ExactReplicas.com Fraud

To all that is considering purchasing a watch from ExactReplicas.com, save your hard earned money.

DO NOT buy from them!

I wished I had read these complaints earlier because their fraudulent business practice has not changed a year later.

I ordered a Swiss made Rolex from them 3 weeks ago and have received no shippping confirmation and no reply to my numerous phone calls and emails. They claim to be from Chicago, California, Missouri, etc. They also charged my credit card an additional fee which was not identified in the invoice or any agreement and was not authorized!

What is this fee? This is the statement I received from my bank:
An International Transaction Fee is assessed when you use your check card for purchases in foreign currency or in US dollars with a foreign merchant, including U.S. internet transactions with a foreign merchant. This fee is also assessed when you use your check card or ATM card to obtain foreign currency from an ATM. The International Transaction Fee is a percentage of the U.S. dollar amount of each purchase or ATM withdrawal.

Bottom line:
I've not recieved the merchandise I paid for, there is no customer service other than an email giving you a ticket number with a response of:

" Thank you for contacting us!
We have received your inquiry and are assigning it to a representative. You can expect to receive a response from us within one business day.

To help track your inquiry we have generated a reference number. Your ticket code is LTK151028859559X. Please use this code in any further communication.

They make fraudulent claims on their web site, and their review data is skewed to demonstrate customer satisfaction.

I've filed fraud charges with the Attorney General in several States, US Government Agencies to include the FBI, SEC, USPS, and INTERPOL.

We work too hard for the money we earn to have SCAM's like this one practically steal it.

This is an online website selling replica watches. I am yet another scam victim of this site. Unfortunately, I found this board after I placed an order. Bummer. Now after over a month and dozens of emails, I still have nothing. Not even an invoice number or a shipping number, though they continue to "promise" to send them. Not that it makes any difference, you either won't get a watch at all or (see other complaints) will end up with a piece of junk or something you never ordered). So why do they keep sending emails? I believe they respond with "promising" emails only to stall you past 60 days. Then it's too late to request a charge-back from your credit card company. REMEMBER... call your credit card company BEFORE 60 days have passed or you're screwed. Even then, unfortunately, some credit card companies won't offer a charge-back at all. I hope this complaint can save a view folks from wasting their money and/or the hassle. Buyer BEWARE! Good luck.

When you delve into the murky world of "replica" watches, it really pays to do your homework on the company you're buying from. I checked into EXACTREPLICAS.COM and really couldn't find a lot of negative feedback on their operation. I should have checked more diligently!

I ordered a Breitling replica watch from ExactReplicas. I had seen a similar model aboard a cruise ship with the lofty price tag of $6000, which was a little out of my price range. My "replica" arrived a few weeks later from China, so I doubt it was "in stock" at ExactReplica website. The photo on the website was not exactly the watch I received; however, the Breitling replication was well done.

The Breitling replica told time and the date shifted as one would expect. The chronometer features were totally useless... but they did look good! I contacted ExactReplicas and got a ticket number with the promise of a reply to my non-functioning chronometer question within 24 hours. That reply, however, was never forthcoming. A phone call went unanswered.

If I were the buyer, I'd seriously think twice about buying from ExactReplicas. I'd also look at the complaints on ComplaintsBoard.com.

UPDATE: JULY 8, 2017: As of this date, ExactReplicas.com HAS NOT provided the replacement watch that was promised. I returned the original Breitling by UPS to a facility in Oakland, California. The watch has now disappeared into the crevice of oblivion, I suspect.

I am reporting ExactReplicas to the following agencies that maintain an interest in Internet commerce:
•the ICCC (Internet Crime Complaint Center) that is affiliated with the Federal Bureau of Investigation,
• the Better Business Bureau’s internet commerce division,
• the California State Attorney General’s mail fraud division since my original purchase had to be returned to a California address.

