Exxon pumps without gas at xom location #863 (cypress, texas)

Upon attempting to pump gas in my car and using my XOM credit card on April 16, 2019 at XOM store 863, I selected mid-grade gas and the gas pumped extremely slow until I lost patience at $1.00+. I tried again at the same pump but selected 'Premium'. This time it took my card fine, but ran until.40 cents then shut-off. I proceeded to move my car around to another pump all without success as the same instances occurred with that pump as well. I proceeded to turn everything off, take my purse, lock my car and walk inside the station. The gentlemen at the counter indicated he was new working at that location but that there was no gas available for either 'mid-grade' nor 'premium' but that a sign was posted on the front door.in looking at the sign (smaller than an 8x10 letter size paper written in pencil), I would have never even noticed the sign. The attendant began calling out loud for "Michael" over 6-7 times when finally after over 5 minutes, Michael Ardry walks up seeming frustrated and not happy at all. When I indicated I thought all the pumps should indicate when there is no gas available, it should be noted at each pump. He mentioned that Corporate does not allow them to post such signs on the pumps. I spent well over 30 minutes attempting to get quality gas from the station and left frustrated that even the Manager in the store didn't seem to have a care in the world that a potential customer was frustrated, never even offering to assist in any way at all.

I certainly hope that this problem will be addressed in some manner. I take pride that my husband works at ExxonMobil and have never had this type of experience.. ever!

Exxon expired products

April 10, 2019
Good day,

I was at the Mobil station by Independent Grocer in Huntsville tonight at approximately 9:00pm, April 10, 2019.

After pumping gas, my husband went into pay and purchased a bag of Maltesers chocolates along with some other items.

I opened the bag and ate one of the chocolates, it tasted funny so I turned on the interior light in the truck to discover that the chocolates were no longer brown.
The chocolates had turned white, powdered and falling apart.
I checked the expiration date and they had expired 09/ 2018. Expired a full 7 months earlier!
This is absolutely unacceptable. I could understand if it was expiring this month or even last month but a full seven months earlier, there is no excuse for that.

We immediately returned to the store, notified the clerk, who didn't seem too concerned about it. My husband checked the rest of the Maltesers packages and every single one had expired on 09/2018.

I most certainly would like to hear from someone regarding this matter.

Exxon gas pumps/software

I've been trying to use my Synchrony Credit Card at this location and every time I use it at the pump, I get a message saying that I need to see the cashier. The cashier keeps saying that the card is being rejected. I have contacted Synchrony and not only did they send me a new card but they are saying that there is something going on at this particular gas station. I have noticed that the pumps have constant software problems as you can see the screen itself doesn't look quite right, with pixelated words and so forth. This has been going on well over a month now so I would like this location to be investigated and these ongoing issues resolved.

Exxon filled my vehicle with wrong grade of gasoline

Stopped into this station as I have many times in the past and asked to fill with regular. The attendant filled my vehicle with premium. I went inside to speak to a manager but they weren't available. The clerk inside looked at my receipt and said that it was maybe $7 more on my bill and said no big deal. I feel that I should be refunded the $7.00 extra that it cost me for their error

Exxon assault

The store clerk who I believe to be the owner assaulted me as I was leaving there store after I told him to keep the change from a transaction and then threatened and I quote " I will put my blade in your [censored] stupid crack head" I'm try to keep the Exxon Mobil corporations out of court I'm sure we can settle this in other ways so if you will contact me at+[protected] we can discuss the matter

Exxon air pump

Store clerk refused to provide free air after gas purchase. Blamed construction in the Vax for not reaching the switch. I asked for quarters. He refused. "YOUR quarters" he said. What a cheapskate. Not to mention refusing the air is illegal in California. Total scummy treatment. I got quarters elsewhere and filled my tire (and thank goodness, it was dangerously low). Never going back there again.

Exxon overcharge ripoff tiger mart #30, terrell, tx. fg48114918001

I travel from Dallas to Terrell several times a week and purchased gas at the above yesterday. 1/2/19 12:12 pm. Gas advertised at $1.99 like the majority of Exxon stations in the area. I was charged $2.09 per gallon because I used my debit card like a credit card.
I WILL NEVER BUY GAS AT THIS STATION AGAIN. ANGRY. NO OTHER STATIONS DO THIS. CONSUMER RIP OFF.

Exxon fuel leakage loss

I went to my frequently visited Exxon at 5601 Moffat Rd Mobile, AL. 36618 on 1/3/19 to fill up my 4runner.

