Exact Replicas / Fraud and scam!

I ordered a replica watch on Dec 24th 2007, this company took $295 from me on Dec 31st 2007, I've never received the watch, they refuse to respond directly to my e-mails, they just use an automatic e-mail reply with a ticket number for reference. It's now March 8th, despite repeated e-mails they still won't respond. They have my money, I don't have my watch, that's fraud!

I ordered from the same company, using my AmEx credit card. They sent two totally worthless watches, not at all what I ordered. I contacted American Express, who did a great job! They paid my money back after I sent them information about the purchase - copies of the web page, my order etc. I sent the crap back to Exact Replica and claimed my money back. I don't know if they paid it back to AmEx, but I got my money back anyway - every penny of it.
My advise is that you contact your credit card company (if using the card) and ask them to block the payment. If they are customer friendly like AmEx, they will do so.

I order from exactreplicas.com also. A total scam! I didn't even get a bad watch...just a run-around and lots of emails telling me to be patient. I still don't have an order number from them. No shipping number either. They charged my credit card immediately. Now they tell me they are having a "shipping problem". They are a total scam. I cancelled my credit card number and got a new one, but I am still out of $400. I will be asking my credit card company for a refund and hope I get it. Stay away from this scam company.

I also ordered from exactreplicas.com and both watches, the first one they send and the replacement reveived after 6 weeks were the wrong watches. What I did receive looks like a cheap piece of garbage and was not the model I originally ordered.

Do not waste your money. You will get a hell of a lot more watch at any department store for the money you will throw away by buying one at ExactReplica.com

My boyfriend had ordered me the watch I had chosen and was sent the wrong one. They finally responded with an e-mail and said that they would either give us the watch we hadand would take 30% pff and would quote send us the money left or send it back and they would exchange it for the one we wanted in the first place. It's been several months now about four now and we have NO watch and we are out the MONEY. It's ashame that having so many complaints about this company they are still aloud to continue selling on the internet. Never buy for these people!!! It's a fraud!

I was going to order a watch from www.exactreplicas.com too.
I was a little hesitant and a little skeptical since they sounded too good to be true, so what did I do?

I called the 888-4AEXACT phone number and the phone just rang and rang. Then when I called back some man who spoke very poor and broken English answered the phone.

I basically called him and inquired about a watch who they describe as RUBBER or LEATHER band. Yet, when you place the order it doesnt allow you the option of picking the leather or rubber band. So I then asked if they had the watch they feature on the website and he said no. I then asked do you realize you are advertising something you don't carry? He said yes. I then asked him when he would be getting the watch shown on the site. He said they don't carry it.

Can we all say stupid ### who doesnt even realize how fraudulent and shady their company is? I could hear someone doing dishes in the background when I called. I wouldn't pay them a single cent! BEWARE OF THEM. TOTAL LOSERS AND SCAMMERS!

I wish I had seen these comments before I placed an order with www.exactrelicas.com, what a dumb$@% I am. I placed an order for a replica Rolex and after at least 10 emails I received a bogus traking number that I could track through http://www.ems.com.cn/english-main.jsp or www.usps.com. ems.com is China so I'm sure it doesn't have a Japanese movement as promised and the tracking number still doean't work. I'm now trying to get my money back through my credit card company.

Please avoid at all costs, scam.

I'm just like the last guy here. I ordered from exact replicas on the 23 of May and after reading these comments I'm not feeling too confident about receiving my watch. I even researched to see if I could find something about the site, but couldn't find anything... until now and its too late. Luckily, like the first guy here I used AMEX and it sounds like I'll get my money back.

I'm going to wait another few days and will keep everyone posted.

Ordered in early Nov., received in early Dec. (OK, it was shipped around the turkey day but still too much of lead time)- the watch was defective. The hour hand was spinning freely. The customer service phone number 888-4AEXACT was connected to voicemail reporting something like "can't take the message, mailbox is full". After a few days of email exchanges received an RMA, had to pay for return shipping. About 4 weeks later, received the replacement by EMS, shipped direct from China (Uh-Oh!). So far the replacement is working. Not a bad watch for the money, but so much pain in @$$, and Chinese origin (they claimed Japanese) - probably wouldn't have ordered from them if I knew beforehand.

Is there any companies based in the UK why are reliable for this product. I really wanted to but a replica watch for my husband, but now dont know who to trust. Putting "Exact replica" in google brings up the company talked about above, but also a UK company. I wondered if anyone had bought from the UK company and had a better experience.

I look forward to you comments.

    Thanks.

I was skeptical too after ordering on June 14th and receiving nothing, getting the broken-English speaking person, numerous e-mails with automated responses...but today was my lucky day!! July 8th I received my Cartier knockoff. So far so good, but time will tell if it really will work !

    Good luck!

    That was 2 months ago.
Do not buy from this company, going to contact my credit card company next.

I purchase 2 watches on 12/17/2007. One was the one I ordered, the other one was one that they said was similar. I had ordered a Breitlin black face with a black band and they sent me one with a lavendar face and a blue band - no where near what I had ordered. I sent the watch back in January and have been trying to get my $172 back from them since. They keep telling me that they can't find my order number and I have called them numerous times and sent them copies of my invoice many many times. This is the most disreputable company I have ever dealt with. They are determined not to send me my refund and giving all these bogus excuses. The computer is being redone, can't find my order number, and since they can't find my order number, they can't help me. Now I know that this is their practice. My advice is never never do business with these people.
