    You can always email me direct at jamesATeveryonedoesitDOTcom and I can look directly into your complaint. We run a ticket system that makes sure everyone is dealt with within 24 hours. If as you say you have not had a response in a month I want to know about it. Just include your ticket number that everyone gets when contacting us now so I can see what has gone wrong.
