Expedia my itinerary not associated with my account and missing

I made two phones calls to Expedia, in attempt of addressing one simple problem: I couldn't find my itinerary anywhere in my account. After two call of more than 30mins each, the problem is still not resolved. I then requested simplying sending me via email my itinerary so I have my travel information, but after 24hrs waiting as they promised, still nothing happened. Super disappointed and wouldn't use Expedia for any booking in the future. It's time wasting and no sincerely apologies have been provided either.

Expedia refund

I asked for a refund on an excursion that was booked by Expedia for a time that didn't even exist. I showed up to the exertion and was turned away because the time Expedia booked me was not available. $234 is a lot of money to me and I want it back for the inconvenience. Customer service is terrible and every person I speak with doesn't make any sense. The first person said my refund was approved and I'd have it in 7 business days. The second person I spoke with said they are still waiting on approval to refund me. I just want someone to guarantee that I will have my money back. It's not my fault that I showed up and was turned away.

Expedia flight rebooking

I had to rebook a flight over the service Hotline
1. Expedia released a payment on my credit card to AIr China without confirmation of the card details, meaning they saved all the details without asking
2. THey did not issue a receipt for the rebooking
3. After 1 month with customer service, they still refer me to the Airline with which I never had contact togety receipt

Expedia wrong information [protected] - case id : [req:s#[protected]]

I purchased a ticket Milwaukee/Nairobi/Milwauke. But I got the wrong date of return on the ticket. I have been trying to ask for correction of the date of return, which should be around 3 months after arrival in Nairobi, i.e. change return date to 26 July or any date afterwards.

Expedia informed me that the airlines charged money to make change. Secondly, the only way is to cancel this ticket altogether and purchase a new one-way ticket to the tune of US$750. expedia said this is so because there is no value left on the ticket once used partially even if I paid additional protection money. I confirm to them that there will be no return on 26 April and will do no -show but they said I should ask for cancellation, which I did and attached. Hence my disappointment with Expedia

Expedia car rental

My family and I took a 5 hour flight to Puerto Rico. We stood in line for an hour for a car that was reserved through Expedia over a month before the trip. Once at the counter with confirmation information Enterprise said our reservation was not in their computer. We immediately called Expedia and they said there was nothing they could do even with the confirmation that was found in Expedia computer. Enterprise at the airport claimed they only rent via reservations. We were stuck with no transportation. Had to pay $60 to get kids settled in condo then pay another $60 to locate a car rental. Called Expedia again and no help I was told I am sorry just go online and rebook it and to cancel the original reservation or we would be charged for a car we never got.

Expedia travel

I am writing this because I just had a very unpleasant experience with Expedia customer support. I booked a flight and then realized there was an error and cancelled within 20 minutes of booking. I got the confirmation email that it was cancelled and rebooked a new flight. A few days later I notices a charge for the flight I cancelled itinerary xxx. I called Expedia and spent an hour and a half being told I did not cancel the flight within 24 hours. Mind you I have the cancellation email with the time stamp. They never asked me for the email and finally said I would get a refund in roughly 8 weeks. Never taking responsibility for their systems error. I told them that was not acceptable for their mistake and was sent to a supervisor. The supervisor just reiterated what the customer support rep stated and would not do anything further. I finally said I would dispute the transaction with my credit card company and the supervisor said "that sound good.If you need us to send any documents let us know. "That is a joke of a response. Your company charged me in error and you would not do anything to resolve it even when I have the documents to prove it. 8 weeks to process a refund if that even gets done is way to long. The supervisor should have had me email my cancellation document and process the refund immediately. I have no hope Expedia will do anything even though they should process the refund immediately but want others to know what kind of company this is. Please note I just spent almost 2 hours on Facebook pm with jb and that was a big waste of time. He said the exact same as the other reps about 8 weeks for a refund even though Expedia processed a ticket I cancelled within there 24 hour policy. I even gave him the document proving the airline ticket reservation was cancelled with time stamp but he would do nothing but blame the airline. I would recommend using any other service not attached to Expedia. Hope this helps others

Expedia trip waiver protection

I bought 3 waivers for 3 travelers. This is a worthless program and a scam. I tried to make a change to a hotel stay by deleting a day and your people want to charge me more. What kind of waiver protection is that? The terms are not favorable. Only one change per trip. Only covers change fees. Your people were unable to make the change on the phone with the hotel and get me a refund, but when I called myself, the hotel had no problem with trying to re-book the room and provide me with a refund for my last day.

I would like a refund for the 3 trip waiver protection plans I purchased because they are worthless!

