They take your money and then they call you saying sorry there is strike and the flight is canceled and give you another option which is not suitable for you to refuse and then they say we will refund the money but we must take cancelation fees which is too much. and their partner Travelnmore.co.uk
If you call the airline to ask about the strike you will discover that there is no strike at all. they intend to be ATOL protected but they don't have ATOL number, Be careful.
I am also a victim of fraud will contact police take legal action, i paid £1900 as i had to reschedule, was given 2 false E ticket numbers.I still have to buy 2 more tickets from legitamate airline or risk my xmas being ruined.
Did this ever get resolved? Did you seek legal action? I'm in the States and they are not refunding me for a round-trip flight that was refunded to them. I'm now seeking legal action and feel this could be a bigger case than we even know.
This company is a fraud! Do not buy from them. We got professionals involved and their banks to help us to get our moneys back! Everything is fake and not legit!
They just scammed me and i try to get the money from my bank by visa disputes but now its been declined how can i get my money back please
Stupidly paid for a flight to Aus, after a week still not tickets, so I phoned the airline who confirmed the booking had been cancelled with them due to non payment by the agent, no they say they made multiple bookings in my name they are also cancelled,
stay away from this outfit - other names are Travelheights, Oceanair, FlyCheapest.. all the same firm. I have been scammed for £1400.00 plus had to pay a further £1900.00 to get to Aus for Christmas, The moral is - Cheapest may not be best or genuine.. I should Know better!
FLYCHEAPEST, EZEE FLIGHT TRAVEL LTD OR TRAVEL N MORE.CO.UK ARE ALL FROM INDIA. IT MIGHT BE BASED HERE IN ENGLAND BUT THEY ARE ACTUALLY IN NEW DELHI INDIA. THEY JUST PRETENT TO HAVE AN ENGLISH NAMES. ANYWAY, WE BOOKED A FLIGHT WITH THEM. THEN PAID THEM IN FULL, STUPIDLY ENOUGH. I EMAILED AND PHONE THEM ASKING FOR THE BOOKING REF OR THE CONFIRMATION OF THE FLIGHT, BUT THEY JUST KEEP ON PUTTING IT OFF. SOME OF US ARE GENUINE AND LAW ABIDING PEOPLE THAT WHEN YOU WANT TO SPEND SOME OF YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY TO SPEND TIME WITH YOUR FAMILIES AND LOVED ONES OVERSEAS, THEY DONT CARE. THEY JUST TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU. I WONDER WHEN IT WILL HAPPENS TO THEM!? AVOID THEM OR YOU WILL BE SORRY.
The Atol number provided by "Nevile" is also false. They are not Atol protected !
Eeziflights also trading as Travelnmore are a bunch of rip off cowboys. We paid for two flights and they then come back and said those flights were not available but they could get alternatives at higher price. We refused and demanded our money back. When we put our cancellation in writing they then booked alternative flights the day after and are now refusing to refund any money at all! Avoid them like the plague.
Ezee Flights managed to get 22 passengers stranded in Frankfurt as they took everyone's money but did not pay for the second leg of the trip to Goa. We were stranded in Frankfurt for 4 nights during which time Ezee Flights repeatedly lied to us, blaming the airline, but it turns out they never transferred our money to the airline in the first place. The airline gave us complimentary tickets and we had to buy return flights (at a much higher price) with other companies to get back. Total, total nightmare. So far we have not been given a refund, Ezee Flights basically said they'd give us a partial refund if we assured them we would not take legal action. The company has rented office space in Uxbridge but is based in Delhi. They all have Anglocised names like Andy and Mickey but these are not their real names (their manager is called 'Danny Stephens' but it turns out he doesn't speak a word of English), I wouldn't be surprised if the entry above by 'Nevile" is one of their staff - I'm pretty sure Nevile is spelt with two 'L's.
ezee flights is based in Middlesex and in terms of refund they are better than my previous travel agency. They are fully atol bonded and Iata certified. and atol number is 10284. No doubt they in case of ticket delivery they are bit slow But the price which they have is fantastic. I cant get such cheaper price anywhere. Nevile
I will never use this company again... They are eager to get your booking and money, then when it comes to tickets difficult to deliver. I had to keep chasing them and calling for etickets. Then only because I needed to change a meal on flight that i discovered they had not paid or my domestic flights. So I would have gotten to Johannesburg and have been stranded. It took a lot of calls and threats to report them, sue them. Then they gave us a partial refunded for non existent domestic flight that we had paid for. They made my travel arrangements more stressful and I had many asleep less night. I recommend just going to airline website and booking direct, far less stressful. Also ths company has another name to ' travel n more'. Don't deal with them at all. Main company is in India!
ezee flights...rip off flights, advertise a flight with a total price of 380 GBP, when you call they dont call you back, when you speak to someone on live chat they tell you the price is 699 GBP for the same flight! when i ask why the price increase they do not reply! con artists! do not use!
