Evernote is a versatile tool that has become an essential part of my daily life. From organizing notes to storing memories, it has seamlessly integrated into my routine. The ability to access my information across all my devices has been a game-changer. While there have been some minor issues with certain features, the overall experience has been positive. Evernote's user-friendly interface and diverse functionalities make it a must-have for anyone looking to streamline their digital life.

Wow!

What a great piece of software for collecting and storing free-form text, pictures, voice notes, etc. I have installed Evernote on all my computers (office, travel, home) plus my Blackberry. Evernote's sync capability will sync all your notes (and notebooks) automatically or by clicking the Sync button across all of your devices like MAGIC! My Evernote is fuilly encrypted, so virtually no chance of anyone having unauthorized access to my information.

I can even send a pic from my Blackberry straight to my Evernote database via email. This by far is one of the best and handiest software apps I've ever used.

I recently had to delete my email address due to a hacker/scammer getting a hold of it. This email address was tied to my Evernote account. Apparently, out of the blue for no reason, Evernote decides it wants to authenticate that it's really me. It's never done that before.

It sent an authentication verification email to the email address I had just deleted. I was expecting to be able to change my email address in the Evernote app since it has never asked me to log in with a password nor sent me a verification email before.

Well, this time it did ask me and there's no way for me to verify it's me because the email address is deleted. Additionally, there's no way for me to address the issue in my Evernote app.

If I try to get Customer Support (a real human), there's no chat option with a real person, there's no telephone number,... nothing. The "Help" articles don't help because I can't find my particular situation in there. I need to speak to a real human. Then after searching forever, there's a way to get a hold of a "person" in your area that is supposedly an Evernote "expert" to assist you. I sent this person a message in the app a few days ago and haven't heard back from them.

I have lots of important stuff in my Evernote account and I can't access any of it! And I can't get a hold of a person to help me!

I hate Evernote for this reason in particular. I would be willing to tolerate not the greatest app in the world IF I could access a person for customer support. I'm planning on exporting everything into another app. I pay way too much for this app to have to deal with this nonsense!

I called a number that I found on "GetHuman.com". It is perpetually busy. What a bunch of BS Evernote is! We still need people to get things done!

I can't even create the previous email address tied to it and ask for another verification because my account doesn't appear in the app any longer!

This company has a lot of things to improve.
Their version for iPhones is not user-friendly. Very hard to create columns.
The desktop version is buggy as well. I have a new laptop, so it can't be blamed for a slow work. But each time I open the program I have to wait for 5 minutes before it starts normally working. It just freezes. Sometimes it happens when I am using it. And it irritates, especially if you desperately need to paste something.

I created free account on the website www.evernote.com. I have a lot of things to do and to remember, but unfortunately I could forget something and therefore I decided to try this app. I downloaded it on my mobile phone. I didn’t understand why, but this app worked really slowly on my phone and didn’t show my notes for day, but I turned on all notifications and sound.
I tried other apps as well, but nothing worked properly. I don’t know how to solve my problem. Please post your comments.
