I went to Ewald thinking that they could find and fix all the problems wrong with my car. I tell them 3 different problems I am having. after waiting for 2 hours they finally paged me over the loud speaker to go talk to a service consultant. they told me that there was nothing wrong. I told them that I had the noise on my camera, and that they should listen to it. They rejected the offer. Then I asked if I could drive the car to make the noise, they also rejected that offer.

After waiting for another 45 minutes for them to test drive it I get paged back again only to hear that there is 'absolutely nothing wrong' I go to pay for whatever they did on my car, it cost me $150.00. $150.00 for them to waste my time, my gas, and tell me that there is nothing wrong. to this day the car still has problems, and tomorrow I will be taking it to a better Dealership.
