eviator scooter / bad service by evm honda india

Sir,
I am the owner of a honda eviator scooter (KL 39 A 7192). I purchased it from M/s EVM Honda, Cochin, Kerala. My grievance is the poor quality of the service provided by the said service centre. I gave my vehicle for service on 1/10/10. Since 2nd and 3rd were public holidays, my due date was given as 4th. I called the centre by about 4.15 and i was told that the vehicle is ready and i can get it immediately. Since i was aware that even after such assuarances the normal waiting period in the said centre was 2 hrs i said the attender over phone that i will be there after 1 and a half hours and in the mean time my bill and the vehicle maybe kept ready, so that i can avoid delay at the service centre. I reached the centre by about 5.45. after a long delay one attendant told me that the vehicle is ready and should wait for billing. Afer that i got my vehicle only at 7.15 PM. While i was waiting there i saw many other customers like me waiting impatiently for their turn. infact this is the usual practice and you may kindly make enquiries from your side and convince yourself about this deficiency in service of this service centre.
