Eventbrite event on 20th july 2019

Dear Sir/Madam,

I would like to raise my concerns in regards to the event on the 20th July, my wife had book Silver tickets in order to get a decent view and experience of the event but unfortunately I feel that your management team failed on this occasion and should re consider what seating should be marked up as Silver as yesterday I missed over half of the show as we couldn't even see the stage which is very disappointing.

My wife had paid a premium price for these seating as a Birthday present for me as it was my birthday yesterday and knowing I'm a huge fan of Neha Kakkar.

Unfortunately I feel we would have better off with the standard seating which would have given us a better view of the performers performing.

I did raise my concerns with the management on duty as well and in which they made an announcement when Neha Kakkar came on a again on her second half of the show which must have been 3/4 of the show in which we have lost out on entertainment which I find wholly unacceptable.

Therefore we would like to request for a refund for the part of the show which Angel Events have failed in providing on the premium tickets which we had purchased.

Also I would also like to highlight that there was no mention on the tickets of the views being restricted either.

Eventbrite double-charged for 1 ticket

On 20 Jan, I booked 1 tkt for Bohemian Rhapsody in Abbey Stadium, Cambridge, for tmrw night.
Now, 2 email reminders indicate you charged me a 2nd time, taking money AGAIN from my bank account on 2 Feb, when I was in New Zealand!
Obviously, I want a refund: this is theft!
NO-ONE ANSWERS YOUR PHONE OR EMAIL COMPLAINTS, WHICH EXPLAINS YOUR APALLING ONLINE REVIEWS.

Eventbrite refund issues

Like totally 80 concert huntington beach, sellout productions says call you. You wont answer any calls i want a complete refund i spent about $400.00 and the event show was canceled organizers will not respond to my e-mails nor will you. You have a request for refund but i can not excess it.
How and when will i get my money back for the cancelled show, i fell both you and the sellout productions is scamming people out of their money,
someone needs to refund my complete money this is not right to cancel a show and not refund my money

My name is cynthia Henderson. I attended an event at eventbrite at 46 west 116st . on sept 21 2019. I bought 3 ticket .but use 1 ticket.# [protected]. I been asking for my refund if $67.38. And haven't heard anything fron them

Eventbrite I am complaing about my refund and the person who was very unprofessional

Silent boat party pt.3, saturday, april 13, 2019, beale street landing, 251 riverside dr, memphis tn 38103. My name is shirley miller - still I had purchase tickets to attend the event listed above. I received a email canceling the event for the 13th because of bad weather. They reschedule it for the sunday april 14, 2019. I informed them I had other plans I couldnt attend this event on sunday april 14, 2019. I request a refund they informed me I would get a refund between 7 days. Well I contacted the people who sent me the email. This is their response to me. I got the message thru a text it read as follow. Mane look and read carefully... Ion give a [censored]. Stop textn me and just do wut u gone do and ion give no [censored] about your hubby being a cop. And your point. Keep telling you country [censored] dat [censored] ain't up to me. The party went on. I been tryna b nice but u keep sending me dis [censored]... So wuteva bye. I informed him that I was going to court to file a small claim against the company for my money. I am going to file for the company to pay court cost, filing fee, loss of work and parking. I purchase 2 tickets - shirley miller-still order number [protected] total 62.00. He ask me to send him the order number I did tuesday april 30, 2019 and he will refund me friday may 3, 2019. When I text him friday may 3, I text him good morning I need to know how ill I be receiving my money. This is shirley miller-still. His text first was good luck getting it. And the second one was the one I just wrote. I can be contacted at [protected]@gmail.com - or [protected]. Wow this is hideous and very unprofessional. I never imagine I would get such an ugly response concerning my money.

Eventbrite no costumer service

I need to get a refund as can no longer attend the event which on the website it states I can by logging in. It won't let me log into the website, when I click the log in button it loads a page that only has sign up with email or log in with face book. Neither options work. I have called with no answer as the phone line ends and emailed twice with no reply. I have been trying for 5 days now with no response from the company. I feel like there isn't even anyone working for the company but only automated computer responses to deal with issues.

Eventbrite ownership of an account

We are an organisation which runs fundraising events on a regular basis. A former office bearer set up an Eventbrite account, which we though was the organisation's account, to organise several of these events.

The person in question is no longer an office bearer, and has moved away. However he refuses to give us access and control over the legacy events.

He maintains that they we set up by him, as a subset of his account and therefore all the data gained remains his.

How can we formally dispute this.

Eventbrite ticket refund

In trying to get a refund from Eventbrite I discover that they are a scam operation even though their ticket says I can get a refund up to seven days before the event.
To get a refund I have to have an account where I can see my ticket.
To have an account I have to sign up.
To sign up I must have a password but which I do not have until I have an account.
So I must use forgot password which generates a mail from them.
Which comes with some delay and when I click the link even within a minute of receiving the mail I get a message on the log in page that says the password token has expired. I have gone through this cycle at least ten times!
So I will get my credit card to dispute the charge and so on.
And their website has no phone number to call or any chat or any e-mail to write to.

