UP-HYPERAUTOPARTS.COM IS SUCH A COMPANY. SPREAD THE WORD ABOUT THESE SHIESTERS!

I own a small business in Toronto, Canada and I found efavormart.com while searching for cheaper products. The product I ordered on efavormart.com looked almost identical to the ones I use and was cheaper even with the shipping cost. I knew that there would be customs and duty fee but it was still cheaper than getting those products in Canada. I ordered your silver round tin with a window. On efavormart.com, its side is flat when the lid is on and the rim around the window looks very thin. The tins I received on March 1 looked significantly different. First, all the lids are very loose so if I grab a tin by its lid the bottom will fall off right away. Also, the lid itself has a rim that sticks out so I can’t even seal these loose tins. The rim around the window is thick so I can’t use my company label. I bought their product for two simple reasons - its design and cost. They also sent me 199 units instead of 200. Before I actually received the product, UPS asked me to pay for the C.O.D. brokerage fee. I was not informed about this so I emailed efavormart and discussed the matter with two agents between February 20 and 21 via email. The first response I received was that UPS brokerage fee was only for customs and duty. I verified with UPS that the brokerage fee is added on top of customs and duty fee. If I knew about the additional fee on top of what I paid plus customs and duty fee, I wouldn’t have ordered from them since then it would be more expensive than buying those products in Canada. I contacted efavormart again and was told that they had nothing to do with it so I should deal with UPS directly. I asked their agent again if they were aware of UPS brokerage fee because they clearly failed to inform me about it. I asked three times via email and received no answers. I contacted UPS again and was told that efavormart is fully aware of the additional brokerage fee since they’re their regular customer and even get a discount since they ship many items overseas. I confronted efavormart three times via email but received no response. On March 1, I finally received the package but found out that products looked different than what I ordered. I used their Live Help Online to discuss the issue with an operator Christine on Mar 1, 2012 8:57:04 PM EST for about 40 minutes. I told Christine that they sent me wrong products and before even verifying what I received or asking for any pictures or proofs, she flat out told me that they sent me the right product. How did she know what I received at that point? I sent her pictures I took and she said the tin in the picture looks identical to the one on their website even after I mentioned the obvious differences. She said she also asked her manager and the manager thinks they look identical as well. Without admitting that they sent me wrong products, she suggested a refund process. She said they would waive the restocking fee but refused to pay for shipping. If I simply did not like the product then I know I’m obligated to pay for restocking fee as well as the shipping cost, but I’m not going to pay for shipping when the items I received and paid for look different than what I ordered. The wrong products they sent me are no use for me for the reasons I mentioned above. I received another email from their customer service asking, “What’s wrong? Our product is fine.” I sent the agent a long email and comparison pictures but instead of mentioning once about the differences I mentioned, she stated that there was nothing wrong with the product design. I didn’t say there’s something wrong with the design. It’s just not what I ordered. They said it fits their (simple) description they posted online, but failed to mention that ones in their picture are not the same as the ones they actually sell. I asked for a full refund and a reimbursement for sending back their products as well as for customs and duty fee which I never would’ve paid if I didn’t order from them. I offered them that if they can resend me the products which look identical to the ones on their website then customs and duty fee will be my responsibility. This time they offered me 20% rebate. I went to their website today, on March 2, and guess what I found? They changed the product picture to the ones they sent me! I actually thought they might do that so I clipped their webpage on March 1 with the date stamped by my anti-virus program. I caught them red-handed. I can’t believe they changed the picture to cover up their mistake. I’ve already filed a report to the BBB but I was wondering if there is anything I can do to get my money back even through a small claim when I am residing in Canada and they are an American-based company. I am also going to contact my credit card company if there is anything they could do since I consider this a fraud.

It really doesn't matter if you put all your personal information on Facebook proading, nosey, sick people could still have access to it regaurdless... Facebook and others alike just make it easier for the stalkers to feed. And feed is exactly what they do. I'm just disheartened I had to deactivate my accounts because I feel unsafe now having been the victim of a stalker VIA FACEBOOK. UNSAFE may not even begin to discribe the feelings I now enounter daily.

I have 3 charges on 2-22-11 for $50.00 1 charge on 2-23-11 for $50.00 and 1 charge on 3-2-11 for $9.60. These are charges that I haven't made. Someone has apparently stole my credit information. I have had to contact my bank and have my card shut off. Now I am waiting for you to gime me my money back.

Facebook is a 25 billion dollar company, you should be able to afford to hire costomer service rep's to answer our questions on the phone.

I am being charged on my credit card for charges I did not authorize. I have never used my credit card with your company. My bank has advised me to contact you to resolve this issue and find out who is doing this. They have also said I have to file a police report. The other day I received an invitation to join my BFF on her facebook page. I responded immediately, although
I did wonder why she did not mention this to me in advance. Later, I did call her to acknowledge her new
venture and she was very surprised and confused because she had NOT CREATED A facebook page. She did not
know the people on the page, her so call friends, and we were both startled to learn she had became a billboard;
advertising all sorts of products. The find was amazing. Not knowing what was going on I put in my email address
and I too had a fictitious page filled with all kinds of advertisements, and products I would never use, as well
as "FRIENDS", people I DID NOT KNOW.
Is this what makes facebook so great? They get some one's email address and then create a fictitious page to give the impression one supports this advertising fiasco? If I want to be a billboard I think I could manage that on my own without the help of facebook. I tried to delete the page but you need a password to do so and of course I did not have one since I did not set up the page. I emailed facebook to get the instructions for deletion but of course I have heard nothing. HOW MANY OF YOU HAVE A FICTIOUS facebook page? You should check and see what kind of billboard you are.
I think facebook would have been successful for what it is, plenty of people can not wait to put their life story
out there; I just happen to NOT be one of them. And, since they made me a billboard advertising products I would
never use WHERE IS MY CUT?...facebook, HOW GREEDY ARE YOU? Stock in this company is tenuous at best.

