EZ Wealth Solution is a text book scam or ponzi. The focus is on recruitment (big RED flag) and the product is software that is worthless and can be downloaded free online or for a few bucks. They have inflated the value of what you get, tell you that you get 100% of what you are selling, which is garbage - that is what you will be selling. Then you tell everyone you know about it, they say they will buy you into the first few levels, but then at some point you are asked for $1000 or more. Ron Walsh started this one of out of Nova Scotia Canada. Jim Carpenter is part of Ron Walsh's team of con artists. Beware of this one, its a ponzi sure as the nose on your face, with money moving up to the top, newcomers will get nothing. They claim they have paid out 1/2 million, can't wait for Industry Canada and the FTC to shut this one down.

It's definitely not a ponzi or a scam. Anyone can join for $10 and take your free 100 products from Package 1 which is given to you by your sponsor, and your free 100 in the Bonus Pack if you join within 24 hours, and walk away with your 200 digital & software products with unlimited lifetime master resale rights, and resell them over & over on your own, many of those are brandable with your own links, many written by 6-to-7 figure earning famous-name marketers, and many have over 100 pages of info. Nobody ever has to upgrade if they don't want to. The first post is definitely WRONG, I've been in it for over 2 years and understand the compensation plan completely, here's why and how it has nothing to do with being a ponzi, read it carefully, study the chart while watching the videos on the site. That is a patented pay plan.

T, here isn't any free lunch. If it smells like, looks like, tastes like, and walks like a duck ... it must be a duck. This reeks of scam all over the place. Besides a Kindle has a free 65, 000 book library, and anyone can download the "free software" to run it. So what, exactly, is the software that is being hawked?

Wow. How is selling "products" for affiliate commissions a "ponzi"? I've never heard of such a thing! I'm making money for my sales. All anyone has to do is watch the sales videos to see exactly what it is. If they don't like it ... guess what? They don't have to join :-) It sure does pay $97 - $997 commissions, though. I am enjoying being a member. Last I checked, selling products as an affiliate wasn't against the law.

EZ Wealth Solutions a Scam...No Way...Just Ask Jim Carpenter, he made $160, 000 dollars his first year with EZ Wealth and he is also my sponsor. All I can say is that we are in the money big time. Heck, no risk, we pay your first level for free.

The sad part is the scam is very easy to do for any of you in here...

1. Get the script. Just google "1 up script". You will find an excellent resource for this script. It's called EZ Gold Cost is about $300.

2. Software to stock the shelves. Just google "unselfish plr vault" and you will have DAILY plr to stock with.

Reason I enter this is because the Internet has created the ability to create a "New Age" pyramid scheme. You get the script, host it on host gator, have it installed, stock it up and market away. Guru.com will get you setup with graphics.

The key is, smart people know that digital products are free for the most part BUT you can value them as high as you like. That's where illegal new age pyramid schemes are born. EZWealthsolution is one of them.

That's the reason the owner has people booking domain names and forwarding them to his script. He can't get into too much trouble because he simply manages the membership fee and let's the rest of the suckers use their own accounts to run the cash up the pyramid. They buck up the $47 - then the $1000 - up the chain at first, then they now become the one getting the cash.

Very clever and should take some years for the FTC to catch on to.

I've been with EZ Wealth Solution since June 2009. The program has been open since 2007. It's now September 2010 and EZ Wealth Solution is still live and they still use the same domain name they've always used.

My point is simple. Ponzi's or scams don't last that long. A ponzi or scam program will also shut their doors and find a new domain name once people get the word of the scam or, they simply will shut their doors forever. This has never been the case with EZ Wealth Solution.

EZ Wealth Solution is like any other online income opportunity. You must promote it to make money. Unfortunately, those who can't make any money may resort to whining, complaining or posting complaints like the ones you see on this site.

I like to compare this to people who go around bashing labor unions saying that the workers are overpaid and have too many benefits. Usually, the only people who complain about unions are the people who aren't working for one because if they were getting a union check, everything would be fine and good.

Whether it be EZ Wealth Solution or any other program you are researching, I would take complaints like the ones on this site very lightly. Just ask yourself this simple question. If EZ Wealth Solution which has been going strong since 2007 is a scam and people have filed all kinds of complaints which you can obviously see on sites like this, why hasn't it been shut down yet? Why isn't anyone with any power of authority still letting this site operate? The answer is REALLY simple...

The answer is, "BECAUSE IT ISN'T A SCAM!"

Do you all not realize that just to try it out is $10 bucks (a McDonald's meal for two - not a fancy meal or a trip to Las Vegas)? My goodness! This is the best thing next to great sex! I'm honored to be a part of that business! http://www.yourtaxitocash.com

Regardless of what "Frank" is whining about, EZ Wealth Solution is a legitimate network marketing opportunity and if you promote it and believe in it, you can make money! However, like any business, whether brick & morter or internet, you only get out of it what you are willing to put into it. The name EZ Wealth Solution might be a bit misleading as there is NO easy way to wealth. You can make money with EZ Wealth if you treat it as a business, be patient and promote it as you would any other venture. This Frank dude must be a real loser and just not willing to put any effort into it. I doubt he would make any money on ANY business he tried to operate!

