Exact Replicas Broken watch, no responce from Exact Replicas

I've purchased a watch from you in May 2017, It broke over a week ago and all I want is it to be fixed! I've done business with you for a few years now, purchased items in the past from Exact replica and they proved to be outstanding. I had a phone conversation with a Peter or Paul( I think Peter) anyway he said he would take care of it and call me right back. it's been 5 days and i have heard nothing. I've also left emails so you have my email address and still i hear nothing. All I want is the address and information needed to send it back to you so I can get it fixed..I have brought you a lot of business with my friends and family using your products on birthdays and Christmas..I consider myself a valued client because of this! If you don't take care of this as soon as possible I will be forced to notify the Better Business Bureau, the authorities, and my Attorney. I do not want to take this path but your leaving me no choice. I know it's only a $162.00 watch, but it's the principle. The ticket # Peter gave me is LTK151026828761X. I also sent several photos to Peter. I would appreciate the Information i requested a week ago to be sent to me as soon as possible.

Bought a selection of watches, sent me once the wrong watch, saying that they had run out of that style but still have it on there site months on !my rolex looked good once I got it after many emails chasing it up! but the gold wore off within 1 month and the buttons all jammed tight. Seemed to ignore my emails once complained then had to return it back but they replaced it with a cheap & nasty watch nothing like the original one, that was crap, and added a note blaming me from the problems of the watch so that is why they decided to give me the ### replacement watch. The other watch I bought for my wife the strap broke on the second time of wearing they then replaced that with a cheaper version. Also dont order the boxes they fall apart they are poorly made. So I wasted $350.
Keep away from this site. They now ignore my emails I have sent loads! Now that is a surprise!
Wish I had seen this site before ordering from them! An expensive mistake!

I paid for a rolex replica and was immediately charged 119.00. Watch was never delivered, they never responded to emails, never responded to phone calls, etc. Was hesitant to buy online, should have honored my intuition.

THIS IS A SCAM - FRAUD. I am working with my credit card company to get money back and will pursue formal fraud charges with the proper authorities.

DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY MONEY.

Within a period of 7 months, I made purchases from these people, not only do they take forever to deliver, both times I received a watch different from what I ordered. The first time, I got someones used IWC copy (very ugly) that must have been sent in for repair. I have explained several times to them about one of their pictures of an IWC watch being actually the incorrect watch due to the fact it is a picture of a quartz battery watch, I was assured they would send an automatic movement, when it came, it was similar but not the IWC I needed. They have dropped me off the face of the Earth because I think they know I am tired of how long it takes to get anything from them, even the wrong item.

Why is no one doing anything about this company ? please read all the poor people they have stole money from and not sent goods ordered .They took over £300 of my money for two watches, two boxes, and i had to pay extra for postage if i wanted the goods sent within 2/3 days .This was the 16th Nov 2017 All i have is an e.mail from them with a number that does not excist to track my order by and it also says a representitive will get back to me within 24 hours .Of course no one does get back to you .They will not answer my e.mails and the telephone number they list is 888-4 A Exact this is a voicemail and it says mailbox full .My order was supposed to be coming from within the U.K .As i paid with my debit card i cannot claim my money back, my problem is that this company is getting away with fraud and no one is doing anything about stopping them .They posted a message on the complaints page to say they are not ripping people off and if you have a problem to contact Exactserve@hushmail.com ask for Jenny .This is also false as again no one ansers you back when you e.mail them . They give there address as Exact Replicas 1201SE Windstar Circle Lee, s Summit Missouri United States, but if you look on the complaints sight they give address's in shanghi . Is there nothing or no one that will persue these people and stop them from taking all this money from people .

Hi, i am hoping someone can advise me what to do.I ordered in November this year from exact replicas two louis vuitton gents and ladies wrist watches, plus paid extra for boxes, and postage with tracking number within 3 days .
I have sent numerous e.mails to exactreplicas .com quoting my order number [protected] and number to quote LTK151019885001x, i get again the same robotic reply that a representive will get back to me within 24 hours .Of course no one ever does . The other e.mail address they have on the complaints line is Exactserve@hushmail.com and you are to e.mail Jenny, again no reply .The telephone number 888-4AExact comes up with voicemail mail box full .
The address for this company is supposed to be Exact Replicas 1201SE Windstar Circle Lee, s Summit Missouri United States .
Can you advise me what to do i paid with my debit card so cannot get my money back from the bank, surely with all the complaints on the complaints page the company should be banned from advertising and done for fraud .I look forward to hearing back from you, Kind Regards Carol Askew

ordered 1000 dollars of goods from exact replicas --in march 2017 --now august and not a thing -- emailed and phoned several times -- nothing -- quite frankly DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE

I ordered 2 watches from exactreplicas.com and I never received the watches.. I ordered both watches on June 12th.. I get the same emails the others on here have posted about. They charge your credit card right when you order the watch and not when it ships. I don't know if I will ever get my shipment but it's not looking good. I would never order from this company again. All the information on their website is a lie. Do not trust these people. I will post an update if I find out any more information.