I ordered a replica watch, a Cartier Roadster which was advertised with all the Bells and Whistles of an Automatic, Self Winding, non- battery operated watch which was fairly priced at over $100.00 ( I paid $111.00 after getting a discount). What I received was the WRONG watch NOT as advertised, viz, a QUARTZ, battery
operated watch with a broken link stainless steel band. When I asked for a replacement, I was given a DIFFERENT address which was not similar to the address that
came with my wrong watch. I am afraid to send it back for replacement because this NEW address is in CHINA, is a long address with a THIRD PARTY name. I may
not get anything back. Please help. Thank you

Received my Rolex on 11/28/08 as was in perfect condition and looked like what I ordered, however, the second hand stops at the 6 position and won't move unless I bump it or shake it violently. After reading the complaints on this website I think I will try one time to contact someone to see about an equitable resolution, if that doesn't go well, then I will take it to my local jeweler and see if he can fix it and pay out of my pocket and never order anything from exactreplicas again. I have had other Rolex watches before and they always worked well. I work with my hands and I am pretty rough on them so I don't expect them to last forever, but I've been able to get around 2 to 3 years out of the others I have purchased on the street (China town and the like).

I just find it ironic that people have the audacity to complain about being ripped off when they are supporting a criminal enterprise. Yes, believe it or not it is a crime to market a product that says "ROLEX" on it if it isn't really made by Rolex. Are people that gullible to actually believe that it is really an EXACT REPLICA when the real thing is not mass produced, but is actually made by hand by a craftsman who has years of training in their trade. Do you really expect the same quality craftsmanship from a factory worker in China, who is working with inferior materials, components, etc. These people steal from Rolex everyday, why wouldn't they steal from YOU?

The Feds have recently raided several counterfeiting operations in NYC. There seems to be more money in fake Cartiers than Heroin. Look at the FTC website on Counterfeit luxury goods and it will show you what kind of filth this industry supports. The vendors will be fined hundreds of thousands and went to jail.-Good! "Big Deal! It's just a fake watch?" It's not about the watch itself, but what it supports-human trafficking, child prostitution, organized crime, and even terrorism, which IMO are very big deals.

That's why Rolex creates an image of status -and is a highly respected brand - because not every Joe-blow can afford one!
Why? because it wasn't made in the same factory by the same people who just yesterday were making rubber dog poo and whoopie cushions.

You really want to get back at these rip-offs- get the exact names of the people who you dealt with and turn them in to the FEDs.
I guarantee you they are just a front for a Chinese mafia operation. If you gave them your credit card info-put a fraud alert on your credit report. They also dabble in identity theft and credit card fraud, too. Check out the website - Fakes are Never in Fashion and follow the link for the FTC. Quite an eye-opener.

Spent a fortune on a watch which they lied to me about shipping. They never once got back in touch, just took my payment and that was it. F*cking scam!

Ordered a watch and paid for it on Amex- ordered on the 27-06-2008. Total paid $178.95. Have sent loads of emails and always got automated response. Then I was sent a tracking number -UPS have no record of this at all. I have now reported this to Amex as this is nothing but a big scam!

The website looks good and has been around for a while -I wish that I had checked into the company a little bit more and I would have found more about the number of people that are being ripped off.

Be warned do not do business with this company.

ExactReplicas.com Ordered watch, received wrong watch!

I just wanted to give a complaint but also praise the product I received. I ordered Breitling Bently from exactreplicas.com and after a bit of a wait (6weeks) received the wrong watch. It was close to what I ordered but not the correct one. There was a note with the delivered watch from China, it said: We are out of stock for the watch you order, we hope you like the substitute, we feel sorry. I then called the company and asked for a replacement and was told it would take 3 weeks. It took over 6 weeks and it wasn't the right watch but very close. I ordered a white face and received a black face. However, I must say that the watch they sent was exquisite, I like it very much and it keeps terrific time. I have had it nearly 1 month and I love it. I was told by Giovani at Exactreplicas that they can't guarantee that you will get the watch you ordered but they always try to get one that is very close to what you want. I really did give them a very bad time with emails and phone calls while I was waiting for the watch but they were always polite with me. The watch is great.

Ordered a Rolex Daytona SS white face, wrote emails, got friendly answers, they took my money by VISA, since that moment no contact possible. Got a tracking number, number is unknown at USPS and Deutsche Post. Damned Chinese people! WARNING! DON'T BUY ANYTHING AT EXACTREPLICAS.COM! If you do, you'll be sorry.

