Executive Eyewear — Poor Service
Great to buy from... but have a problem and the owner, Michael Rich, doesn't know you. This individual was abusive and completely unhelpful in resolving an issue. In fact, I have to say it was the worst retail experience I have ever had. If it is money vs the customer's satisfaction... money wins, and very quickly. Changes from sickeningly sweet (the sales process) to a pit bull (the problem end... after he safely has your money). Extremely disappointed with Executive Eyewear and particularly Michael Rich.