It appears I am joining a not-so-exclusive club. On April 9, I ordered a Rolex Daytona watch from exactreplicas.com. My bank account was charged almost immediately for $162 and the next day I received an invoice for the purchase, with a promise of delivery within 3-7 days -- or no more than 14 days if the watch was out of stock.

As of today, April 21, I have received nothing. No watch, no further correspondence, nothing. I have made both e-mail and phone inquiries about the status of my order, with no reply to either. So today I filed a complaint with the Internet Crime Complaint Center, a division of the FBI. Their web address is www.ic3.gov. I would suggest all others who have been scammed by Exact Replicas file a complaint with the ICCC (it only takes a couple of minutes) and perhaps we can put these theives out of business.

Ordered first replica Breitling (Bentley Series) watch. Took extremely long time to arrive. Soon after receiving watch it did not keep time accurately. Under warranty and sent it back. What they don't tell you is that you have to at your cost send the watch back to CHINA! Keep waiting and waiting for replacement watch to arrive. Very hard time getting a real person to answer phone, most of time it goes to voice mail!
Replacement watch finally arrived. Within one week, the HANDS have fallen off the face of the watch and the entire face of the watch now ROTATES inside the case. You can even hear the insides of the watch rattle. NOT WORTH SENDING BACK TO CHINA AGAIN for replacement watch. As the saying goes IF IT SOUNDS TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE IT IS, especially with this company. Spent about $200.00 Expensive lesson well learned.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Ordered two watches from Exact Replicas on 3/29/09. Exact Replicas charged my credit card immediately but never delivered the watches. tried emailing them repeatedly, finally received an email from them stating that they would honor all orders. Never received the watches. Exact Replicas closed-up but probably reopened under another name.

Exact Replicas watch finally delivered in perfect condition

I posted a complaint regarding exactreplicas.com after not receiving my paid for watch within 3 weeks. I want to now post that after waiting another 10 days or so, the watch WAS DELIVERED EXACTLY AS THEY PROMISED. I was shocked, I had written it off and was trying to have my credit card company get my money back.

The watch looks great.

They ended up being legit, you just need to be patient, based on my personal experience.

i order a watch from them 3 weeks ago and still have not gotten my watch. I went to their website and it says that they are closed!?!?
Well i checked my credit statement and sure enough they charged me! So i emailed them and they said to be patient that they will still honor the order... that was a week ago. I hope they do keep their word.

I ORDERED A WATCH FROM EXACT REPLICAS.COM & I NEVER RECIEVED IT. THEY CHARGED ME FOR THE WATCH WHEN I ORDERED IT, THEN TURNED AROUND & TRY TO CHARGE ME FOR IT AGAIN. MY BANK CALLED AND LET ME KNOW THAT THIS COMPANY WAS TRYING TO WITHDRAW ANOTHER 184.00 FOR A WATCH. SO I STOPPED THE TRANSACTION. THIS IS NOT A LEGIT COMPANY!

Exact Replicas No merchandise shipped but money taken

I ordered a watch from this company on Dec.10, 2008. It was to be delivered before Christmas. Company advertised shipment within 2-3 days. After numerous emails with an auto reply and ticket # LTK151021581586X for order # [protected] I recevied tracking # EA087751283CN telling me my order had shipped. I used this tracking # only to find out that it doesn't exist. It is not an actual legitimate # that is recognized by the US Postal Service. I sent another email with this infomation and got back an auto reply for the same complaint with a different trouble ticket # LTK151022002644X.
This company is an outrage. They are "STEALING" the money of innocent individuals that are trusting them to deliver a product as promised. Please let me know if there is anything that I can do to recoup my lost money for a product that was never delivered.

Exact Replicas Fraud and scam!

I ordered a replica watch on Dec 24th 2007, this company took $295 from me on Dec 31st 2007, I've never received the watch, they refuse to respond directly to my e-mails, they just use an automatic e-mail reply with a ticket number for reference. It's now March 8th, despite repeated e-mails they still won't respond. They have my money, I don't have my watch, that's fraud!