This place is the dregde of the earth. Very onorginized. Ordered 4 watches. The chronos are nonfunctional on all 4, all 4 watches were not as pictured and different models. Ill be suprised if they last a week. You pick the watches up and just laugh. Sad attempt at a copy. When you call, it obviously goes to a call center and a person that answers phones for 100 different scam companies. Super cheap. You can tell taht this is one of the places that sends you the $30 dollar knock off from deep in China. Basically delivered everything the oppisite of what they claimed. The only good thing is that they take American express so they will never be recieving payment. Took a month to get the watch btw

After several weeks with no tracking info, i requested to cancel the items, then they were sent and refused. they charged me 606.00 anyway!. They knew items were refused yet charged me anyway. I suppose to teach me a lesson, lesson learned. Also leaned this company stocks nothing, everything drop ships from China www.tradetang.com. All of the promises exactreplicas.com speaks of is bogus. Emails are not returned, calls not answered so on so on. Stay tuned for updates as i have just begun to dig!

I ordered a replica Rolex at the end of November 2008. I was told I would have it by Christmas. I got the watch Jan 4th. The Day-Date mechanism was broken when I got it. I've tried calling LITERALLY 38 different times and I've emailed 4 times. I've left 9 messages and I've tried calling at different times. I then changed my tactic. I left a message saying that I wanted to buy 4 watches. Wouldn't you know I got a call back the next day. Unfortunately, I missed the call, but there's no way I'm sending this back to China cause I know I'll never see a replacement. Don't buy from them! They will send you a poor quality product and won't stand behind it.

I think this site I tried to purchase merchandise from is using unethical practices: http://www.exactreplicas.com/. I ordered and payed for 2 watches on Febr. 21, with the guarantee that my merch. will be arriving in 3 days. I tried logging on, I tried contacting this "company" by e-mail and by phone, to no avail. As of today, March 4th, I have no answer or merchandise and, unfortunately, they charged my credit card.

Please let me know if I should take legal action in this matter.

what can i say after reading all these complaints about this company it's the same story ordered my watch before christmas still have not recieved it no tracking # no nothing they sent me a lame email about order is in que to be shipped supposedly from china well i'm a very patient person but after reading all these complaints the gloves are going on i will not rest until they go out of business the fact that they took my money the very same day from my cc without a confirmation# in return that goes to show what kind of people we are dealing with well i might be patient but i am relentless

ExactReplicas.com Missing watch!

The adventure began for me on December 25th 2007 when I decided to order 2 rolex 50th anniversary watches and a wooden rolex box. one of the watches was to be for me and one for my brother for a late christmas present. after endless delays and e-mails, live chat etc. I ended up with a 'leather' box and one watch. I have NEVER had a call returned by them, I have gotten lies and outright bs from them in e-mail, and am now working with discover card to dispute the charge which they cannot break up, I paid 109.00 for the missing watch and my order total was 247.oo and just want that money back for the missing item but discover says its all or nothing so I am hoping that exactreplicas.com will just give me back the 109.00, we'll see. the watch is nice though and worth the 109.00 in my opinion. I had to send them by e-mail copies of all my invoices at exactreplicas, they will take your money, then act like they never heard of you, unresponsive, horrible english, just plain thieves! Go somewhere else for your watch! Learn from me! Please.

Purchased 2 watches on two seperate occasions, both arrived broken, first replacement took 5 months, second time they want me to have it fixed at a local jeweler and they will give me 30% back od what I paid. Both watches are of poor quality. I should have known better...

I purchased a tag heuer watch from exactreplicas, it took three months for it to be sent to me, the top of the winder has fallen off, so the watch is now unusable, I've tried a jewelers they said no they cannot repair it, what can i do?

It didn't work, so i emailed them.They gave me a return address.I then sent it back, recorded delivery.I have never received the replacement.I have tried to contact the many times.They never respond. please can you help. got my watch after 21 days. exacly what i've orderd. no crap, absolutely money-worth. dont know if i had just luck when i read other post here. but for me: absolutely no problems, they answered my mails, sent tracking codes and the invoice was defined as gift, 19 dollar ... so for me, i'm happy

i live in england and placed an order for 2x rolex watches and 2x rolex wooden boxes on the [protected] i paid £169 pounds for these items and ive never received them or my money back. exact replicas are a disgrace total ### and thieves. i urge anybody thinking of ordering from this site not too. and i hope they get whats coming to them. thieving ###.