I usually use my rewards card but I didn't have it with me. I paid at pump choose fuel and placed nozzel in
tank and proceeded to throw away some trash. I looked over and saw the fuel was leaking on ground.
I thought Oh my fault I should not have used the auto fill lever. I preceded to fill up my tank but the hose
nozzle kept leaking all over the ground and gas was getting all over me. So I stopped at 8. gallons.

I was upset at the gas being lost and all over me. I moved my car to a parking spot and went inside to wash off
and speak to someone about the incident.
It took awhile, even though 5 employees were behind counter at the time only one lady was
taking customers. I stood in line and finally got to report my issue. Nothing was sad just a head nod. I repeated
my problem and told them it was on pump number 10.

I looked to see who might be a manager I could speak to
and there was a lady who appeared to be a manager name tag said "Diane" she was wearing a red jacket. No other
employees had name tags. I repeated the problem to Diane explaining gas leak also asking could I get any type of credit
for loss gas and this is what she said to me.

"There is nothing we can do our computers are down and I cant do nothin about it". At this time another employee says "Yeah you can see the gas its everywhere on the ground" . I tried again to explain it needed to be marked out of order...nothing. So I left.

I reached up and gave them a low rating on the customer satisfaction screen. I dont feel this was fair by any means. We use
this gas station all the time, its huge, its right by my house and across the street from my church so its very convenient but not anymore
if this is normal practice.
This is no way to treat your customers.

Exxon service from gas station attendant

On Monday, 12-17-18, I stopped to get gas at about 5:30 AM. The attendant behind the counter was no where to be found. 2 gentlemen were sipping coffee by the counter, and they said I should yell her name to get her attention. Once she came from the back room, I said that I didn't know her name but my name was Chris. She replied, "I don't care what your name is", then rolled her eyes. The men sipping coffee laughed and so did she. Given that I was the only white person there, the whole thing felt very intentional. Very racist. I was polite and got treated so rudely for no reason. I seriously doubt Exxon wants to employ people like this. To avoid a problem in the future, I'd fire her.

Exxon unethical behavior

A member of your staff was very rude, he cursed after giving me the wrong change back and refused to give me the proper amount. I am very shocked an appalled by this behavior I work across the street and go to this location every day. I can not continue to go somewhere with such hostile and unprofessional employees. I would really appreciate a response

Exxon customer service

I frequently visit this location as it's 0.3 miles from my house. However, overnight I typically will take an extra 2.5 mile drive just to avoid the negativity I encounter with the woman who works overnight. She is unprofessional and very unwelcoming. I say this because when I come into the store she without fail rolls her eyes at me when I reach the counter. If I ask her a question she can't seem to be bothered with replying in a full sentence. And anytime I say "Thank you" I get a nasty look and "mhmm". At this point it's getting out of hand. I have already attempted talking with her about it respectfully but nothing has changed. A desirable solution is to give her a refresher on being in customer service and how to be more professional. It doesn't matter if you don't like a customer you don't make it obvious and make them feel un invited in that store.

Exxon ridiculous hold on bank account for $5 in gaa

I stopped at the Exxon off 85 exit 13. I pump $5 worth of gas and I now have a $91 pending transaction on my bank account. I only put $5 in because I only had $5! now I'm going to have a bunch of my withdrawals bounce. I'll be charged $38 per transaction that doesn't go through because there is now a $91 pending charge on my account for $5 gas. I will never ever stop at Exxon station again. I'd rather run out of gas and have to get a tow than ever go through this again. And I am going to tell everybody I know not to stop at an Exxon station!

Exxon dawson, wv service station deteriorations

For 12 years, we have stopped exclusively at the Dawson, WV Exxon station on our multiple trips per year between Virginia and Ohio because the bathrooms are clean, there's a good place to walk the dogs, the store is clean, it's well lit, and it's easy on/off the interstate - UNTIL the past year. Now most of the pumps are defective (auto-off doesn't work, debit cards don't work, etc), the store is not clean, the bathrooms have deteriorated, the grass is overgrown for walking the dogs and full of litter, including broken glass, and lighting is hit/miss. It's unfortunate - I get hard times, but cleanliness is free. Shame on Exxon for not maintaining high quality, safety, and cleanliness, no matter where we stop.

Exxon overall company customer service

I went to visit the Exxon off of exit 145A to gas up and it was really hectic. There were a lot of pumps bagged off and the card reader wouldn't read my car. I didn't wanna leave my children in the car unattended so I had to haul my baby and her car seat along with my 4yr old just to pay for gas. That really inconvenienced me and my family. Every time I come to this place something is going on with the pumps. I just want to get out of my car, pump the gas using my card at the pump, and go about my business!