Eventbrite miss earth united states pageant tickets

I bought tickets to many Miss Earth United States events on July 13th, and 14th, 2018. I entered the room for the Friends and Family event only to find that it was not set up. There were girls still changing in the room, and event staff (men) were in the room taking pictures of the girls with other contestants still changing and naked in the background. Some of these girls were minors. The Miss Earth pageant should have charges filed against them. The event that was supposed to happen was then delayed more than an hour. When the event finally started, there were no drinks or food as offered on the tickets. After a bit, some stale appetizers were circulated to go with the water in the corner. We were told to go to the bar downstairs in the hotel lobby if we wanted juice or cocktails, or anything but water. There was no event, just a darkened room. I would like all of my money back for this event. $175 plus fees. On top of that, the hotel where the event was held had a broken elevator and everyone was forced to wait 15 minutes for an elevator or to huff up and down the emergency stairwell. I bought VIP tickets for the Friday fashion show and the VIP seats were was all filled after we waited for wristbands from the organizers to get in, even though we were originally first in line. We had the event event on our smartphones with the EventBrite app. Eventually we were placed in seats that were in front, after asking about the VIP seating, but all the way at the end where I could not see without craning my neck around. I want these tickets refunded also. I believe they were $120 plus fees. The Miss Earth staff had no idea what they were doing and were mixing up all of the wristbands and did not have them available before the event. Neither of the two preshow meet and greet events "with cocktails" ever happened at all. Not the one for the first show, or the one for the main show. The first show was well over an hour late and this pushed the main show back even longer than that, as everyone was forced to stand in line in the hall. The different levels of tickets were not honored and people sat anywhere. I want the difference in my VIP seating returned as the entire place was just general seating. The aisles were littered with one of the sponsors water bottles that made it difficult to maneuver the stairs. You should never sell tickets for this organization again. They are not delivering the product, and what they did deliver was substandard. There has to be a rule against false advertising with your company. I would like this investigated, and all of my monies returned from this disaster of an event. To reiterate. I would like a full refund for all of my tickets on those two days ($592), as none of the events were as ticketed. I would also like them banned from your services. This is the ABSOLUTE FIRST EVENT from EventBrite that was not as advertised. Every other event that I have attended through EventBrite was correct and easy to use. I have noticed that the event referred to above has been cancelled by the club but not on Evenbrite site yet.

My questions are:

1- If the event is cancelled, why can't i get a refund amounted to 22.70 Euros?
2- Why didn't the organiser announce the event cancellation on his site (Eventbrite.com)
3- If there is another event with the same type of music (House and Techno), why is it not announced?
4- In case, there is another event with the same type of music, shall i have access to the club with the same tickets of the event cancelled in case i want to go?

Eventbrite event ticket sales

Eventbrite has decided to get all high and holly and enforce their version of morality by refusing to provide service to patrons of cannabis events. a cannabis business investment group which has been using Eventbrite for its monthly meeting for the past year has been blocked by Eventbrite. attendees attempting to secure tickets are now sent to a page disabled by Eventdrite with no explanation.

Eventbrite speedfriending event scam

Hello. Yesterday I bought tickets on your website to an event called Speedfriending organised by speedfriending.net. When I went to the bar they said it was held in, the bar staff knew nothing about it and they also said this has happened before many times. It is a complete scam and yet I bought the ticket on your website! I demand an explanatión and a full refund.

Eventbrite fake event & fake organizer

I am attending an event organize by Financial Master Management now at Mid Valley City from 12pm-230pm.

I am looking for the event location but can't find. Therefore I ask about the organizer's details at the info counter but to no avail too. They registered the event but there's no contact person and contact details at all.

I am thinking maybe there's no event at all and the Organizer is joking with the participants only.

I am wasting my time for travelling from office to the mall but end up no event at all.

I request Eventbride look into this matter seriously as I think there are many others participants face the same problem like me now.

@jarvic, From your photo, the event is to be held on 9-Aug-2017 which is tomorrow. If you go to the venue today, of course there will be nothing. Am I right?

Eventbrite Illegal events

I've purchased a concert ticket and when the concert day finally came I was extremely excited. That was nothing special, just a small event which was supposed to be held in a local bar.
I arrived at the place and was shocked when I found out that concert was cancelled. Many people stood outside, argued with the security guard. Even thought the concert was cancelled there was no information about that on Eventbrite.
When I came back home I tried to contact the person who sold me the ticket but the did not reply. Then I contacted Eventbrite and explained the situation, I clearly said that there was a scammer on their website which sold fake tickets but they did nothing at all. They said they'll do something about that but they really did not care.

I purchased tickets to a concert, however the frontman and lead singer DIED last month. Eventbrite should have issued a refund to ticket holders. Myles Goodwinn is DEAD! I request a full refund on my tickets immediately. Anything short of a full refund is FRAUD!

I have tried to speak or get an email from someone because i need assistance on setting up an event phoned and emailed sales team no reply - no ability to message anyone or get assistance

There is literally no customer service and you make people using your system feel helpless in trying to resolve issues

Previously you had a report, seen on Excel, which included the name of the ticket purchaser and all of the categories applicable, e.g., physical street address. The reports I currently can find do not include all of the needed info. If it's still on the site, please help me find it. Thank you!

I have tried emailing you guys a few times to let you know I put the wrong email while purchasing tickets and I can't access that email so therefore cannot access the confirmation email... I either want a refund or my email to be change! If I do not get a response back I will phoning you guys up to see what the problem is... Thanks in advanced...
