There are two charges on my credit card bill that are duplicate charges. The date of the first duplicate charge is 7 / 18 / 11 and the reference numbers are 3v3vvjoo and 2h4vvjoo. I have not made any additional purchases from facebook since 7 / 18 / 11 (One of the charges is legitimate for $49. 90) . Therefore, the charge on 8 / 3 / 11 for $19. 90 (Reference number tqtg9400) is not valid.

at 9:32 this morning a charge of $150.00 was taked out of my checking account. While my sister was here visiting from vegas, I bought her gold coins for garden of time game with my debit card. Her grandson got on her computer and ordered credits from facebook game backyard monsters. I did not authorize this and would like to get my money back and get my card number off of her account.

Facebook dont have a real customer service in his Ads program.

I have a double payment and no one fix it

Changed password and entered debit card. Was charged 200.00 for facebook credits. Did not authorize this

the new feature of " Facebook messages and email" is not till activate on my account. why ?

Unauthorized charge on my credit card for $100.00 from Facebook, and a $35.00 overdfraft fee at my bank. Facebook .com 5FU7322D.

Was charged for about 470.00 over what i gotm credit for. Never do I charge more than $10.00 in one day.

they took 14.65 from my bank account on friday and have not had the credits on my cityville yet and it is now sunday.

would you believe it facebook has no link to file a complaint or directly contact them via email? three different browsers and nothing worked correctly, all my posts dissapeared for hours then double and triple posts, poor poor customer service or none at all...

I looked at my bank balance and saw two 50.00 charges on my statment that was to facebook. I havent authorized any payments and havent ordered anything on facebook. I was charged $100 for farmville credits and I dn't know why, maybe someone used my card. Anyway I have to have a refund, my bank says they will cancel my bank card and refund it soon as it clears (which will be Mon.) Why don't you just refund it now rather than involve my bank. There is no way I would ever buy $100 worth of credits, please be a good sport and refund it to my acct.

i am not happy about petville lately, i have been getting so many mystery gifts but all i get is a flower from then and i am not pleased, also i have been accepting alot of mystery gifts and they have been dissappearing! i am bot happy at all. please do something about it. you used to give out 2 pet cash and now it gives you a flower! and also stop doing so many changes! it makes it load all the time! thankyou.

Monies was denied from my bank on 11-29-2010, for none suffcient funds was the pop uo i received. Yet on 11-29-10 the bank said it was paid which caused my to be minus in my checking, with an additional $25.00 fir none suffcient funds, yet i have never received any money or credits from facebook and now wish not to simply cause i'm needing the $75.00 back that midwwest bank say's they paid.

I am very tired of misleading game tactics this company is using in order to get players into an advertising site that then receives my information I would not otherwise have given out. I think this is very underhanded and may lead to future problems for people who play, given the fact these companies have obtained personal information.

I am so so so sick of every time I win a hard game candy crush sends me a problem with candy crush and clearing the game I just played. You take my lives, clear my games, send rebooting as I am winning a game and I am so close to the end. I am just sick of it. I can't challenge an one because I keep getting my games interfered with. My compliant is that i only wanted to spend 10. 00 to get some credits on facebook poker game. Facebook keeps charging my credit card even though my ad was canceled two weeks ago. I called their number and all I get is direction to email them at c.facebook.com/credit which does not work - that just takes me to my facebook page. This is very frustrating. How can I get my refunds, or talk to a person in Facebook billing?

on July 21 facebook made eight 1.00$ charges that i did not do.
Then on July 26 facebook made another charge of 4.10 that i did not do, and on August 1 another 4.50 that i did not do. May i have those charges back please..

i have been using gift cards to buy facebook credits and it will not let me use them anymore. i dont have a credit card so i have been buying the gift cards. i have been told by the giftcard company that i cannot make multiple purchases from different cards. can you change this for me please?
