The update is HORRIBLE! Each time I try to play a video, it closes the app. The other was much more simpler and neat. Now it seems like they are trying to place every button in plain sight which makes it look sloppy and outdated unsteady of shiny and simple like it use to use. Plus its harder to use to be. But this is the best Facebook app they have for Kindle Fire that I've found, only reason I'm sticking with it.

Facebook has disabled my account giving a specific reason. In multiple emails they have given no specific reason as to what I have done wrong. they did not state which specific incident, prompted by account being disabled. I cannot be of fault for not following rules, where the specifics are no where to be found. Facebook also baits users to get their account disabled by encouraging actions that will get their accounts disabled. Their warning system is not functional, because just the mere fact that a warning message has been displayed can be a reason for a user's account becoming disabled. Facebook gives no specific rules( limits on friend requests, posts and comments per day) which users can not help being confused.

Here the hackers’ role comes in picture where these hackers post or sponsors a message with a link to another site.
These link are full of malware parasite and when clicked on this link, personal information or social security is gifted to hackers i.e. hackers are now eligible to access and gain all our personal information, thus a good example of identity fraud.
Security experts people about any posting that links to an outside site. In the same they should be careful about this in case of strangers or untrusted sources.

I have fallen victim to Facebook's "friending" policy twice now, and it is really irritating me. Facebook routinely recommends that I become "friends" with certain people, based on other people I am friends with already. I submitted friend requests to 8 people (with whom I have more than 30 mutual friends) and I was quickly banned from making anymore Facebook friends for 7 days and was forced to their community standards page for review. Seriously? Is anyone else fed up with this? It's like Facebook entrapment or something!

I tried to open up my facebook account to check what was happening with it when facebook said to try to sign in again. I assumed I had mistyped my password and tried again. But I found out that my account was down for maintenance and would be up again in a few hours. I tried again and again with the same response. With Facebook and its reputation for always having the ability to log on, this display they've put on has enraged me and it should not go unscathed. They need to know doing something like that will not be tolerated by me or any other user of Facebook.

My password was changed this morning at 8 am I didn't wake until 9:30/10:00 They have a hackers software where they can enter your password and it would give them your password in a matter or minutes. It would come back across as them not knowing me, (thereby) qualifying for SPAM just because of the settings they have. I was just excepting the request that were being suggested. I was playing zynga poker slots and my chips were stolen. I was at 400k and it went down to 12k. When I contacted customer service I got a template saying that they couldnt determine my chips were stolen so they wouldnt replace them. I grew up around many country musicians. A couple friends of mine were in bands that opened up for big acts in smaller towns. I have met a lot of famous musicians. A couple of years ago my buddy asks me to go to Fanfest in Nashville with him and his uncle. His uncle was some big shot and introduced us to everyone. My friend kept asking everyone we met if him and I could send them friend requests on Facebook. At the time I didn’t even Know what he was talking about. I managed a big printing company and had no spare time. Since then from the stress from management I came down with acute anxiety syndrome and extreme depression. For two days I have been trying to get this cleared up but their customer support is a joke. Isn’t it illegal to block my personal messages to people without looking into if I know them more? It’s just ridiculous that I have their permission and am being blocked for two days now. What can I do?

Angry I took to social media to tell my story. I colleague of from LinkedIN posted last night his story when he created a campaign with FB that he woke one morning to find his daily billing had been increased to $3000 from a $200 campaign and that FB had spent $170.

I logged into my account this morning to find
1) My like campaign promoting https://www.facebook.com/GroovyMail had been activated
2) I still didn't have access to this URL as the owner of the business and it returns a 404 error page doesn't exist
3) My daily billing had increased from $600 to $2 per day

Lucky for me I caught it early and that I had only been charged $4.00 and that I use paypal so I was able to let paypal know not to pay FB and changed my paypal access details so that FB can't be paid until I resolve this issue.

The strange thing is that you can't activate a like campaign without a valid URL. I remember this when I produced the campaign and none of Groovy Mail's business URL's work they all return a 404 error page doesn't exist.

I know I followed the steps as an administrator to claim my business
I got an email confirmation that I had successfully claimed my business and I successfully merged my page with my places and then 3 days after I start a promotional campaign I have no access to my business name pages, places...I tried to set up another business page but I can't claim my business name Groovy Mail because it isn't available.

I get there isn't customer service for any facebook users but if you pay for service Facebook should have a team specifically managing ads and to service any questions to those business promoting on there site. Facebook is in bad business and judging by this site about all the non confirmed charges it's fair to say...

Use paypal and not a credit card with them because Paypal can help you with any issues.

I let my granddaughter charge one time for farm bucks of $10. It ended up costing $70. I recieved charges on Feb. 21 6 times totaling that. She is 12. Who holds facebook accountable? What if your complaint is not regarding ANYONE ON FACEBOOK, but rather FACEBOOK themselves? For the likely purpose that with each passing word in my post the chances of each reader's retention decreases; I'd like to say that if you are associated with a major news/media/press outlet and are interested in facts NOT theory, on hearing my full story in detail about how Facebook manipulates it's platform to strongarm select minorities with bait, lure then tackle.

