I ordered a watch from this company on Dec.10, 2008. It was to be delivered before Christmas. Company advertised shipment within 2-3 days. After numerous emails with an auto reply and ticket # LTK[protected]X for order # [protected] I recevied tracking # EA[protected]CN telling me my order had shipped. I used this tracking # only to find out that it doesn't exist. It is not an actual legitimate # that is recognized by the US Postal Service. I sent another email with this infomation and got back an auto reply for the same complaint with a different trouble ticket # LTK[protected]X.
This company is an outrage. They are "STEALING" the money of innocent individuals that are trusting them to deliver a product as promised. Please let me know if there is anything that I can do to recoup my lost money for a product that was never delivered.