It's pretty interesting seeing how many EZWealthSolution sockpuppets have made up stories here. Make no mistake, it's a massive scam, and a large part of itinvolves poisoning Google search results by posting thousands of fake messages and articles about its supposed benefits.

I think there is no right or wrong answers here about internet marketing business. Every marketer has a product or service to sell. In this case, it's electronic information with a scheme. If you can understand the system or scheme and can do the marketing for these products and make a buck without feeling bad about taking money from others who are willing to pay for it, then go ahead with it. Scam or no scams, it's "buyers beware!". The most secure business is FTC compliance. DO your own research. Jerome 12SC

Frank is a typical loser. I call them "professional complainers" because they are in the dark but think their expertise is worth something. Oh it's a ponzi scam...get real Frank and keep your advise to yourself because people like you don't deserve to comment on anything that is productive. Show me that you are successful on the Internet and then, and only then, will we take your advice. I made $1.7 million dollars in 18 months on the Internet and Yes I can prove it and I didn't make it from individuals like you. As a matter of fact...I would have blown you off the phone in the first minute we talked.

Let's face it Frank, there are two kinds of people in this world. Those who make money and those who make excuses! Now what's your excuse frank?

Here's a tip. Just go in on the first level and let the person who recruited you pay your way in. Go into the higher levels from PROFITS. DO NOT put the $1800 or so dollars from your own pockets into nothing on this internet.

They will tell you to go in at the highest level you can afford. I would not suggest that. They will tell you the sales you will pass up if you don't go in at the highest level you can afford. Don't fall for it. Just do level 1 and see how things work out for you first.

The problem is if you get referrals and they don't work the program you will NOT make any money unless you can resell the software. Better to find this out before you put your hard earned dollars in.

Now I am thoroughly confused! I am looking for a legitimate business to either start or buy into and was considering EZ Wealth! I have read in countless ezine articles that one of the foremost red flags of warning is when a business puts more emphises on recruiting than in their product or service! My opinion is that there are three types of online network marketing businesses; 1) a business that promotes a product(s) as their selling point. 2) a business that promotes recruiting as their main focus. 3) a business that promotes programs that help you to sell products, services, etc.. Of course the real marketing businesses such as Avon or Tupperware promote both product and recruiting. So - if someone can convince me (other than Frank!) that EZ Wealth is a legitimate, money making opportunity, I would be interested in joining.
Thanks,
Brian

Hi My name is Daniel and I live in Utah. Yes you do have to recruit people but you gotta be stupid not to do this. All your doing is Selling software. Once you sign up under your friend or whoever, that person gets your first sale and you pay $47.00 dollars ONCE you never pay it again. Now your at the top. The next person you get is yours. When they pay there $47.00 and give you there first sale, there at the top now. Its not even a pyramid, because everyone benefits not the person at top. I have been with them for 2 months and have made around 13k and still going. So please read up before you take these guys advice that its a scam.

Sounds like Frank is a little bitter, over what who knows?

I've been a very happy member of EZ Wealth Solution since 7/1/08. It is the most honest of all the programs that I've tried to make money with, in fact, it's the only program that I've made money with.

Frank, before you go calling something a "ponzi", you may wish to look up the term, The term "Ponzi scheme" is a widely known description of any scam that pays early investors returns from the investments of later investors.

With EZ Wealth Solution, you are paying for the right to resell the products featured in EZ Wealth Solution ...no ponzi here, sorry Frank..

As far as the rest of your rambling, it doesn't even make sense so no need to comment further.

Wow sounds like Frank didn't do his homework now did he! Just to clarify Frank's complaints and misinterpretations of the company... First off, the product you get is NOT garbage, quite the contrary, you get 100% resale rights to 100's of Ebooks, apparently Frank has never heard of the Kindle, these Ebooks can make you a fortune and that's not even what the company brags about. The "you can keep 100% of what you are selling" line Frank mentioned is not accurate...DUH of course you keep what you purchased, which is the Ebook packages, how do you keep what you sell Frank? The 100% the company brags about is that you KEEP 100% of the commissions! You DO NOT share the commissions with the company, all they ask for is a measly $10.00 a month for 2 websites and a virtual arsenal of advertising information FREE, business cards FREE, Adtraxers FREE, Banners FREE hmmm must i go on? Now regarding the "at some point they will ask you for $1, 000" statement of our dear Frank was bogus as well, you see there are 5 product Level packages, you purchase into whatever Level you can afford, Level 1 being $47 however the members use the Pay it Forward system and sponsor their member into that Level to give them a "leg up" to get them started without actually putting forth any money. Now people come in at Levels 2, 3, 4 & 5 all the time it's all at whatever pace YOU want it to be and what you can afford, thry never ever pressure you to pay into what you can't afford and actually discourage you from overstepping your means. Oh here's another tip..once you pay on one level, you NEVER EVER have to pay into it EVER again. You see people like Frank are this...either uneducated or extremely jealous because Ron Walsh has actually taken the power of the internet, and combined it with the power of people worldwide and an ingenious payplan! It's not MLM and that's what makes people like Frank who may be trying to build the standard MLM business so mad!
Sorry Frank, I have been in this business only 14 days and already made all my money back...can you say the same Frank? My bet is not. Anyone needs more info. take the tour! My best to all and no hard feelings Frank just needed to clear things up for people!