The bottom line and I'm certain what can be proven to be a big problem for many people who have spent hundreds, even thousands of hours investing in building their facebook page as a community, the same way as an author does their book.. is this;
"a link was shown beneath the message facebook had to pop-up on my screen which permitted the user to click on such a link if you did not think facebook's action on your account was justifiable, " so I clicked and a standard website message submit box popped up.
YOU MUST KNOW, that if it were not for the links which appear on the bottom of select, random fb messages... one can spend hours.. and will, but not find a way to submit an electronic message. And there certainly is NOT a phone number anywhere at all! Even an email address would be my most preferred method that way there is a record of your submissions. They are set up so if they don't like a consumers complaint, they easily retaliate against you by further restraint on your account. It's more of YOUR life investment going to waste, not theirs... after all, no one is holding them accountable.
After a week when their action against my account is not reversed the same link presents itself again and I send a similar message with a little more haste, threatening to step my complaint up to a public level.
That was yesterday. Today, my book publishing agent said he sent me a message on there and of course I believe he did... but the problem is, I don't think he truthfully believes that I didn't get it. And I'm certainly not going to tell him that facebook has locked my messaging feature down on my account. So I try to send a email directly to my publisher... it says no sending messages, I have been blocked by facebook.

The details of the nit picky claims that facebook make in order to take these actions when compared to the archived screenshots that I have of some of the out right PORNOGRAPHIC ads they allow to post and vulgarity.. well, you decide. They are facebook's advertisers, they don't subcontract that service out to a 3rd party.. I've done my research. I'm a Author, Pastor, and Church Planter... and facebook allows you to go next to each ad and say if that type of ad pertains to you.. if not.. why not.. and there is options such as objectionable, offensive, etc. Then they immediately dissipate. So I guess you could say, facebook claims to be polling you and allowing you to decide... but they claim. They are not held accountable. The very same ads pop back up the next time you log back in. Your votes are good MAYBE for one session.. just maybe. But I'm banned from sending "Friend Requests" for an Entire Month because in facebook's words "several facebook users you have sent requests to say they don't know you on or off of facebook so we've put this temporary block in place."
Well, as I've told facebook again and again, "x" number of every 50 friend requests you send might claim they don't know you for any of several reasons:
1. They may just not like or care for you at all.
2. A desire for anonymity
3. That person has recently become friends with someone who really, REALLY don't
like you. Such as an ex-girlfriend, ex-boyfriend, ex-wife, and all of those peoples relatives. Someone you've fired. You can think, and get really creative here.
THE LIST CAN PROBABLY GET VERY LONG... IT'S NOT WORTH THE TIME I'VE ALREADY SPENT IN IT. IF I DIDN'T THINK I AT LEAST HAD THE CHANCE OF COSTING FACEBOOK ONE OR TWO OF THEIR EMPLOYEES TIME FOR A DAY OR TWO TO READ INTO THIS, I WOULDN'T EVEN FUSS ABOUT IT. AND PERSONALLY, I COULD CARELESS NOW IF ONCE THEY SPENT SUCH TIME THEY DELETED MY ACCOUNT ALTOGETHER. IT WOULD BE IN THEIR BEST INTEREST BECAUSE IT'S NOTHING BUT A WHOLE LONG INTERACTIVE ONLINE LIST ACCESSIBLE TO ALL MY 2600 FANS/FRIENDS AND A LEGAL LIABILITY TO THEM PROVING THAT FACEBOOKS ACTIONS ARE RECENT SINCE I MADE A COMPLAINT ABOUT A PROSTITUTE THAT WAS SELLING SEX THROUGH THEIR WEBSITE. I found an unauthorized charge for 46.95 on my bank statement. I would like an immediate refund. I've already contacted my bank about this charge. This charge was dated 6/15/2013. Facebook blocks handicapped and/or near handicapped people from doing friend requests to fellow fibromyalgia/ms and related from networking and giving and gaining support friends through friend requests. I was blocked for two days from adding friends and even from sending a question about it to the founder of facebook. They say the block may last longer . It appears to be discrimination? But may be an automatic response by their software. I have included the address of facebook and their phone number above. I have noticed a lot of people need the contact info but do not have it.

there were over 200.00 in charges to my credit card that I did not authorize for facebook to take, I have not authorized anyone to use my card to purchase anything on facebook since last month when I purchased gold. I want it to be refunded back to my card asap ; if not sooner. Some one has gotten access to my account and STOLE my IDENTITY and facebook locked me out til they sent me a code to log back in. My identity was stolen and I want this situation rectified immediately! NO IFS, ANDS, OR BUTS ABOUT IT!
I want my money returned to me today.

I recived a message from some one claming to from facebook ( Mary Mark). Saying i have won $500, 000.00 usd. This person clamied that the FBI knows about this promo. Anytime i get on line this person starts to haras me about wanting something from fedex, i cant get a strait answer from them on what it is.
