Very deceitful company. Promises are not valid when verbal, so they promise you whatever you want just to get your money. Lost my business because of them. Contract is written in a way so that they can do to you whatever they want and get away with it. NEVER! NEVER! NEVER! use them!

My experience with Ez Unsecured, I asked them for a loan or line of credit for 50, 000 to 100, 000 dollars. They got me an American Express charge card for 75, 000, what the hell am i gonna do with that? And tried to charge me 5, 500 dollars. That definately a rip off, thas like going buy a family car and coming back with a bike. Stay away search the internet for other companies.

It is in our best interest to work with customers who have complaints in order to reach a reasonable and fair resolution and establish a long term business relationship. One of our core values is to demonstrate our respect and commitment to all of our clients. In most cases, we go beyond what is fair for the company to satisfy a displeased client.

If you have a specific complaint or concern, please communicate directly with me at QCA@hitwebdesign.com or CEO@hitwebdesign.com.

Sounds like people need to start sending complaints to the Nevada's Attorney General's Office. This company sounds like it operates a lot like Hit Web Design... seems like there are a lot of companies out there looking to prey upon people with tightly written contracts.

Stay away from EZUnsecured.com, please. They pray on start up businesses who do not have the time or resources to fight thier scam.

If you want to grow your business STAY AWAY !

I can only hope the SEC shuts them down and they all go to jail for a long time.

I used to work at the company in 2008 for a short time and the owner lives in Florida, his name is Marcio Andrade.

They are a complete rip off. They do not have relationships with any banks. All they do is go online and fill out applicatons on the internet and they will make 10 or more applications at once which reduces the clients credit score etc...Obviously, anyone can do this on their own.

This company is a complete scam and stay away from them!

I also work for EZUnsecured.com and have for quite a while. We have funded thousands of clients who are very happy with our services. We DO NOT rip people off! We work very hard for our clients and we expect that they will pay us for our services. Most of the time, we are the ones who get ripped off. We work for a client and get them the money they need, and they decide that it isn't good enough, or it's not exactly what they wanted so they shouldn't have to pay us. The services have already been rendered, and the fees should be paid. We don't work for free! Even during this economy crisis, we are still getting people the money they need to save their businesses. All of us here work very diligently for our clients and will continue to do so.

I was almost going to be a client but I do agree with the women above. If your getting a really bad CC or bad loans at terrible rates, why would anyone want that. Your company forces your clients to take a bad loan that you got for them and then you charge them a crazy price for it. It doesn't make sense to me. Your fees are just out of control which is why people feel scamed. Make your prices more reasonable, get the credit people want, don't force things on them with your contract and you might just not only stay in business but might get some real praise.

I am having the same issue that is listed above this these fraudulent people. I even sent in an amendment with my contract stating that I will not agree to pay any fees unless I approve of the loan and it terms. Long story short, they did not follow through with their word on the type of loan that I needed and charged me over $20, 000 for a $90, 000 line of credit on a credit card. What a joke. Stay Away! Eventually they will be shutdown and all parties involved will go to Jail!. Until then, steer clear of this company. EZUnsecured and their shelter company Jade Rock Enterprises, LLC is a Scam and a Fraud.

I was going to work for this company in 2008 and I am so glad that I quit before i got any funds from potential clients. As a very experienced person in Finance industry i could look ath efile and knew that it will not get funded from any lenders or banks then we were told to sell them other products and redo the credit and charge them close to 300.00 for updating the credit. If one lender refused to fund we were told to submit loans to several lenders at the same time and each lender will pull their own credit thus negatively impacting the credit worthiness of clients. With me there were 4 more associates who left. What a crook company. Peron name Gora who recruited me also left. I do not know who is running the company now. any one reading this should save their money in their pockets rather then giving to this company. Credit market is tough and if they can do it so can you. Save your money and credit.

I have read several blogs where people have claimed that they were ripped off by this company. So far, I have not read any actual evidence to this accusation. I do not work for the company and do not know anyone who does.

How did this company cause your business to fail?

I work at EZUnsecured.com and the only Complaints we usually get are from Clients trying to evade paying us Success Fees when they obtain the Financing they requested. We take our work seriously and expect our Clients to take our Invoices seriously - If we get you funded, you pay the Success Fee as agreed - It's very simple.

Based on the claim you are making about us, my guess is that you did not even read the Contract you signed and made your own incorrect assumptions about the fees we charge and when you incur them, so please read your contract first before making any false claims. We are here to get Clients FUNDED.
