I was having trouble getting updated antivirus software and discovered several errors in my registry, preventing me from getting it, so I downloaded "Eusing" Free Registry. It scanned my computer and reported over 300 errors, which I discovered I had, so I opted to have them clean up my registry. In order to do that I had to pay $15.00 and an additional $3.65 for Registration Backup Service plus $0.73 tax. It did not do anything. I ended up calling support.com for help and ALL of the errors in my registry were still there so I chose to have them clean up my registry. Also, the support information that SWReg Digital River gave me on my receipt is fraudulent. There is not a support at: [protected]@tom.com. It's a asian website that is completely in an asian language. I was able to go onto the original website to customer support and request a full refund. The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
Many user had used my software to fix their problem. I think most problem be found in this user's computer had been removed. Some registry keys or values will be created automatically even if they are removed by software. So if you have those keys or values, you can not get 0 problems in next scan. Or you can run 'Regedit' to open the registry to try to delete those remained registry keys or values by yourself, they can not be deleted or will be created after deleting. So i think my software isn't fraud software.

Eusing Free Registry Cleaner is a freeware product, this means that user can download and use it for free. Anyway we will appreciate contributions: we will use collected money to finance new development of Eusing Free Registry Cleaner. After registering, a registration code would email to user.Their name will display on About window. But if user don't want to donate it, they can also use it freely. Just click 'Skip' button to close the hint dialog and they can use the software without any limitation.
