I have never been so disappointed in an online order in my entire life. eWaggle has really sent me through the ringer. There is so much that's been so suspicious about this transaction.

I had to initiate the conversation between me and eWaggle, first of all. They never contacted me first, all I got were pre-made emails saying they got my money.

They finally did answer me after I sent two emails, stating problems with their Internet, and that my item should be shipped within the next 24 - 48 hours.

It has been 6 days since that email. I've sent 3 more emails and have received no reply. My item remains "Processing" on their website and they will not contact me. I am also having the same problem as it seems everyone else is having - their voicemail mailbox is "full". I even redialed the number about 10 times to see if SOMEONE would pick up, but there was nothing.

I wish I could contact ASUS and let them know that they are allowing a deceitful online company to resell their laptops. As someone who really likes ASUS, I don't want their products being sold from this awful company.

I just hope I can get my money back.
