I ordered a replica watch from this company on the 17th of Dec.2007 . There website www.exactreplicas.com states that all orders will be shipped within 24 hrs. Well it has been 4 wks and I have contacted them EVERY day either by phone or em's only to be told EVERY time that my item would ship within 7-10 days. I have repeatedly asked for my money back but as of yet to no avail. I would tell everyone to think twice about buying anything from this company. They seen to go to great lengths to ignore your complaints, em's and of course phone calls.

I have purchased over 6 watches from this site and love everyone. Shipping for me took around 9 days, so a little slower, but worth it for the quality.

I ordered £221 worth of stuff from exactreplicas on 26th Dec, the money was debited on 31st Dec and as yet I have not heard from them(even to confirm the order) or received anything. Made contact 6 times so far with no reply. At the moment it looks like a tough lesson is being learned. I have bought from other replica sites and checked out exactreplicas before ordering, so I am gutted to have been scammed. Beware for sure ! By the way, I have ordered successfully from replicahause and they have been excellent.

i bought from this company on 19th dec, 2007. according to my tracking number my package has left beijing although after reading up about exactreplicas on the net i dont hold out any hope of it arriving and if it does it cannot be a japanese movement for the price i paid. i know now to research companies b4 i buy from them....it wouldnt surprise me if the comment from timecol was actually from the company itself either!

**update** I received my watch today. Not the picture as advertised! ticking second hand, no divers extension, writing on the face of the watch is not bold enough nor is it straight, second hand stops when u pull the crown out, very light cheap strap, not solid stainless steel! I'm not going to bother sending it back as i dont think it will ever be refunded...

Piece of junk, dont bother buying with them is my advice!

I have also ordered a watch with this company. The order was placed on December 9th, 2007. I was told by KIRAN from the LIVE ONLINE CHAT that the watch would arrive in time for Christmas. Obviously that did not happen. I did not even receive a tracking number until the end of December (after Christmas). The last tracking info I have shows that it left a sorting center in China on December 29th and it has not been updated since (today is January 22nd, 2008). I have no idea where this watch is. I ordered this thinking it was being shipped within the US and it is now probably seized by customs or forever "lost."

After SEVERAL attempts to contact this company asking for a refund I have not gotten a response other than "your order has been completed." They say they have 3 warehouses (one in Chicago) to do shipping. This is most likely a lie. Their IP address is registered and "RETURN WATCH" address is in San Diego, CA. The ONLINE CHAT is a joke. Just for fun...go to the website www.exactreplicas.com and click on the online chat. After you wait for several minutes for an operator you will get to ask a question. You will then most likely wait SEVERAL minutes for your answer. If you ask another question you will most likely NEVER get another response. The chat will be over at that point and you will be left hanging there typing to yourself. I have also left them SEVERAL phone messages asking for a call back and NEVER received one.

I think my next step is going to be contacting the San Diego Police Department (as I saw that someone did on another forum) because an investigator is checking out mulitple complaints about the company. I will then have to contact my bank to dispute the charge for purchasing an item that was never delivered. Finally I will make the normal complaints to the BBB and other reporting agencies. I would love to see this site shut down. They make PLENTY of empty promises and have taken advantage of so many people (according to what I have read).

According to my research on this company from browsing other forums, and sites those that did receive a watch were very disapointed because it did not match the specifications that where listed on the website. The problem with this is then trying to get a refund from a company for misrepresenting an item that you purchased. If you send the watch back...what happens next? They have the watch and your money. I can say that this company is VERY GUILTY of consumer fraud. I would love to get a class-action suit against this scam of a company.

Sorry to mumble on but I made a mistake and didn't do the research before purchasing and I am hoping that my experience will help others to not make the same mistake I did. This is NOT A REPUTABLE COMPANY. Stay away from exactreplicas.com unless you want to give them a "donation."

*UPDATE* After making two additional phone calls to EXACTREPLICAS.com today promising legal action I was called back by a representative. They researched my tracking number and told me that my watch had been "stolen" in China and that they could ship me a replacement watch (would arrive in 10-14 days) or they would issue me a refund. I obviously chose the refund. I was then told that a refund back to my credit card would show up within 72 hours (we will see).

I was then given the advice to not order a watch from them when a major holiday is approaching because of MAJOR DELAYS and was offered a discount if I contact them before purchasing my next watch. I am certain I will not be taking them up on that offer. I will update you if my refund posts back to my credit card.

