This complaint is regarding b2b company listed and registered in New Delhi by name India2export.com. Rajeev who handles client is number 1 fraud and scammer. These guys give you big promises and get into your scam by paying 25k initially and then trust certificate for 45k. So on.

This is a big scam happened with me recently and now they stop answering your calls. No way you will get your money back. Horrible people who cheat and don't regret that they have stolen money from honest people who actually want to do export business.

i have registered as a free member in exporterindia.com so one day an marketing person from exporter india calls me and tells me that pay 20, 000 rs we will give you website do seo and all get 100% genuine buyers so i paid my work was done after i paid 20, 000 after 2 or 3 days one more person from exporter india calls me and tells me that sir buy our star member ship we will do all the talking to buy convert the enquirer into action convincing the buyer and all fake promises but after i paid them 30, 000 extra + 20, 000 i have not received any calls from them when i try to call them and ask for refund they ask very rudely that do you have proof that we have offered like that do you have call recording and they just cut the call for 20, 000 i was suppose to get a support person that also i dint get they dint do my social media marketing also that also they were suppose to do it for 20, 000 and they promised more if i pay more 30, 000 and they will do all my work so in total i paid them 50, 000 even after telling them i dont have that much they told use your credit card we have an customer with in a week you will get all your money back because we need some product to buy so we can convince the buyer to put 10 lakhs advance in your account after paying the amount i have not received any call from them when i ask for refund they say not in our policy

I had a platinum service at exporters india for 15000/- for 1 year.
One week after the subscription, the company executive started to ask for more money for some irrelevant services.
They were in continuous contact, calling daily and taking followups on a regular basis.
Finally I agreed to pay more (70400/-) for additional service in order to receive more requests and enquires for my product.
The executive had asked me to make a payment of 42500, and then I would make the remaining payment only when 2 of my deals get materialized and payment gets deposited in my account. |
None of my deals got materialized as I was never introduced to any genuine buyers ever.
They introduced some new services, which they said would be beneficial for expanding the business.
They offered me some package inclusive of many services at a discounted price.
But unfortunately it did not work out.
Now, the executive asked to endure more services if I wanted to receive more inquires on the portal.
So finally till now, I have paid an amount of 107, 500/- in less than 2 months, with zero satisfaction.
And moreover the company is asking to make the remaining balance of 22000/- and till the time, all my services have been put on hold.
The company executives lack potential to fulfill the commitments, and also admitted that these are the tactics they use for marketing.
I also registered a complaint in the company's customer service, but they were also too incompetent to stand a decision.
The company executive clearly mentioned that the all my discounts have been made invalid, and that I would need to pay some 172, 500 as per settlement cost.
At the moment, even after paying an amount of 107, 500/- all my services have been shut, all the promotional activities have been debarred.
It is so disgusting to work with such company.
Please never ever make a single payment to this company.
Or never ever even answer any of the company call.

ExportersIndia.com calls themselves as one of the best online portals for finding the right business leads in a short time. However, my experience with this portal was completely the opposite during the initial days.

I registered with ExportersIndia to get more leads for my electronics business. I was really annoyed by the number of calls these people made insisting me to take their advertisement package. I finally gave in and took the least expensive, i.e.,

Silver package just so I would not be bothered anymore. But the calls didn’t stop. I had to finally write to them about the issue that I was facing. To be honest, I did not receive any more calls from them, just an apology mail stating that my query has been taken care of. After a few days, I received a call again but this time it was from a client enquiring about my products. The next few weeks, I got more calls from many more clients.

I couldn’t believe that a package I took without much thinking was so much helpful in getting my business so many fresh leads. I would sincerely thank ExportersIndia.com for its support.

The company exportersindia offered different types and ways of how to promote and advertise your business and company. We also decided to try their services, but we decided to get the consultation from them firstly. The rep spoke a lot at this meeting and all what he told us was real blah-blah. All this information could befound in the internet, but it was completely inappropriate to hear this information from professional company. We wasted time only.

I was using the website www.exportersindia.com. I bought their membership and hoped that it would help me to promote and sell some items. As well as I thought that the company would help us to reach the leading positions in the market. I hoped that the company and my membership would play any role in the market, but nothing. I simply wasted money for the membership, which didn’t provide any opportunities.

My complaint is against www.exportersindia.com on membership faults. Any new companies starting their trading, will receive innumerable telephone calls from them, literally urging you to become a paid member. You will receive calls at any time in a day, disrupting your online work or what ever you do. Once you become a free member, they start posting inquiries into your inbox, then tell you that you have received so much of enquries & to view the buyers contact details, urge us to become a paid member. They will give attractive payment options, to the lowest. Even when you decline or even when you say that you are content with what ever inquiries you have, they will never listen. Ultimately, when you fall to their attractive words, the service they give is all nothing. Their aim is just to trap such novice business people for their little money & give you nothing in return. None working their will ever & never understand what you intends to tell them. Likewise, one mr. Rakesh kumar, said that they will give me 3 years membership in addition to the present 1 year membership, when I pay a certain amount. I did not receive their invoice for the amount paid nor a confirmation mail on their receipt of the amount, whether you pay them in any mode. Now, they have taken double of the amount and my membership has been curtailed for just one year & have paid twice the amount. Whenever, I call any of them, I am unable to get him on the line for the explanation. I can also find lot of scammers & fraud companies in their b2b portal. Here, I request all the novice companies, who have just started their trading business, kindly kindly do not register with them & listen to their phone calls. Apart, when you are an export organisation, you will intent to receive only foreign importers inquiries, but you will receive just domestic inquires. Non will listen to what you wanted to receive & none know the line of business what you are doing. Kindly do not fall to their words. Just carry on with your work & you will succeed.
