I have the same issue.
I bought 2 tickets for the Olympics and I have never seen them. Of course it was paid by card. I am afraid i will never get back my money. Anybody has an idea how we can gat back the price of the tickets and the postal costs? My loss is 400 Ł.

We had the same situation with the Olympics in London 2012. They said that they were going to pay us back three weeks after the event, but we have not seen our money yet. We really want it back, but we don't know how. The company was so smart that they did not accept paypal, they only accepted visa.
If I send them an e-mail about our money, they just ignore me.
How is it possible that a lot of people are scammed, and that the European law just let them do what they want.

hello i was also so stupid for buying tickets by this ### company. The tickets for the olympic games never received.
first the write yes the come to my home adress, than to adress of my hotel in londen. .and than 1 day before the game. sorry but it is very difficult in londen with the traffic. DO NEVER TICKETS BY THIS COMPANY.

I got very serious problems with thiscompany and i am very very very upset because of this situation. I trust your company and i bought 2 madonna tickets on 27th of febuary and paid 410 euro and on the otherhand, i took my flights from Turkey to Helsinki, i got my hotel and i arranged all my business because of this event. In this process, nobody send me an information mail about delivery or cancellation, i took my job on otherside and i started to send mail and phone calls for several times but nobody gave any information about my ticket, i lost time, i lost costs, at the end today the call center guy said to me "we cancelled your tickets'' and he started to lough, how dare? How can u do that 3 days left before the concert?
First, my concert is at the Helsinki, there is no relation between the olympic games and the madonna concert.
Second, THEY give me an short explanation, but this mail is not explain my situation, this mail is about london and olympic committie.
Thirth, i sent several mails, i called several phone calls but all re-send mails were about olympic and call center guy is very rude and unkindly
I will go to Helsinki just for this concert, i paid for flights, paid for hotel, arranged my bussiness and my holiday plan just for this concert, so this is very rude and unfair that THEY cancelled my ticket 3 days before the event.

Now i have lots of damages both economicly and phsicologly, so i demand all my damages refund immediatly but there is NO REFUND, THEY ARE ANİMALS AND THİEFTS

I very bloody stupidly bought one single ticket for the dressage final tomorrow at the Olympics. I thought I had done it all properly but less than 24 hrs before the event and no sign of my precious ticket. I have no idea who to talk to or scream at because I am really angry. Anyone got any ideas please ?

I bought 4 tickets for my 2 children, husband and I on 26th April 2011 through the company Euroteam (total cost £350) for the Gymnastics event at the North Greenwich Arena London on Sunday 29th July 2012.

I telephoned the helpdesk based in Norway to make enquiries about our tickets, which had already been purchased and was told that the tickets would be delivered to my address 2 weeks before the Olympic start date on 27th July 2012.

We did not receive any tickets on or after 27th July 2012 in the post or by courier which was paid in advance to “Euroteam” .

As our event was due to start on 29th July we decided to attend the Olympic park anyway despite not being in possession of the tickets that we paid for and as we could have predicted we were refused entry and turned away from the Olympic park by security.

I asked some of the many security staff and volunteers were we could collect our tickets and was sent in different directions which turned out to be extremely frustrating.
It began to dawn on us that the whole operation was a complete scam and we were left wondering how many other people went through the same procedure as us only to be left frozen out and basically ignored.
Our children are 13 and 10 years old at the time of writing and they were looking forward to this day months ago and it was very difficult for us to explain to them why we were not going to watch the gymnastics.

The sad thing is that we may never get another chance to see anything like this in London again which makes it hard to take.

Meanwhile “Euroteam” are still trading and causing heartache for thousands of people.

Very difficult company to do business with. Don't. I never will again. We paid in full in December for two events in June. Then, we only received the actual ticktets the very days of performance! It cost us hundreds of dollars extra in fruitless phone calls to get our tickets in a timely manner. They delivered the tickets, but not before causing us a lot of grief and anxiety. Avoid Euroteam at all times!

We recently had a very similar experience after my husband purchased French Open tickets from Euroteam, and we even postponed our honeymoon to Paris to attend the Open and planned events while in Paris around the day we were supposed to attend the Open. Unfortunately, even though we were reassured just a couple of days before the tournament (the day we were leaving the U.S. to fly to Paris) by Euroteam that we would receive the tickets via email, we did not ever receive them. We did get 2 emails around the same time we should have been at the tennis tournament and a couple of voicemails left back in the U.S. on the day of the tournament stating Euroteam was not able to get tickets transferred to our name (he purchased the tickets back in February, so not a very good excuse).

It sounds like a lot of people have had similar problems and it's been going on for years. I'm an attorney in Florida and I have written to Euroteam and so far haven't received a response. It's simply not acceptable that a company is allowed to continue these practices.

