Dreadful, believed to have ceased trading now.
What a dreadful company, booked a helicopter experience which was cancelled 3 times, they tried on all occasions to get another £50 to upgrade ! Then, after the final date was agreed I got an email 5 days before to say it was " cancelled" and I would get a refund in 3 days. After 5 days (still no refund!), I called the mobile number for Experify which now seems to go to the person who ran (or runs) this shower, and got promised a refund that day... It still didn't materialize ! Thank goodness for the PayPal resolution centre !
For those who cant get through to Experify on their old number and are trying to get their money back, try this mobile : [protected] ! Good luck and please avoid this company.
They wrote my name in wrong way
Avoid the company www.experify.co.uk! They fooled people and made a big mistake. I booked the trip through the company and they provided the confirmation, but I noticed that my name was written in wrong way. I contacted the customer services and told that they needed to change it. But they didn’t react to my emails. I need to change it as soon as possible, because it was really bad if my name is written in wrong way.
Fake info about flight and seller talked too much
The company www.experify.co.uk turned to be really unorganized, bad and incompetent. I booked tickets through them, but these jerks provided wrong info about the flight. I contacted them couple of times, but I heard only some fake promises and a lot of blah-blah. They are liars and scammers, and I want to find other deceived customers, who lost money. Please we need to stop this company and return our money. Post your comments.

terrible experience and customer services email doesn't exist
I booked 5 tickets for the Guy Fawkes cruise on 5th November through Wowcher Booking reference:RB4OSH9
Firstly, the instructions printed on the Wowcher were incorrect and after not receiving a confirmation within 2 days of following said instructions, I emailed Experify and was told to use a completely different link to the one on the Wowcher.
We were advised to arrive 20 mins early, so we arrived at 18h55 for a 19h15 cruise.
When we got there, we found boarding point 6, again as per the voucher- the jetty was full of people and nobody knew if we were all there for the same cruise or where to stand .
There was no representative from Experify around to assist
There were no boats parked at boarding point 5 or 6.
At around 19h15, 2 boats pulled into boarding point 5
A girl with a clipboard appeared and was handing out boarding passes – at no time did anyboy explain what was happening or what the procedure was.
There must have been at least 300 people on the dock trying to get a boarding pass.
Around 19h20, the captain of one of the boats shouted that he would be offloading passengers and going home as he didn’t sign up for this fiasco.
I eventually made it to the front of the queue to get my boarding pass.
During this time, nobody explained where we should queue or what was happening.
We then got onto the boat where they had run out of champagne glasses and we waited ten minutes while more champagne was poured. W
We then took off at 19h40
There was not enough inside seating on the boat we were on but the other boat was half empty...
Now, I would have expected when you advertise a Guy Fawkes cruise and use a picture of Westminster with fireworks behind it, you have actually researched and made sure there are displays happening and when and where they are
We were travelling down the river with fireworks going off behind us, and I can count the number of firework we actually glimpsed on one hand.
I would like my money back as I don't believe in any way this was worth £24 ..it’s certainly not worth full price
Thanks

They mixed all personal info
I wanted to buy certificate for travel from the website www.experify.co.uk. I provided all required info, but they mixed all dates, name and etc. After that we tried to get money back, but these jerks refused and started to avoid me. WTF? I want money back and beware that the company is real rip off. I wonder if there are other people, who had the same experience. Can you provide any good piece of advice?
Hi Sir,
