eVitamins online order.

This 'company' needs to be held to a higher account for business practice and list items as 'in stock' 'out of stock' or on 'back order'. Paid $100 up front in my country's currency and was informed on the day of shipping it was out of stock and on back order when I had asked the week prior and been lied to.
Said they would refund onto my credit card yet I paid with PayPal and Paypal have notified me they have no refund in process with eVitamins.
And by the reviews I have read all over social media and the internet, I may be waiting a long time yet in the meantime, do not place your hard earned money into the hands of this shady company.
How they got the 'Stellar Seal' for customer service is beyond comprehension unless it's worthless and only on their website for either entertainment or rorting purposes - I'd bet that $100 they have of my money on both.
Integrity and honesty are not part of their company creed.
Only power and greed.
Beware these muppets.

eVitamins Pure scam!! Order was never received!

I made an order and it was never shipped! www.evitamins.com is nothing but scam and I highly recommend everyone to stay away from this place. I waited over three weeks and contacted their customer service and asked about my order status and they said "will be shipped within 2 days". Next time I contacted them I received the same reply. Then they said that part of my order was not in stock, later they said that my order was on its way and etc. Every time when I contacted them I heard nothing but lies. Recently I asked for a refund but something tells me that I'll never see my order or my money.

eVitamins Evitamins charged my debit card twice for the same order

I ordered "Solgar Folate 1000 mcg" on 29-Sep-2016. I got a confirmation e-mail informing me that your order has been placed and my debit card was CHARGED for the price of the product. But my order was not prepared for shipping even when I have already paid for it. Then I visited eVitamins website to find out as to " why my order has not been processed yet". And then the next day I got an sms telling me that your Debit Card has been charged by eVitamins for the ordered product. Although I did receive my product, but I was charged twice for the same product.

Kindly avoid this website. As I am giving a detailed review of eVitamins as per my experience of 9 months of ordering with this website.

eVitamins is a US based website that sells Food Supplements. I had a terrible experience with eVitamins.

When you sign-up with this website and order a product, you need to select a payment mode where-in you are asked to provide these details as Billing Information:-
a) Your Name on Debit/Credit Card b) Card Number c) Card Expiry Date d) CVV number of the card (All the details essentially required to compromise a Card and shop from your card without anyone needing the ATM-PIN number of your card).

After providing your Card details, when you order a product for first time, eVitamins directs you to your Bank Website where you log-in to your “ Bank Website “ and authorize payment through Transaction Password/OTP, that you receive on your mobile (Which is a standard practice for well-known reputed e-commerce websites). Now, eVitamins makes this as your DEFAULT PAYMENT Option and the next time you order a product, eVitamins do not redirects you to your Banking Website for authorizing payment and rather DEBITS your Card straightaway without you authorizing payment by Transaction Password/OTP.

eVitamins have developed a very innovative way of looting your money. This is the second method that they use to commit fraud on your card. When you order a product and make payment through Net Banking (The pymt. gets deducted from your Bank A/c), you receive a Confirmation mail that " your order has been placed " and you are given a TRACKING NUMBER to track the shipping of your order. Now, eVitamins holds your order and do not prepares it for shipment. So, when you try to track your order through TRACKING NUMBER, they deduct payment from your Bank Account again. For tracking an order, you need to log-in to eVitamins website and this is when they fraudulently Charge your Card again for the same order. So, you end up paying twice for the same order.

Now when you raise a Support Ticket for "Double Payment" and send them screenshots of your Bank Statement, then their Customer Manager (who usually is Annabelle King, most of the time) tells you that the FIRST DEBIT (for evitamins) that you are seeing in your Bank Statement is just a pending a authorization whereas it was SECOND DEBIT (for evitamins) when your Bank actually released the payment. They give you this Bull**** reply. This has been my personal experience.

If you don’t love your money and if you can afford risking the safety of your Card Information then you can certainly shop from eVitamins. High Risk and certainly Avoidable website. Prevention is better than cure.

eVitamins Non-delivery of mineral supplements

I had placed an order with eVitamins.com for supplements over 2 months ago, and also paid for it in advance. But even after 2 months my order has not been delivered. Inspite of sending them numerous letters and messages, and inspite of their promise to track down my order and conduct and investigation, they have done nothing. And when i asked for the refund of my money they have not bothered to respond or do the needful. Every time I write to them, they either ask me to wait and that they will investigate but they have done nothing and they now refuse to refund my money inspite of having asked for it repeatedly. Is there a place where I can report them for fraud in U.S.A. as they are based there? So that other people do not become victims of this fraud.

eVitamins This company sells suspicious products

I had terrible experience with this company. I wanted to know the manufacturer's name they sell things from. But they gave me the wrong phone number and website. I received the wrong product and wanted to return it, but it was not that easy. I was waiting the product more than 4 months. And the one I received wasn’t the one I ordered. Their customer service sent me several messages with apologies. I tried to call them, but it was impossible to talk to a live person. Their line was always busy. If your get the wrong order they just apologize and then start ignoring you. They refused to give me a refund or an exchange. This company sells suspicious products and is very unprofessional.

eVitamins Paid for product never delivered

Placed an order for some high potency probiotics for USD 175. After waiting for 7 weeks, I never received the order. I contacted the Customer Service, who just continued to ask me to wait some more even though their own generous delivery timelines had passed. Finally, the order never arrived. Stay away from them. Never order anything from them. I won't go anywhere near them again.

eVitamins invalid link and the name of the company was fake

Run from the company www.evitamins.com. I have ordered supplements, but the seller sent me supplements of unknown company. I asked to tell me the name of the company, because I wasn’t happy that the company was unknown. They provided the link of the company and name, but all details were wrong and the link was invalid. Be aware that such scam can happen.

eVitamins Product Not Received

HORRIBLE! I have recently purchased a product for a friend who was going out of the country in a few days. I requested 2 day shipping. I ordered this product Sunday morning. It is now Thursday and I still have YET TO RECEIVE MY PRODUCT! Now, my friend is leaving the country without the product that she needs. I am highly annoyed and disappointed! As soon as I receive my products, I will be deleting my account and warning others about this fraudulent company! It even has received a F rating in this Better Business Bureau so shoppers beware of this company! I actually wish I can give it less than 1 star!

