Everprivate Card Services / pre paid virtual card unauthorized

1 United States Review updated:

I was applying for a cash advance from a totally different company online. Of course I gave them my banking info. Next thing I know, $54.95 is taken out of my checking overdrawing my account and my bank charging me $36.00 for this overdraw. I live paycheck to paycheck. $144.00 a week. I cannot afford this extra money . I've e-mailed them numerous times with a ticket # that they supplied. They don't read your e-mails and haven't sent a refund. I suggest that you try their web site..Contacteverprivatecardservices.com/REFUND
See if you get the refund form that they claim to send via e-mail attachment.. I just want my refund. Their phone number on their phony check is [protected]. My ticket number is : 174992z2116549298131950249.. Thank You

Everprivate Card Services - Unauthorized billing!
    United States

I am going through the same thing everyone is. I am however reporting them to the Better Business Bureau and have reported them to the news channels, especially 8 on your side, the affiliate station for NBC in Tampa Florida. I encourage everyone who has encountered a problem with this company to do the same. If we get enough people, we may be able to file a class action suit.

I also ran into this scam when applying for an online payday loan. They agreed on 8/1/07 to refund the full amount & it would take 10 days for me to receive a check. I still haven't received anything from them & now they are not responding to my emails. I've filed with both the BBB & the Attorney Generals office. I hope that they don't continue to get away with this!

I don't know why you will want to scam some-one of there money and because of the consequence you will pay for stealing some-one else money out of there account that don't belong to you you will pay God help you. Please put my money back in my account please!!!! I will see you in court. It's in God word you shall not steal.

I have ran into the same scam while applying for a payday loan online. I have been emailing them about my refund and now the number they gave out is stating that, you can only go to the web site and post a message. I was told that it would only take 7 to 10 business day to process. They took 49.99 out of my checking account and and it has cost me 172.00 in overdraft fees with my bank and I wants my money back. If anyone knows what to do to get it back, please let me know.

I had the same thing happen. I applied for a payday loan said no to the card and they took $ 54.95 from me. I immediately contacted them and was promised a refund and it would take 8 to 10 days. I finally got a check a month later and then I deposited it and it was returned due to a stop payment. Now they owe me $54.95 for the fee they charged and $ 18. 00 for the fee charged from the bank and you don't have a way to talk to them it is all by email.
