Exxon over filling gas tank

Reports show overfilling your gas tank can affect your vehicle's performance as well as create pollution over time from spillage. I went to Exxon on the Run in Lakewood, NJ. I specifically requested to not continue filling my tank once it full because it happens often at this location. The attendant said ok. When the total came to $37.67, the attendant continued to fill the tank until the number reached $38.00. He then asked if this was good enough. I said we just discussed not filling more when the tank was full. He ignored me. This is not the first time or the only station. Customers are not allowed to pump their own gas in New Jersey. This is a concern because the state gas tax increased for the second time in a year on Oct 1. So not only are you paying more at the pump, the gas stations are forcing you to pay even more by overfilling your tank. This may fall on deaf ears but there are millions of drivers in NJ who deal with this issue daily.

Exxon illegal activity

In the state of New Jersey, it is illegal to pump your own gas. Today, October 2, 2018, at 12:26 am where I waited outside by the pump for five minutes prior to going inside. I assumed that the gas station attendant hadn't seen me pull up. When I walked inside, I asked where the attendant was and was told by the guy behind the counter (I believe his name was Melba) that he could activate the pump for me but I would have to go outside and pump it for myself because he was alone and could not leave the store unattended. When I told him this was illegal, I was told that "We all do illegal things sometimes." This is absolutely unacceptable and needs to be rectified immediately. This happened at the Exxon located at 490 Route 17 South in Ridgewood, New Jersey. This Exxon location is listed as a 24 hour location, all the lights were on and the guy stated that they were open and this is their normal protocol. Exxon providing air and water to customers.

I frequent my neighborhood Mobil gas station. It is located less than a mile from my home and work. I requested the attendant to turn on the air because I had an almost flat tire. He refused to turn on the air unless I paid one dollar. I told him that the state of California requires gas stations to supply air and water to their customers free of charge. I also told the attendant that I am a frequent customer because of the proximity to my home and place of employment. He said unless I had a receipt proving that I am a paying customer that he would not turn on the air without the one dollar payment. He was extremely rude. My tire was almost flat so I had to pay the one dollar. He then provided me a recipe for a one dollar snack. This is a problem. First, I have a fraudulent receipt and second the attendant was rude and not accommodating in the least. I want a representative from your company to tell me why I should continue to patronize Exxon Mobil gas stations when I will be treated in this manner. In addition, I would like to know how a long standing company can support the inappropriate behaviors of their franchise partners wh refuse to follow state guidelines. Lastly, legalities aside, any company of your status and longevity should be bending over backwards to accommodate their customers and ensuring their gas and service experiences are pleasant, friendly and helpful. Exxon service & attention

3800 South Loop 336 East Conroe 77301. This location service is poor & all the stuff really expensive that all other locations. They are paying attention & really good care illegal game machines inside. People smoking inside & smsell bad. Seems they keep hidden & selling many kind sex pills, sex DVD & magazines. Not really focusing on regular merchandise & gas service.

Exxon gas station, c store

There is this store on 3800 south loop336 east 77301 conroe tx. That allow people to smoke inside while they play slots machines which they the owners Ali and Ahamed Ishtiaq pay cash illegally since gambling is illegal in texas.they also sale drug paraphernalia such as glass pipes, weed pipes, baggies, porn dvds and sex enhancement pills.also they allow regular customers to pay anything with food stamps sometimes even giving cash back so they can go play the machines in the back room .they also reuse the ice bags Ahamed Ishtiaq (alias Ike)use to transport ice to his other stores .Ali also smokes in the store all the tume he is there is gross to walking to the store and smell the cigarette smoke also Ali reuses the coffee leftovers he reheats it

Exxon service station panhandling

Hello-

I just wanted to bring the attention of a panhandling problem at the service pumps of this service station on the corner of Howard Ave and St. Charles Ave at Lee Circle. This has been an ongoing problem for many years. There is always someone standing at the pumps soliciting money from customers while management has failed to respond to this issue. This is a busy intersection and one of the only service stations in the area. Many tourist and residents in this area, unfortunately have to be harassed by these undesirable conditions in our city. prior to this being brought to the attention of our City Council, I thought another email may be well accepted and appreciated. Please help!

Exxon gasoline

On June 18 2018 I purchased 30 gallons of Exxon gas at Brookneal Exxon in Brookneal Virginia. It was contaminated and caused my fuel pump on my truck to fail. I was given information to James River Petroleum and was told to submit Information. Todate they have not contacted me.
The last time I heard from them was August 22 2018 . According to the mechanic the gas looked like it had been mixed with oil. The mechanic saved the gas.

Exxon appearance and dirty

The station at Gateway Oaks and El Camino Ave. in Sacramento CA needs a lot attention. The pump handles are dirty, the pump handles are often not working at all or fail to work while filling up. Window washing water is not changed or refreshed periodically. After the morning rush they are always out of paper towels. Card readers malfunction often and the list goes on. If you want me to pump my own fuel and pay the high prices for fuel then the station should be kept in far better condition.

Exxon lottery

I went in today at 9:53 at the mobile on main st and downs to buy my dad a lottery ticket, and there was a line and the guy in front of me also wanted to buy a ticket. Yet, the employees said they close 10-15 minutes early. I tried to talk to them and they laughed in my face. That was offensive. The man and woman should be talked to. All I wanted to do was buy my disabled dad a ticket. Is that so wrong. Like it's not that much work.

Exxon customer service

On Sept. 14, 2018, at around 12:45 pm. My complaint is towards Mobil gas station in Vancouver, Canada. It is located at the corner of Grandview and Rupert streets. The employees - a lady and a man - were very rude and impatient to explain how I could use both the points card and the debit card. As a client, I believe I can ask as many questions as I need until I understand what it is being explained. However the employees were clearly impatient. Unfortunately I didnt take note of their names, but by the date and time, the company can identify the staff.

