Eyemed Vision / Poor Customer service
Eyemed Vision Insurance is piss poor at customer service. Try calling them for answers and you end up getting "Eva" a virtual assistant. "Eva" is a big PIA and gives incorrect information while the sound track pretends she's typing on a keyboard (really cheesey!) After five full minutes of this crap, you get transferred to a real person, who is usually as dense and unhelpful as Eva. This plan is a big PIA for the little reimbursement providers get. Stay away from Eyemed and simplify your practice!