Expedia rebooking fee

My husband booked my daughter on a flight from Indianapolis (IND) to Washington (DCS) on 27 April 2018 for my military retirement. My daughter, Jessica Weatherman, is in the Tennessee National Guard and got called up for a short notice deployment. She left 16 April 2018, and right now, won't be back until 5 May 2018. She will be out of country on 27 April 2018. I called Expedia to cancel. They said they would give me a credit for the flight which was $120.30. I got the e-mail and will be charged a $200.00 rebooking fee. So, that would make me have to pay an extra $80 to rebook despite the fact that my daughter was was called up for military service. I have never had that happen when booking directly with an airline, which is what I will do in the future. The prices were actually the same, my husband just booked through Expedia. Unless the rebooking fee is waived, I will never again book on Expedia. Ticket from Expedia - [protected]

Expedia hotel stay

I feel so duped by this company. I went on line to make a reservation at a hotel in Washington DC under a convention. When I called I asked several times if I was speaking directly to the hotel ( she seemed really eager, should of trusted my gut) she answered yes she is directly from the hotel. I made the reso for the convention to which she replied do it now ask there are only two rooms left. I did to the tune of 1, 400 dollars right out of my checking. My daughter said it didn't sound right as she is going to the same convention. She gave me a different number I called and was informed it was Expedia who made the reso and I'd have to cancel in order to book a room with the convention. What horrible business practice this is. She lied to me strait up and told me she was with the hotel and this was the correct place to make the reso. Now I have to wait 14 business days to get my money back that this dishonest person withdrew on a lie? I am so mad I'm seeing red. How dare you! I've booked so with cheapo and trivago while I've been traveling. I've never experienced an out right lie to get me to book through them. I'll be calling the BBB after this rant. what shameful practices. practices

Expedia my stay at hotel

I recently booked a hotel through yourselves The Guildford Harbor Hotel ref [protected]. During my visit which was Saturday 7th April I did not receive the service I expected from a 4 star establishment. I have been on communication with hotel guest relations manager explaining my complaints. Our refusal entry to the hotel pool. The fact that the room equipment was not working i had to wait over 30 minutes for replacement and that took 2 phone calls down to reception. The next morning on check out I got a shrug of the shoulders from reception when I explained. Now the manager is aware that our visit was a special occasion and that a revisit is not viable for us I asked for a refund hes said we had to go through yourselves but he will sanction it his end. I have the emails to verify this which I will attach

Expedia motel room unsatisfactory/left a day early/desire one day refund

233 South 4th Ave., Yuma

Complaints: room was tawdry, toilet paper stuffed in hole behind toilet, soap dispensers in shower were empty, one lamp didn't work, another had a burned-out bulb. One electrical outlet didn't work at all and was replaced while we were there (which was OK but should have been checked.) We were not comfortable there.
When I asked to check out a day early, they said they couldn't do anything for us because we had booked through Expedia. When I handed in my keys they offered to upgrade us to a suite but by that time I was too annoyed to want to stay. Breakfast was fantastic though.

Expedia flight booking

I called customer care about my upcoming flight on 04/21 and I was driving that time. I told him that I got an email about changes to my flight. The representative was saying something and asked me to hold while he is reviewing my booking and re-issue my flight ticket. He sent me an email confirmation but that has increased my flight duration 4 hours more and he argued with me I accepted for that over the phone. I couldn't even hear him saying that. Now he says can't re-issue or change my flight avoiding that 4 hours wait time. This is insane and trying sell bad services.

I booked a ticket and after confirming it the charged my card a different price ..Then I called in the guy was yelling and telling I was wrong then asked for a manger my wait time was 45 min he didn't even try to help me he also asked me a lot of info and was agruing backward with me because I ask to speak to a supervisor and told me to hold on another 30min after I asked him could he give me a voucher for my in convenience just very rude and not helpful and very horrible customer service

Expedia canceling hotel reservation

We wanted to cancel 5/25 hotel reservation to change the trip plan, called Expedia on 3/31 to know if we could get a refund (as they suggested rather than contacting the hotel directly, they say. Becky said she would respond in 48 hours after a long hold, but no follow up came. We called again on 4/2, then we got a e-mail on 4/4 saying they still couldn't reach the hotel(!?) Almost 2 months ahead cancellation should be reasonable to negotiate to refund since we had booked all the Peru trip itinerary with Expedia. We were so disappointed with your business!

Expedia incorrect dates

RE: Itinerary # 7341263860267

My wife booked flights from London to Argostolion but when the tickets came, they are for the wrong month. The information she requested on your website was for departure 14 July 2018, return 21 July 2018. When the tickets arrived they are for April instead of July. When returning to the website, the dates are clearly in July. Why were sent tickets for April? These are no good to us. Please correct this error and advise what the correct price should be.

I am sorry you decided to back David Hogg and pull your advertising from Laura Ingraham. I don't like everyone using their businesses as a political tool! Guns do not kill people, people kill people! She stated the truth! He admitted that it was the truth! So I have decided not to use any company that has decided to be political. I will no longer book any future trips with Expedia, which is a bummer since you were the only company I always booked with and I have plans for at least 8 trips in the near future! Sincerely Cindy

I have been a customer for many years and very disappointed that your company is now being political. Laura Ingraham's comment may have been distasteful but find it hard to believe worth pulling your ads. I have read that you advertise with other liberal opinion shows that I know have said similar and worse things.

It is pitiful the stance you have taken with the Laura Ingraham show.

Supporting a foul mouthed teenager who berates the NRA, I am the NRA, and other Patriotic Americans is pitiful.

It would have been best if you remained neutral.

I have used your services in the past traveling. I will no longer use Expedia because you pulled your advertising from the Laura Ingraham show. Expedia has made a business decision based on the " feelings" of a seventeen year old kid. I'm not against young Mr Hogg but I am against a company attempting to stifle the speech of a news agency by leveraging their money to force content that you approve of. Pathetic
