FAB / lack of company interest in complaints; very poor service

This bank decided to withhold my funds without my consent and have not returned my money back to my account. To add salt to the wound they are simply not assisting when you call the customer service line. Nobody is picking up except the lost card service line in which they are just rude and not able to help at all. I will definitely discontinue with this bank and let anybody new to this country know about how bad your service is. I owe nothing to FAB and they choose to temper with my funds without informing me. I will be finding out of any possible law suit about this situation am facing as am getting zero assistance! Shame on you.
