I PURCHASED SEVERAL XB ELECTRIC BIKES FROM THIS COMPANY . EVERY TIME I PURCHASED THESE BIKES FROM THIS WEBSITE THEY WAS SHIPPED DAMAGED OR THE PARTS THAT ARE DAMAGED TAKE MONTHS TO GET THEM. THE BATTERIES I HAD UNDER WARRANTY TOOK THREE MONTHS FOR ME TO GET THEM. I JUST ORDERED A HUB- MOTOR REAR WHEEL IN AUGUST OF 2010 AND WAS TOLD THEY WILL BE IN THE FIRST WEEK OF SEPTEMBER. NOW AFTER THE FIRST WEEK OF SEPTEMBER PASS AND IT IS ONLY THE 9TH OF SEPTEMBER . I GET A CALL SAYING THE FIRST WEEK OF OCTOBER. THIS IS AFTER THEY HAVE YOUR CARD NUMBER AND PAYMENT, OF SEVERAL HUNDRED DOLLARS. THIS IS FROM DEALING WITH THIS COMPANY FOR THE PAST 3 YEARS, SO THIS ISN'T A ISOLATED PROBLEM . FOR THIS COMPANY IT'S A HABIT. I'LL KEEP YOU UP TO DATE WITH THIS PROBLEM WITH EXTREME SCOOTERS .COM AND PURCHASES

    I PURCHASED A XB-610 FROM WWW. EXTREMESCOOTERS.COM--WWW.XTREMESCOOTERS.COM AND WWW.EXTREMESCOOTERS.BIZ ABOUT LESS THEN 2 MONTHS AGO AND THE BATTERIES SWELLED SO I CONTACTED THEM ABOUT THE PROBLEM. BECAUSE THE BATTERIES IS UNDER 6 MONTHS WARRANTY BUT THE COMPANY REFUSE TO HONOR THE WARRANTY AFTER I PAID THEM $1, 149 DOLLARS FOR THE NEW XB-610. I AM ON DISABILITY AND IF THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT ME, YOU KNOW THEY WILL NOT CARE ABOUT YOU ONCE THEY GET YOUR MONEY. ALL THEY DID IS SEND ME THIS NESSAGE---Unfortunately our warranty department has declined your request to replace the batteries under warranty.