This company leaves a lot to be desired. I placed an order on July 15 which did not ship out until July 20 and I finally received it on July 27! Good luck with accurate tracking information through their web site, it's absolutely useless. The customer service dept. is an absolute joke. They are unprofessional, argumentative and confrontational when approached. Warning: Avoid customer service rep. Pete M., the guy is an arrogant and useless windbag who babbles nonsense

I will give them a 10+ for their email spamming.

Actually it seems fraudulent ...its been more than 2 months now since I placed an order for 24 USD and its much more amount for me because i paid in my country's currency. There is one customer care mail id help@evitamins.com and one person who always reply i.e. Katie. Its been 2 months since I am following up with them. Now they have started replying rude because after such long wait I kept sending frequent reminders since they were not acknowledging the mails anymore. I told them a month in advance that I will be vacating that place in a month's time so please deliver soon. No avail. Even 2 months later I am trying to track it, I have left the place but my friends back there are keeping me updated on the parcel's delivery status (which is so irritating for them as well as me to keep asking them). I tried tracking through the delivery company, but evitamins are not revealing the exact company name and courier tracking article number etc. They just keep replying with fake names and numbers. Stupid company. No hopes now!
If anyone receives their article after complaining here, do let me know to keep any further hopes.

They are very very lazy in delivering the product on top of that they take no initiatives also. Today 40 days have been passed and their is no sign of delivery i used their support option also but they always say that wait for some more days...wait for some more days...I think they are fraudulent..

eVitamins Order not received!

4/9/2010: I ordered a much needed supplement from eVitaminStore and had it shipped to our Postal Store. I accidentally listed our Post Office Box as 326 instead of 328. That combined with the fact the order was placed using my maiden name, confused the store clerk and he returned the product.

19 email correspondences and at least 3 voice mails took place between eVitaminStore and me attempting to get tracking, and a reshipment (even offering to pay for the shipping) up until July 15th.

On July 16th Laura (I only presume Weber of Customer Service) responded asking for full name and address to reship product.

I began recounting from 7/16 and am up to 23 emails (and one voice mail) with absolutely no response. I even sent Laura an eGreeting in the hopes of fostering some kind of good will.
NO REPLY!

The Better Business Bureau (where eVitaminStore currently holds a F rating, I believe thanks to me; it was a D before this) is involved and are awaiting response from their final letter to eVitaminStore.

There has been absolutely NO response from customer service since 7/16. I've posted requests on Twitter and FaceBook as well. No reply. This is HORRIBLE customer service and from what I have researched now on the web, seems to be a modis operandi for this company.

AND... I will continue to post and report to any and all other sites, entities and media avenues available until this matter is resolved. People need to know the chance they are taking if anything goes wrong with an order they place with this company.

I am truly saddened that this situation has come to this. It's been a terrible waste of time and energy merely because eVitaminStore and in particular, the customer service representative, "Laura", has chosen NOT to do the RIGHT thing! I have been more than patient. I literally begged for them to just ship my product and forewarned them that I would escalate if there was no answer. I ordered the product on April 9th and PAID FOR IT. It's now September 21st and no refund... no product and no reply since she agreed to reship on 7/16.

I am praying this will be a wake up call for eVitaminStore. I would hope they started their health focused business to be profitable through appropriately helping and servicing their clientele; not to merely sweep challenging issues under the rug will that will only hide the pile and eventually trip them.

Update:
It took just over SIX months of repeated emails, phone calls, and complaints both online and to authorities for eVitaminStore to cut me a check for what I had paid.
I actually emailed a young lady that was managing their ebay site in a last ditch effort to get a hold of someone. She claimed that someone in their customer service then sent me a couple of emails over the course of the week... none were received by me or my spam folders. I am grateful to her because SHE was the only person to actually effectively respond (even if she was a tad curt in her reply).
All monies returned to me and I cashed the check at their bank.

Still, I would avoid doing business with these folks. It never should have taken six months for a refund nor should I have to start a full time job complaining about them in order to get it. Buyer Beware!

I made an order from e vitamins with international shipping to egypt. I tried to sign in to my account to track my order. but every time i try i was directed to page not found. I sent e-mail to them to cancel the order But they never reply.

Ordered on 3 April 2023. They took payment. Then again today took it again. So stressed. Can’t call as too expensive from uk. Support ticket sent. Will wait and see. Not a great customer journey at all

My order was placed on Nov. 4th, and as of this date, 11/13/10 it has yet to deliver. There is now way to contact this operation other than e-mail, and that only results in an e-mail back saying that it will be delivered soon, and a USPS delivery tracking number that shows it took 5 days before the order was even turned into the Post Office. NEVER AGAIN!

Order placed on 11/04/10 ... credit card charged immediately ... order not shipped until 11/09/10 ... no phone to contact, e-mail resulted in USPS tracking number and nothing else!