I have been on level 342 for days and also payed money to win this level. I also went on you tube to see how to beat this level. I am doing everything right but it still will not let me go to the next level. I think it's a scam. just so the people will pay more money . Fix the problem. I tried everything to get in touch with candy crush, but u can't do it. No more candy crush for me, I'm done!

I am not happy with Candy Crush Saga. I am playing this game because my friends does. After reaching Level 147 for many weeks, NOTHING has accomplished. I paid some money to see if small buck would get me out of this level. They are eating my money! I still am stuck at this level with what success? I am about to lose my interest in this game since why, why are you keeping the game players, like this friendly game, glued to the computer to break the level 147 over and over for many days and weeks with no lucks. Don't you think it's funny? We have many tasks to do around the house, we have the family to take care of. It would make sense to finially break the level after a few attempts. But like this being brainwashed or addicted is not an American way to play this friendly-family type game. I expected you to give me my money back ! This is getting no where. Show a respect for avid-players after trying many attempts and still not get it. We should do something to make Candy Crush Saga to remiburse us for our time loss --- I am on verge to give it up. Not worth my time if they don't care.

This is my second complaint, I never heard from anyone the first time so I'm filing again for the last time till I turn it over to my attorney. Someone used my debit card and used $126.89 in credits. It was not authorized by me, therefore I want my money put back on my debit card.

I have lost my points I was 145 up there, lost that, now I am doing it all over again up to 35, got rid of the Kelly's 4times and never. Sent me ahead, what is going on with losing where you are in the game.

I am stuck for days now and don't care how close you go to winning you fail it sucks the game is not nice unless you can pass your levels and i am going to stop playing like a lot of others you people that make this game must let it be fun at all times it has becoming boring each day you wake is the same thing you playing its dam boring

When my FB friends send me a ticket to the next level, I accept them. Then the tickets disappear! I have had to buy tickets to the next level 3 times now, even when free ones had been sent. That's it. No more Candy Crush.

Hi,
After going to from level 50 to level 51 it crushes while I'm playing the level and I keep losing lives. Again it happened at level 51. This game kept taking my money and I don't get a chance to play a level as it keeps crushing down. Never had any complaints before and felt this game was gr8 before

For about the third or fourth time this week alone friends give me lives and less than a hour later they are gone. 30 min ago i had over 20 lives friends had sent me since 930 this am . They were all taken but 2. Such a scam! Im sure they want me to buy some but it will be a cold day in ---- before I spend another penny and I need someone to tell me who I can file an official complaint with Please

I received tickets after I passed level 245 but the app on my phone is not syncing with facebook. As well as on facebook it shows that I am still waiting on one ticket to get to the next level but the game is allowing me to play the next boards. Please correct this issue so that I can contiune playing on the app on my phone.

I authorized $5.00 to be deducted from my account to purchase chips to play Texas HoldEm which is a Zynga game. I discovered today that 54.10 was deducted from my account on June 1, 2013. Please, I am on a fixed income. I need the difference of $49.10 refunded to my account immediately. I will provide mt account number which I am instructed to do so.

This is the second time writing you, I would like 300.00 at least, it has been more put bak on my visa, you have taken money out and I have won games but my levels in the beginning did not change! I am on leverl 245 and it cannot be done unless more money is spent, this game has had it, If nothing is done I will stop and go back to others. Please move me out of 245 to 246 because you have robbed me of others thanks

I am so sorry I started playing this game, I have spent at least 300.00 getting extra moves etc, in the beginning fish started moving, finished at least 5 levels and never got credit for them! I am on level 245 and sorry not going to finish this because if you don't buy more moves etc you can not do this. since I have spent all this money I would like you to move me past this 245 level and give me back some credit I spent. I also last night I had 20 free moves, when I went back I had 5, never used the others. If this is not fixed will not play any longer, thanks! rgbrunkard@hotmail.com

I have been playing for sometime now ...your game is awesome but there are glitches in it which is very frustrating to those playing your game ...I had 209 loves I have collected and they went down to 107in one day and I had not even used them and now they were down to 99 and after playing my level they went to 33then now I have none ! You have to know how crazy tha makes us a avid game players please please fix this glitch ...it is agrivating .i would really like it if you guys where ever you are could be so kind as to replace my lives ! Thanks you !

I keep losing my lives that have been gifted first I had 70 lives and they all went Then I managed to save up 36 on two occasions and lot them all again.
Friends gift them and I save them for levels I get stuck on getting really fed up with his.

I would like to no why you keep taking my free lives these are lives that are sent to me by my Facebook friends and they keep disappearing twice now I have got over 200 lives they they have gone now I get to around 12 and again they disappear you tell me why . Is this because I don't buy them ? I love candy crush but this is really starting to turn me off the game it is happening to so of my friend WHY ?

I have the same issue with losing lives that I have saved up. This is such a ripoff, even when you don't spend any money on it. I really lie playing the game but there has been multiple times that I have had a lot of lives saved up and lost them all.

My user name is bep51. I was saving up my life because I was going on vacation and on June 27th all my life's disappeared. I had 360 life when that happen and now it continue to happen. I would like to know what is going on and can you give me my life back. This situation also happened to about 10 of my friends and family. Please correct this issue if you can. Thank you,
