Expedia / lost reservation

Today my husband, Stephen Fick, flew into Philadelphia airport and went to the Dollar rental counter where they told him they did not have his reservation. I booked this trip with flight, hotel and rental car back in July. Stephen spent 40 minutes on the phone with Expedia who said they would refund the $90 for the rental car and give us a $50 voucher for a Hotel stay. Although I appreciate the coupon, this still puts us out $110 for the rental car because Dollar then charged $200 for the rental car. I would like to be refunded $110 more to cover the rental car cost.
