United Electronics recliner

I am extremely disappointed with the delivery of the product which I have purchased. First, the delivery man at the first delivery was extremely rude. First delivery product color was incorrect (18-08-2019), second delivery same incorrect color was delivered (20-08-2019), today 22-08-2019, again the incorrect color was delivered.

Extremely disappointed and unsatisfied with a simple request to deliver a correct color. Every time I call to make sure order is correct, they ensure me that correct one would be delivered.

Worst service!

Myself Gopi Perumal and writing this complaint from india. I am working Saudi Arabia and I have purchased Sony 75" LED TV from Extrastores through an online purchase through the extra website.

I have taken this TV to India in last Nov 2018 and now I am facing issues wit the TV as it is showing some horizontal line on the screen. When I called the Sony customer care they are asking about international warranty card. However, I did not get any such cards from extra showroom during the purchase and I have only the extra acknowledgement order details only.

So, please help to know on the international warranty of this TV. Is it under warranty or not? If yes, please let me know the details.

United Electronics online purchase ordered cancelled

Hi,

I want to know about my online order product which i have ordered on 4 june .My order no is #WEB42236937. I have received order confirmation email from extra on the same day. But, unfortunately i have received one more message after 2 days from extra that my order has cancelled. I have paid by my credit card and transaction has been done on the same day. I want to know about the reason of cancellation.

United Electronics since 25 oct 2018 purchased items not yet delivery

I have parschased Home appliance Since 25 oct 2018 but not yet delivered

*More than 7 times visit their showroom but not honest

* more than 30 times call to call center + many time create complains !

The plan for 3 houses buy home application / appliances, and this tine will be last deal with them !

Please follow up my case before I apply complain in Oman Custmer protection !

United Electronics online order

I have ordered for a Honor view 20 mobile phone on 20th April at 8.13PM.( Order Number-WEB42175020. After half an hour, since I wanted to change the color of the phone, I called customer care and they told me that it is not possible to make changes so I need to cancel the order and I will receive the money back from Extra Stores, Taif with in 48 hours. Later on 23rd I received the free product, The Bluetooth earphones through SMSA. As the customer care advised me to collect that and return it in Extra after I received the mobile phone. So I received the free gift item on 23rd. Then on 24th customer care executive told me that the order is cancelled and hence I will get a call from Extra stores to collect cash from the shop. But on 25th, today, I received a call from Extra saying my order is completed. I have not received the phone or money back. I have the invoice and voice recordings of the conversation with extra customer care executive

United Electronics installation of split is not done proper

Greetings,

Please be inform Split is not cooling very well.
The installation team of the SAMSUNG split is not done proper, the gas is leakage and the copper pipe is pinch.
Additional 4 meter rubber pipe has arranged from split to reach the roof (SAR 50 per meter) which is paid by separately to the installation team not included in the attached invoice.

Kindly resolve the issue.

United Electronics product delivered damaged

Dear Sir/Madam,
I am a regular customer at extra. I ordered 3 items on 21.11.2018, online and today I was called by SAMSA express delivery to receive one item of my shipment at 19:15pm.
When I opened the shipment was damaged and called SAMSA they told me to contact you. The item is porcelain plat.
I have called extra too by phone at 07:30pm and report the case.

I ordered in website on 1 st of november and scheduled to receive on 7 th of nov.
until now I don't receive! I paid already for this order !
VERY BAD Attitude and online shopping experience
I need anyone to contact me to cancel my order and take my money otherwise i will send a complayto ministry of commerce as i need my money, too bad customer care i wait online for 30 min and then she said to me wait until u will receive your order

United Electronics canon printer

I booked and payed for a canon printer inkjet g2410 online with order no WEB41944196 . Next day before shipping i canceled the order by calling the customer service representative and they acknowledged it but after 1 day from cancelation i received message for dispatching of the printer.
I tried again to call the customer care but its not working now and no one is replying back for my multiple emails.
Please look into this matter.

Requested online shopping 2 items TV bracket wall and travel set 3 bags

Delivered to me TV bracket since 10 days by transport company asked me to sign i received my items when inquiring about travel set informed me shipped later

Until now can not get my item though calling daily for 10 days no response

Finally requested to refund my money no response

I called several times last 10 days requesting my travel set to be informed that you will get answer after 24 hour

Uptil now can not get item or refund of my money
Could you please solve problem

I had ordered set of bags online on 29th jul 2018 and received the shipment 4 days back.
Today when I first time use it the handle of one bag has been broken. I'm very disappointed with the quality you provide.
Now today is my flight to my home country and will be back on 1st sep and will visit you and would like to return it.

United Electronics delivery failure

I ordered from extra on25 may 2018 my order no [protected] it's delivery was on 28 may 2018. But it's not delivered till now. I didn't not receive any msg regarding delay in it's delivery. I have made its payment using sadaf also. Im much tensed and depressed about my shopping experience with extra. And will think again about making any purchase. Kindly inform me about it's status.

