After speaking to Extreme Customs several times over the phone, my husband developed a trust. He was to drop off his 2015 Ford F350 on Thursday morning and their "best guy" was going to be doing all the work (lift, new tires, shocks, stabalizer, etc) He was notified Thursday evening that the truck wasn't done, but that by Friday all the work would be completed. We were not in a hurry, so the extra time was fine. One of the guys even drove the truck to us because it was late. So far, so good. That's where the good ends.

Driving home from where we had been visiting, he almost immediately noticed the truck did not feel right, it was pulling. It started pulling so much that he actually lost control and went off the road. Thank God we were all ok. Monday morning the truck was taken directly to our local Ford dealership for inspection. Before the truck was even up on the lift, the list of mistakes and errors started to be documented. Things were not tightened, in fact, could be tightened by hand, they were that lose. Bolts were installed incorrectly, actually, to simplify, everything was basically installed incorrectly. Because everything was so wrong, it actually started causing damage to other areas. Ford did a great job documenting, taking pictures and videos of everything that is wrong. Sadly, the truck is so bad, they deemed it unsafe for the road.

Of course, as well as taking the truck to Ford Monday morning Extreme Customs was also notified first thing. Their response, "it was fine when it left." No, correction, it was fine when it got to you and now it's not safe for the road!

Extreme Customs LLC decided to have the truck towed back to their location for their own inspection. Several conversations and emails have taken place and we were told that they do not feel they installed their products correctly and would like to redo everything that was done and repair the damage. Sorry, but NO WAY! We trusted them once and they could have killed us, they don't get another chance. Now, to date, they have changed their story. They now claim that everything they did was done right, even though it is clear even to someone who knows nothing about trucks that there are many things that are very wrong! They claim to have reviewed all the footage of the install and see nothing wrong. Well, then how did the axel shift to the left 3 inches, and how is the allignment so far off, the steering wheel is in the position of taking a sharp left when it is going straight? None of this was present when the truck was dropped off on that Thursday.

Needless to say, this will likely get ugly and we will have to take Extreme Customs LLC and Tyler Reilly to court for gross negligence and endangering the life of a family. Thank goodness, we have more than enough evidence to back it up.
