Ezpopsy / horrible

Hello, I have an issue with Ezpopsy and I want them to contact me as soon as possible. I have purchased four items from their store and sent one item back because it did not fit and was way too small.
Ezpopsy said that I'll be getting a replacement any time soon but it did not arrive and later they contacted me and said that my item was no longer in stock. I asked for a refund and they said sure and that was the last thing I heard from them. I want to know what is going on and when will I get my money. I would be happy to get a reply from Ezpopsy.