I had ordered from extra on 25 may it's delivery was on 28 may.my order no is [protected].i had made payment. I received msg for confirmation and shipment through ups.but no msg and no contact from ups.if u have any problem with my details.u have my no [protected] .u can contact me.extremely depressed with the service of extra and ups.and will never recommend to any one.

I have taken a loan from extra, I failed to pay some months installments.my iqama couldn't be renewed due to that.when I communicated with the executive, they told to pay pending installments amount 4170 in 48 hours to suspend the legal issues.I paid it so..but no updates after that.I need to renew my iqama and want to go for vacation...kindly do the need full as early as possible

United Electronics on time delivery failure

invoice# [protected]. at the time of purchase very specifically made my demand to deliver goods on time in order my other schedules of the day are not disrupted and only after I was assured by the sales, I made the purchase in the store on 26/3/2018

f/u with delivery for installation of window a. c since morning (27/3/2018) has not yielded any positive help which forced me to register complaint (ref#1-[protected]).

more than the price, maintaining quality service and on time delivery is essential.

your store has got more miles to travel

I will think twice before I make next purchase with extra and personally would never recommend any of my friends and relatives.

its horrible

I too work in service industry and would never tolerate and agree my customer to suffer due to inefficient staff and activity management

United Electronics received damaged samsung galaxy j7

I have ordered J7pro online from extra stores. And received the device on my departure date to india. When i went to India, I noticed that, the phone is vibrating and receiving calls, but there is no display. The phone was in my pocket through out my journey, it was ok. But after reaching I charged it and my screen was hanged when i removed it from charging. Restarted the phone but nothing appeared. Phone was vibrating and receiving calls, but display was not there. I contacted the samsung care extra said it has international warranty. But India rejected it saying it's not under warranty as device is purchased out of India. Return back to KSA, i went to EXTRA and they decline saying display has been broken inside. I want to ask extra and SAMSUNG, how the display can be broken from inside by human, without any damage on external body? They dont want to accept the fault that its either manufacturing fault or delivery fault. I would never ever recommend nor step in extra in my life.

Whenever i call extra helpline they Lie to me its more than 10 Working days and i need my product or my money. I am waiting here in Saudi arabia just because of my delivery, i want to go on vacation.. very sad what extra do with there customers..
No one take responsibilities, in every call they told me Wait 48 hour, wait 24 hour etc..

Please Help to out return my money or deliver my Order ...

1. Order # web [protected] - I ordered 2 pcs of dici milano watches on 12 november, I received only 1, I raised complainton 25 nov, 2017 and I have been following up since that day, but no action taken by Extra.. worsssttttt experience with Extra

2. Order # web [protected] - I ordered a fossil watch, which was not delivered to me. When I call extra online, they said that the watch is out of stock and we shall refund. It took months to me to get my refund and I spent almost 100sar on my stc bill while calling to Extra for follow up...

FULL DESCRIPTION OF INCIDENT: Last November 23, 2017 I ordered an Ipad 32 gig March 2017 release in EXTRA STORE ONLINE. I paid it thru online the same day I purchased the order. November 27, 2017 they told me that the package was ready for delivery with UPS COURIER but it has been three weeks now and I did not received any package from them.. I went to UPS RIYADH Exit 5 branch to check my package they told me that the package was lost because they delivered it to a wrong person and it was under investigation So I told them I will give them a chance to investigate but make sure that they can solve the issue they told me that they will solve the issue asap. I also called EXTRA hotline number everyday to report this issue and everyday they would tell me that they will call me after 24 hours but until now there are no updates. I called again EXTRA I asked for a cash refund since it was already been three weeks they told me that I can claim it in my nearest EXTRA store so today I again called them to confirm if I can already get the cash refund and now they are saying again that I need to wait for UPS to solve the issue with them. I called UPS and inform them what EXTRA told me and they say until now no updates.. What kind of services do they have its already been three weeks and no actions done? They are pointing out at each other and letting me wait and hanging in waiting

United Electronics bad information, delivery and utensils missing

To Whom It May Concern
Dear sir,
I am a loyal customer of Extra company who have purchased quite some items during the last month. My last product that i bought a few days a go was a "Gas oven branded Simfer F9515SGWH".
I was told that this oven was on an offer of SAR 1649 and that the display item was the last item in stock.
I was some how impressed with the product and purchased it and asked for a nice packing for home delivery with all the items in place since i wanted to export it to my own country for my personal use.
As of the moment of delivery the packing was disastrous with off cuts of cardboard from other small electronics pasted overlapping the oven and cling filmed few times. We had to use more man power as the bottom was not strongly secured.
The extra Website from the day of my purchase till today shows that the same product is still available in stock with 10pcs at the same offer rate.
the bottom of the oven has rivets for stands on the four corners but, no stands delivered.
the catalog of the oven delivered was of the previous model of F9510SGWH.
I am an employee in the hospitality sector of the most highly recommended Hotel in Al Ahsa.
how do you think that i would recommend Extra company again to and of my colleagues or to any guests staying with us.
Therefore please be king enough to look into this matter as soon as possible and I would appreciate if you could give me a replacement with original packing.
