Paid for writing services and they gypped me by keeping $500 and not giving me what I paid for.
BEWARE!
Don't trust what they say on their website about their values nor the information provided in their FAQ. They lied about deposit availability and did not attempt to arrive at a fair solution. They just kept funds without providing service.