Exxon exxon gas station on clarksville pike nashville tn 37218

I used to get coffee from this gas station every night but the last couple of times I went there they didn't have any made.
I asked the employee that was working behind the desk why they didn't have any coffee if theyre a 24-hour establishment.
She said " we stop doing coffee at 1 a.m."
Her name is Nene.
I highly doubt that that is true as to they are 24-hour business.
I will stop going to this gas station and because of this.
Maybe lazy employees will consider doing something as simple as make coffee if it means losing business of loyal customers.

Hi I recently visited ur Exxon gas station on 4500south and 500 west and the employee that was working was not at the counter I found her smoking in the restroom out of a glass pipe possibly used for methamphetamine she said her name was shareese when I asked her so I would really look in to keeping a drug free business or I will take my business else where

I purchased this product on 8/30/18, I left the store and when I noticed It was expired i called the store. No answer, I was unable to get back to the store so I waited til the next day and went back to get a replacement! When I brought my issue to the cashier she quickly dismissed me and stated that once tobacco was out to store there was nothing that she could do. I could not except that and asked if she could call a manager or someone that could help me but she refused! She told me that someone would be coming in on the next shift that could possibly help me if I waited so I decided to wait the lady that came in was new and had no idea to handle my situation. I left the product & the slip of paper with my name & number so that the manager could give me a call. She has yet to call me & I have call the store several time and there is no answer. I am very upset and would have been glad to get a replacement but all of the product on the shelf was expired! I would like a refund now, this is unacceptable!

Exxon returning open package vape pen.

On August 31st at 1: 30 pm, I purchased a vape pen kit and lotto tickets, left the store, got in my van which was parked beside the gas bar and realized that the vape pen kit was already open, gas attendant didn't give me a receipt...I went back in and he told me he couldn't give me a refund or exchange...this is ridiculous as I'm now out $25...and can't do anything about it.
The kit was supposed to have 1- vape pen, 2 - cartridge and a charger, when I opened it, all it had was 1 cartridge and the charger...his response was that I should have opened it in front of him...like I said ridiculous.

Exxon harmonic balancer repair

I took my Mitsubishi to diamond bar mobil. We paid $1200.00 to replace harmonic balancer in December 2017. August 2018 balancer bolt worked loose.

Warranty service was performed and canceled on my bill when I picked up my SUV. Two days later the bolt loosened and the fan belts fell off.

I called Mobil and they did not offer to correct the problem. I was advised that the engine needed to be rebuilt because the bolt threads were stripped.

They are not 100% honest nor do they have a mechanic capable of repairing a stripped bolt.

Exxon mini mart service

I always buy my cigarette from this store and tonight I went in and clerk name gilermo was there at 8 20 p.m. I asked for two marlboro red label cigarettes like usual. He had one pack with 50 cents off and another one with regular price. I told him to scan each pack of cigarette. But he just scan one type twice. And said that he already did the discount. There was no receipt so I couldn't tell wether he applied the discount or not. So I told him to do it again because I couldn't tell. He gave me the frown face and told me to go get it somewhere else. So I walked out and drove two blocks away where they sell it for cheaper than this store. I will go back and tell the manager in a morning. But is this how your company want to do business? I am mad and not gonna go back again

Some kind of fraud going on workers keep lying that lottery machine is down workers will not let customers use bathroom One of them threw me out of the store and chased me out of the store because I asked why lottery machine was down You can go on Google their reviews will tell you everything this needs to be resolved also gas station store is not clean very dirty Workers also are very rude

Exxon sexual harassment by station clerk

The gas station I'm filing a complaint against is located at 24911 either Van [censored] or 10 Mile Road in Centerline Mi. I have frequented this location for about six months now . Short time ago I noticed a change in either management or ownership. The new employees -foreign males are very disrespectful- specifically to women! Today as I was making my purchase the clerk began to call me baby and make suggestive comments! When I asked him may I please not be addressed in a disrespectful way and for the behavior to discontinue Iwas told not to return to the station if I don't like it! Well I DEFINITELY WILL NOT BE RETURNING! I HAVE ONLY used Mobil since I started driving OVER 30 YEARS AGO! DOES THAT MEAN ANYTHING ANYMORE?! I grew up on the Mobil brand! Unfortunately this is my 2nd experience with this behavior at a Mobil station! Sooo now I'm wondering what's going on here? IS THE MOBIL BRAND NO LONGER A QUALITY BRAND ANYMORE?

Exxon employee

The owner has employees that are threatening and abusive. My wife and young child went there today to get gas. Our daughter was in back with our dog. One of the employees, walked straight up to the car, reached through the window. Across my daughter and grabbed out dog with both hands. He pulled and dragging the dog practically out the window. My wife yelled at him to get away from the car, to leave. He ignored the yelling and continued to pull on the dog. He terrified my child, dog and wife. She couldn't pull away without running him over. She did everything to get the clerk insides attention to no avail. When the employee finally stepped away she left. She tried to call the station to speak to a manager, they never answered. She then called the police to file a report when I insisted on it. The police went to the station. Called us with the owners name and number. She called Sean mcsheffreys twice and still haven't received a response, an apology or any measure of safety for any patrons who use this station.

Exxon customer service

A gentleman named Shaun had his daughter at work with him on the weekend and also texting on his phone quite a bit as I was standing in line. I got to the station every day Almost and he seems to always have his child there or texting on his cellular device. I have also noticed a car that is white. It's always there and have made exchanges of some type with money I'm sure it's a drug deal of some sort. It's a gentleman named Erik and Shaun that make the transactions along with the store manager Donna. I rather remain anonymous due to my business I conduct there.
