first impressions were awesome, Photographer was nice and hair and make up artist really made the day worth while. Photographer throughout shoot often mentions "don't worry it can be edited" as a reply to "I don't like this pose" once shoot is finished your escorted into a room and this is when it goes "out the gate"

I was asked... let me know which ones you like as photos are displaying. once narrowed down to 20 I'm confused unaware of what's going on, am I choosing the ones I want to buy or am I choosing ones I like and are going to be retouched. I then ask the price of the cheapest package. $1690 was quoted for 4 prints A4 size and a disk with all the photos even the horrid ones. I then say ok so all the photos are retouched? she says only the ones printed... WTF! I still cannot get over the amount this costed and they're not retouched and you have to pay for poses that you never liked when taken and told its ok it can be edited... what a catch that was. I bought the cheapest package and have since completed a booking with an independent photographer for $150.00. 25 images edited and on a disk, my own hair and make up artist cost $99 so if it wasn't for the bad experience with exclusive photography I wouldn't have some awesome pictures.

1. EXCLUSIVE PHOTOGRAPHY NEED TO RETOUCH ALL THE PICTURES THAT NEED IT FOR THAT PRICE
2. EXCLUSIVE PHOTOGRAPHY SHOULD ADVERTISE PRICES FOR PHOTOS
3. WHEN ENTERING THE VIEWING ROOM, SALES ASSISTANT SHOULD CLARIFY PRICES BEFORE DISPLAYING PICTURES