I purchase 2 watches on 12/17/2007. One was the one I ordered, the other one was one that they said was similar. I had ordered a Breitlin black face with a black band and they sent me one with a lavendar face and a blue band - no where near what I had ordered. I sent the watch back in January and have been trying to get my $172 back from them since. They keep telling me that they can't find my order number and I have called them numerous times and sent them copies of my invoice many many times. This is the most disreputable company I have ever dealt with. They are determined not to send me my refund and giving all these bogus excuses. The computer is being redone, can't find my order number, and since they can't find my order number, they can't help me. Now I know that this is their practice. My advice is never never do business with these people.

ok, so WHERE can you buy a great or close to exact replica of swiss quality without paying near REAL brand prices? Many of the $500-$1, 500 reps are no different than the $200-$400 ones! Too bad this is such a scam market!

I have had no reply to email, and to top it off the website now says "sorry we are now closed" Robbing Bast***s. Why did I not look here first?

I orderd my replica rolex with diamonds and did go through the hoopla of no answers to email or phone calls. A month later I received a phone call from a man who spoke in broken english to explain about the chinese new year. He said he at least 6, 000 emails to get to and that is the reason I did not get a confirmation or a response. He gave me my tracking number and explained I could only track once it left China. I received my watch and it does not have the weight or the stamp as stated on the web site. But reading all these complaints, I am lucky to get anything. It is presentable, but is not a mirror rolex.

I had ordered awatch from these guys on 12/08/2008 and was told we would get it in 3-5 business days. On 12/09/08 we recieved a confimation call stating that our order had been shipped out. 8 days went buy and we called and emailed for a tracking number. We waited for another two days for a response. We were then given a tracking number that was invalid. We started freaking out. They had 400 of our money and we don't have any guarantees of getting our watch. We then were told it would take 10-20 days, we would have backed out but they said it was shipped and gave us the same tracking number that was invalid. We continued for another week, emailing and they assured us that the package was sent back on 12/09/08..we were getting so angry, so on 12/21/08 I wrote them stating that if i do not get some answers I was reporting them to the fbi for internet fraud, we got a response that stated if you do not recieve your watch by christmas we will refund your money.

So of course no watch. We again emailed them requesting our refund in full, we then recieved an email that our money had been refunded. Though at that time our bank did not reflect it. So on 12/27/08 we recieve a package with a watch...well guess what, it wasn't our watch, there was a note in it that said, opps sorry the watch you ordered is not in stock hope you like this one...what? Ok so I would have been almost fine with it except that it was a huge ugly mans watch in gold, I ordered a silver womans watch.. what the heck, then I looked at the package with the invalide tracking number right on it, except it was not sent on 12/09/08 it was sent the day we threatend them.

So no we email them again saying where is the watch we requested on 12/09 you send us the wrong watch. Their email stated oh, sorry...if you keep that one we will give it to you at 30% discount...Then we kept getting emails stating that if we want to exchange it to send it back, and pay for all the shippping international costs and insurance on the package and they will repocess the order in 10-20 days... right no way...

So right now they refunded our money and we are still waiting to see where the original watch went they still swear the send us the correct watch...

I just ordered from them, a live person, not online. She was knowledgeable, and took much time to help me. I felt better because of this, rather than just doing it on-line. Time will tell. She stated 20 days to receive the item. Seems OK, but again, time will tell.

I have ordered many replicas, from quite a variety of sellers. I have never been burned. Really. This is the first order I have made with exactreplia. The web site did impress me, and I do hope I get what was advertised, a watch with a Japanese movement, though the watch is being shipped from China. She did not lie about that. I did question that, and she stated the warehouse is in China, though the watch is made in Japan. I asked if the movement or entire watch was made in Japan, and she assured me the entire watch is made in Japan. Ok, I’ll see, maybe.

I did order quite a few replica watches directly from some Chinese wholesalers. Very inexpensive ( In one case, 1 cent for a Breitling, though shipping was approximately $38. Watch works, looks good, but “feels” cheap.) Other times I received very good watches, some running accurately for years, and swim with on a regular basis. If I get burned now, I guess the odds finally caught up to me.

Pants - I ordered on Sunday, as I did not receive confirmation of the order I emailed and have heard nothing since. I decided to look for comments about the company and found all you guys! I will try to stop the xfer, but it looks like I have been screwed for £150 too. I will update if they ever arrive.

I to have been conned it seems, i ordered two watches paid extra for boxes and fast shipping, they took the money straight away, promised delivery within 3/5 working days, i have so far had nothing, just different ticket numbers when i e.mail and my order number which is worth nothing, i am going to take it up with my bank the TSB tomorrow and will let you know if i can get my money back. I realise that you only get what you pay for but when you get nothing it really makes you feel sick to the stomach. And worse still that this company is getting away with it .