Exxon back office service at the mobil station

Hello Exxon Customer Service,

My name is Stephen. This is a complaint about an incident on 10/07/2018 evening around 10:20PM in Pico Rivera, CA. The subject gas station is located at 8957 Beverly Blvd, Pico Rivera, CA 90660. The staff I want to complaint about is named Jon (a 50+ year old guy).

I drove to this gas station on the 10/07/2018 and wanted to get some air and then some gasoline since my low-air-pressure light was on in my car.

I parked my car near the air pump and walked in the store. I spoke with Jon (or John) and said "Hi, excuse me, someone who is using the air pump right now, can you turn on the air pump again when he is done?". He replied " it is one dollar". I said, " yea, I live in the neighborhood and i come here all the time. Will get some gas when I finish adding air". He said Okay.

The air pump was not well maintained. The guy who rode a bike finished his job and I then started to inflate my tire. But the pump worked for like 5 seconds and then stopped. I didn't inflate at all.

I walked back to the store, and said "hi sir, the air pump stops and can you turn it on?". Jon said " it is one dollar". I replied frustratingly "I have not got a chance to use it yet. The pump stopped working'. He said unwilling "alright, I will do it one more time for you'. But I have not get any air yet for my tires! His attitude really upset me.

I walked back to the air pump and waited for like a minute. The air pump is not working at all. Then I walked back to the store again and said " hello man, can you turn the air pump on?". He said "that is. It is one dollar". At that time, there were some other customers there too asking about a gas station #5 not working. I waited until that customer finished and said " hey, but the air pump is not working the whole time. I live in the neighborhood and i come here often. I will get some gas later. Can you turn the air pump on?" He refused. I said "do you really want to do this and lose a customer?" He remained silent. I asked " What is the gas station ID and I will file a complaint.' He said " I don't know' and then dismissed me. I then left and took screenshots of the gas station. I did not add any gasoline either and left the gas station.

I was very upset about his customer service. I did not get the air. He said he would turn the air pump on but he didn't. He was not helping me to check if the air pump worked okay the whole time and kept asking for one dollar. The air pump was not working at all since the first cyclist left (the guy used the air pump before me).

I am also upset about his keeping mentioning about one dollar to charge me. I was planning to get some gas after i finish inflating my tires. He dismissed me and refused to give me any identification information about the gas station where he worked and his staff ID.

I feel mistreated by his unfriendly attitude, his condescending tone and I did not get the air at all.

This is a troublesome experience for me because I love to shop with Mobil and this gas station is in my neighborhood. Cannot believe I met such an unfriendly person worked in my neighborhood and mistreated customers like what he did. I believe any polite and friendly customer shall not be bullied, mistreated and dismissed. I am complaining because this work attitude is not professional and i do not want it happen in my city. I hope he would get disciplinary education/actions and has a better understanding of customer service.

Exxon customer service; person at register

Exxon/Mobil Roadster on 5805 Pinemont and Lost Forest in Houston, TX
I witnessed an act of sexism or racism today close to home and I am furious! I pulled up at the station and as I was walking in an older woman approached me and asked for help using her debit card to get gas. She mentioned that she couldn't get the pay at pump to work. I told her that she should be able to pre pay the cashier and that she would just need to tell the gentleman how much. The cashier then said that the debit/credit card machine was down inside. I advised him that he should post a note on the door to let customers know because I had planned on paying with debit as well. I walked with the woman out to her car and assisted to help her purchase gas. She thanked me and I went inside to purchase my items (with cash). After my quiet interaction with the cashier, I went to leave and decided to hang out to see if I was being lied to. Low and behold the next customer paid with a debit/credit card! I then asked the cashier why he refused the woman's purchase in the store and also made me purchase with cash. He just looked up and said...it's fixed now. I'm not sure what his motive was but it sure seemed like he was profiling. I just had to share my experience because it was uncalled for!