I was curious on how they obtained the information of my package being "stolen." It does not show this on the tracking sites for USPS or EMS. I was even more curious when at the end of the call the representative apologized again for the delay and informed me that he was not sure why this watch had not been delivered. So at the begnning of the call it was "stolen" and by the end of the call he was not sure why it had not left China. I think he forgot that he told me it was stolen at the beginning of the call. I don't recommend buyiny ANYTHING from this company.

Wow, I have been on the www.exactreplica.com website for over a week everyday looking at all the really nice omega's and I have to tell you this site has so far had the best photos of replica watches and I mean the photos of the Omega's were really driving me to impulsively purchasing at least two watches, but I've been around and a voice in my head just kept telling me to wait a while because I knew I hadn't done enough research or dirt-digging on the company and it took me a long time to come across this particular website here to read all these personal experiences. Another thing about my trail with this company is that I had left several email messages and 4 voice mail messages to their 18884Aexact phone number (or something like that), well I never got the promised call back in 24 to 48 hours but I tried a 5th time and today I called the number and it was ringing and ringing and suddenly I didn't hear it ringing anymore... I had the phone on 'speaker phone' so I just picked it up and said hello? There was nothing, no voice, no sound, no ringing... So again I said 'hello' and then this very low voice said 'hello', I was like WTF!! So, creeped out, i pretended not to be and said 'Oh hi is this the watch company? The guy had what sounded like an asian voice I would guess, maybe something like vietnamese, or korean, something like that.. he spoke with such an underworld, corrupt kind of tone the kind where you'd expect to hear if you were calling someone on the black-market for a human organ or something (Tourista the movie)- This was not a jolly female customer service rep, that I assure you!). So I proceeded to ask the man some questions about the watches and he tried his best to go over some the Omega's with me and I aske him which Omega watches were the most popular and he did recommend some to me by their model # as we were both on the website together. But as a guy who never purchased a thing from this website I am a total risk 100%, and testimonials like these here are all people like me have out here. I want a nice Omega replica because I can't afford to pay $5,000.00 for a real one right now but i don't want crap, or something I would be embarrassed to wear for $200.00, I'd much rather keep the money in my pocket or buy an ipod for my wife if you know what I'm saying!

So, now with hearing the experiences people have had in here with exactreplicas.com and my own experience of speaking with some suspicious character on the phone from this company I would say now that I would NEVER buy from this company despite the fact that I really did trust this sites website and design.

I do think there should be a website that reports on watch replicas and people should pick the best company's and rate them by positive experiences versus negative one's This would keep the replica company's honest and expose the track records of them all. This way the better company gets the business and the cheap crooks go out of business. Hey, is there a site like this out there already? If so please email me at hillnbill@aol.com with a subject heading of "Omega". Please and thanks everyone, much appreciate all your input to help others.

ciao!

You guys are starting to worry me, I just hope I recive my watch, I really can not be arsed going through all the BS of having to call them up!! I have brought from zenreplica.com before and they were FANTASTIC!! Well recomended!
Can anybody reasure me that my watch will arrive??

Further to my earlier comments: A week ago a parcel arrived and it was the order I had placed. I had previously used the online customer chatline to ask what was happening. The operator assured me everything was fine and that my order was being processed. The watches/pens arrived about one week after this contact, so that is not so bad. The quality of the merchadise is very good to excellent - my wife wanted some faux Mont Blanc pens for work so we ordered her 3 of those and they are superb(packaging is 90% like the real thing). They also work ! Very good. I also had went for a Tag Monza and a Ebel Chrono. Both are very good and work well. It should also be noted that after my numerous mails to them, exactreplicas did get back to me via email several times. I would certainly consider buying from them again.

Well Guys....I just found this site and I hope that the last comment here will continue to stop me worrying. I only ordered a watch last night and after only 2 hours of waiting for their confirmation email I searched and did some dirt digging on exactreplicas.com and of course found all these posts - some of which really worried me !!

The post prior to mine has made me feel a bit more hopeful.... well, its early days yet but they have charged my credit card and taken the funds.... lets hope the goods arrive here in the UK.... Better late than never ! We will see.

Further to my earlier post: I recived a confirmation email this morning, saying that my item had been dispached and should be with me in 14-28 days. The email aslo apologised for the late reply due to the holiday season. So things are looking up.

