Dear Sir/Madam,
I am a regular customer at extra. I ordered 3 items on 21.11.2018, online and today I was called by SAMSA express delivery to receive one item of my shipment at 19:15pm.
When I opened the shipment was damaged and called SAMSA they told me to contact you. The item is porcelain plat.
I have called extra too by phone at 07:30pm and report the case.