Exxon clerks attitude on brandi located at 45 & tidwell in houston

I went to the Exxon gas station at 9:00 pm on 10/6/18 and tried to get $30 of gas and buy three sodas I noticed the credit card machine on take the chip. I asked Brandi can you enter manually she said, "no!" I said then just ring me for 2 sodas since I have $5 cash and buy the gas at the pump. She said okay, she said it $ 6.31. I ask is that 3 sodas or 2? She said that is 3. I said I only have $5 so I need to buy 2 sodas. She had an attitude and sigh real loud while ranging up the 2 sodas. I ask her was that hard to refund the 3 and ring up the 2 sodas. She replied sarcastically and mentioned" it hold up the line. " So I replied so you don'y believe in customer service and only want recognize your convenience. So I had asked what is your name? I said see your name, Brandi. She replied sarcastically, "Yes I am Brandi and she her last name with her DOB which I could not hear her when she said so fast and repeated twice. I said thank you Brandi. So I tried to buy the $30 of gas at the pump and the pump will not take any credit acrd and with the chip. I believe Brnadi stop on purpose I will not buy the gas. It is sorry to have employees like Brandi representing Exxon and the owner of the gas station buy I guess that what you all pay for. I will never go to Exxon gas stations!

Exxon service station

Hello,

Your station located at 5200 Piper Station Drive Charlotte, NC 28277 is the WORST gas station I've encountered.

Problem #1 (Current) - This week I visited this station to fill my car. First of all, several of the pumps were not operable and were instead covered with grocery bags. That meant I had to wait for a pump. Once I was able to get to a pump, the gas dispensed so slowly that I eventually had to abandon my fill up with my tank half full. To make matters worse, I tried to print out a receipt so that I would have a record of all of the relevant information, but the receipt printer wasn't working. According to my credit card company, the transaction took place on October 2nd. I was on my way to work, so I would estimate it was between 8-9 am. I purchased $25 worth of gas despite my goal of filling the tank.

Problem #2 (Last Year) - I went to this same station to fill up. Once my tank was full, the gas continued to spill out. This spilled gas on me and wasted money by spilling out gas that was not used to fuel my car. I reported it to customer service and reported it on Twitter. I never received a response either from the corporate level or the local level.

This is extraordinarily bad customer service. How you can operate such a bad station in such a nice neighborhood is beyond comprehension. Fix it! And once it's fixed, invite the people who have been turned off by it's bad appearance and service back with a nice incentive and a promise to do better. The thing is, you must keep the promise.

Exxon store #33 toni ponse store manager

I have been in this store everyday for 3 years and purchased the same cigarettes for 2 and a half years at this store. 5 out of 7 days Toni (Store Manager) was there to ring my cigarettes up. I get the same 2 kinds of cigarettes for my husband and I. My husband is 37. So he of course doesnt get I.D'd. I was never I.D'd either if he was with me. Not even by her. Only when I am by myself doesnt she I.D me. And she knows my family personally because we all go in so often. Today a friend of mine and I went to the drive thru to purchase MY cigarettes. I have been in with this friend and my husband to get cigarettes and had no issues. But today. Oh today.. I pull up tell the new girl my cigarettes, she asks for I.D, i know she is new and doesnt know me yet so i dont give her hassel. I show my I.D, Toni then step to the window and starts yelling at me "IM NOT SELLING YOU ANYTHING UNTIL SHE GIVES ME HER I.D "(pointing at my friend) I then said are you kidding me Toni, you know my cigarettes youve given me the same 2 packs for 2 years now, she then yells "I DONT CARE IM NOT SELLING YOU ANYTHING." I obviously angered said "well screw this then" and she said "BACK AT YA". I am absolutely disgusted with the way this woman treated me today and continues to treat me when my husband isnt around. If my husband is with me she is "sweet" to him but will look me up and down. I have tried to be nothing but nice. She speaks to my kids when we see her in walmart but now I will NEVER step foot in that store again if she is there. I am not the only one in the town of Princeton Tx who feels that she should be fired or moved to a different store. She talks to the employees there as if they are children. She embaresses one of her staff members almost everytime im in there. Please ready this my friend just quit bc he was tired of the treatment from her.

Exxon using the exxon name

Good afternoon, my name is Alice compton. I wanted to let you know that Exxon name is being used to take money from people of the internet. This happened to me last week. Using a employee name to get money. I recieved a text, if your in need of help, Exxon is issueing grants to help you if your name is on the list. I was told my name was there and ask for the amount needed to help me. I mentioned the amount. And a representative stated I woyldnt have to pay. So I followed the direction given. To my surprise a fee is needed to have the dollors released, which I gave $450.00. I submitted. I needed the extra cash for medical expenses. Dental. They also informed this was tax free. And Exxon would send the amount requested. Now they used a relative of mine to say. That the recieved 150k. I tried to connect with her which I did and she confirmed this was true. When they said they needed additional fees for the Irs. I then stated I would contact myself. The contact from them, was deleted. Im out of 450.00, but I was scamed. So please let society. This is bogas. If you would like to contact me. Please feel free to do so. [protected]. I thank you for listening.