Mark James I wouldnt worry, Im sure everything will be fine. Some advice would be log back on to their website and start up the 'Live Support Chat'. Just ask them about your confirmation email and that you are a bit worried about your order as you havent heard anything from them yet. This will just remid them of you and your order and you will most likey recive an email off them in a few days.

I have a sinking feeling that I have blown US$230.00 - what an idiot. Does anyone know where these people are? Chicago, San Diego or China? If it's China, I'd say my bread is gone. My problem is the same as others - I haven't time to go chasing them - so I guess that the 'baddies' win.

I 'd bought an Omega Speedmaster Red face from ExactReplica and having trusted what they are telling all the good things about their replica watches on their website,I believed they are selling good stuffs.Soon as I got my hands on the parcel at the Post Office I got a bad feeling that I had been fooled!!!The watch I received is a china made poor street quality, with a nearly broken buckle on the so-called SS band, black touch up paints still on the back of it,but all of those is nothing to compare with what I'm going to tell you guys THE POOR WATCH IS NOT IN A WORKING ORDER !!! I'm sure as hell not going to pay USD 142 + 22 shipping cost for a DEAD WATCH !!! I had tried to send them 4 messages and even had a little chat with someone named Kiran on the On Live Support and was told to wait. It's more than 2 weeks now and I have received no anwers from them!!! It seems to me that ExactReplica takes no responsibilities at all once the items are sold, and because of what they did to me I have to come to the conclusion that all of the good things they say about their products are all Bull ###,they are nothing but a bunch of cheaters, money I paid for the damned watch is considered a loss in pokermachine( I had the watch oppend and saw broken parts inside, that's why!!!!!!! )

I wish I had of found this site before I made my purchase, I can not believe I was such a fool. I actually had to call Amex and get a new card issued. Anyone who is giving a positive testimonial is working for exactreplicas.com. The site is gone and so is my money.

I ordered two watches three weeks ago. I got a bogus tracking number that when I look it up it is not valid. I am so upset with myself for not checking this Company out. I am out 256 dollars. I called the credit card company and they will dispute this if I do not receive these watches. Kiran from the company has said through the instant so called chat they have, that the watch was shipped. I feel like I was taken for a ride. Please anyone reading this, do NOT order from them. It is too good to be true...

Hi all.

Just to update on my last message here. I contacted Howard Worton (2nd message sent her) to check that it was infact the same person who left the more positive message here after. (have a look at his last post here) I was suspicious that it might have been someone from the Company using his name here. So I contacted Howard via his 1st message. He emailed me and made me feel a little more at ease.

However - I was really shocked to see that their web site was down !! Not a positive point ! But, this morning I had an email from exactreplica to say that the site was down and that I could view their products and get support via their back-up site ( www.exactreplica2.com) this is the message:

We are currently working on our website and it is not available at this time. You can visit the site at www.exactreplicas2.com if you would like to check on your order, or order any new products. For customer service please call or email us at exactreplicas@yahoo.com.

Sorry for the inconvenience,
Exact Replicas

I just checked the site and it works....but why the problem with the 1st site ?? it all smells bad....I know.

So.... It has given me some hope that i might still recieve my watch ! but what quality it will be remains to be seen, because not only do I read here that they provide a slow and sketchy service but also that some clients have received terrible quality items....

God, I wish I had never used them now - but all I can do is wait and wait.... Well, it will soon be Easter! Or failing that next Christmas will arrive and if i dont have it by then then I guess I could be lucky and find a similar watch in my Chrismas Cracker! (sorry to put humour into this - but if I dont laugh I will die from frustration and anger at this issue.

I can say that i have recently also dealt with a really good company www.watches-inc.com and they appear so professional and email all details within minutes and already I hava tracking number and shipping company emails. But, dont all rush there yet - wait until I gat my watch from them and I will report back here. I dont have time for all this stuff - but if nobody else bothers to input their experience then more will suffer and besides I feel its a relief to come here to share my views.

If any of you want to contact me direct to know I'm real - just email me and i will reply direct.

I see that the site is down, I am disputing the charges with discover who have been very helpful with this issue. I feel like an idiot for not researching this site more fully. please call me to talk, I am real. I want to help you not make the mistake I did. 860-824-1490. I got one watch which was pretty nice for the price. I did not get the second watch. no e-mail from them at all, and you can forget about a phone call from them. I must have left 20 messages there. no response, no e-mail either. ishwoo and kiran...don't get me started...you have to laugh...or you'll go crazy...