Unfortunately the same for us. We thought we had bought Roland Garros semi-final tickets in June last year. Although the tickets would not be released until February 2012, we expected Euroteam to purchase those tickets for us they were a, what we thought, registered corporate buyer of tickets. We paid 930 euros for both tickets. They contacted us 4 weeks before the event and informed us that they would deliver the tickets in 2-3 weeks. After two weeks we called and e-mailed but they guaranteed that the tickets would arrive on time. One week before the semi-finals they informed us that the tickets would be delivered the day before or the day of the event! I called and demanded the tickets to be sent right away since we were going to Paris they day before the semi-finals, they hung up on me! We had already bought flight tickets to Paris and paid for a hotel room for the week-end so we decided to go anyway. Two hours prior to the start of the first semi-final, we received the following e-mail:
"Dear Madam/Sir,
We are sorry to inform you that we have been let down by our suppliers and are unable to get a hold of the tickets which you have ordered. We understand that these circumstances are not suitable for anybody, and even though we have lost time and money you will receive a 100% refund. Please note that this is an exceptional case and that we usually deliver ordered tickets according to the contract.
We are sorry for the circumstances."

We entered Roland Garros website who recently had posted banned organizations selling tickets and that would not be allowed on Roland Garros, Euroteam was one of them, Onlinetickets.com another.

My recommendation is that you DO NOT purchase any tickets whatsoever from Euroteam or any of the other online ticket suppliers, purchase from authorized suppliers if possible, Euroteam cannot be trusted in any way.

EUROTEAM = SCAM. A pity I didn´t read this forum before. I have been cheated with a ticket for Roland Garros 2012. I bought it on december 2011. They initially said they would send the ticket by courier, 30 € plus, on 26 may the latest. On 18 may they request the customer name and delivery address in order to send the ticket, everything ok up till that moment. But the ticket doesn´t arrive. On 30 may I ask for it, nothing but a robotic reply saying the ticket will be send by mail the day before the event. I insist once, twice, again and again. Nothing. I travelled to Paris the day before the event hoping they finally send the ticket. Nothing, nor ticket neither explanation. I have been absolutely cheated. Never, never again rely on these liars.

Ok - I see the complaints and the internet articles on 2012-Londonsummergames.org how how it is a fake for olympic tickets. However, did not see these in Nov 2011 when I bought the tickets from them. I called Euroteam on Saturday and talked to a representative. He said that the tickets will be delivered from 2 - 20 July to my house in the United States. Told him that I am flying to Europe the 13th of July -- So he noted the delivery date to the 13th of July and asked for a place in Europe they could go if they dont make it . Obviously this worries me since this is for opening ceremonies and are expensive. Need to validate that 1. the earliest the olympics is issuing tickets is the 2 July so that there is a reason for the delay 2. this companys poor track record listed here for other some other events is either an indicator that I should take other actions or if the company can deliver and make my experience enjoyable. Who do I contact to get these questions answered?

wow! i'm surprised..! with these much complaints..as i got really great experience with them... they sell tickets for football and music events are just giving amazing service to their customers. They promise for tickets even over the phone – and if you’re lucky then you can get tickets even close as an hour before the event as i got mine, but as many people book tickets from euroteam so book your tickets as soon as possible. If you are buying tickets for football or music concerts or any events then go for Euroteam scam free tickets…

euroteam is 100% genuine ... i always book my tickets through euroteam... great service

I see all the complaints from 2009 ... do they still work in the same manner? cause I got my concert tickets in March 11 well in time (4 days before my departure. ). I am not sure if they still have such issues.

I live in Hong Kong. I was going to treat my ageing dad the trip of his life time by taking him to the World Cup final in South Africa. Brought 2 tickets (very expensive) from these rats. They only told me after I have completed payment procedures that the tickets will not be posted to me but instead promissed to deliver them to my hotel in South Africa. Needless to say they did not delivery. Having spent two days and numerious international calls and only getting the answering machine. I finally got an email a few hours before the kick off saying there will be no tickets and they will refund my money the following week. Needless to day, there was no refund at all. Lucky I paid by VISA and they chargeback immediately once they heard it is from these rats. Although I they did not scam any money from me, I still spent USD5, 000 for flights from Hong Kong to SA and accomodations to watch the final on tele. I was so angry to see my father's face drop. These rats should be shut down and send to prison immediately. Also, I cannot understand why VISA and Mastercard still work with them? I am sure if they do not have major credit card as payment method, noone will be scam be them again!

This euroteamtickets organisation should be banned. They never do as they say in emails or over the phone. They promise things that they can't keep. Why doesn't authorities or customer protection agency do anything? Never, never, never trust their website promises or what kind of tickets they are selling. You buy front row tickets and eventually your seat is somewhere faaaaaaar back..if you are lucky enough to get the tickets.

It also happened to me! At the South Africa Soccer World Cup they did not delIver the tikets I HAD paied for and never gave me a refund in spite of 20 phone calls to them. NEVER BUY FROM EUROTEAM. THEY DO NOT DELIVER WHAT THEY HAVE PROMISSED AND THEY DO NOT GIVE THE MONEY BACK EITHER.

Luckily this hasn't happened to me but I'd be tempted to contact the media - for example in the UK, why not contact Watchdog via the BBC? They may not be able to get you a refund but at least it would raise awareness that this company is obviously a bunch of crooks! It may also encourage other people who have been affected to complain to the right body? It sounds like the sooner this so-called company is shut down, the better.

I have purchased Premier league tickets for £400 for a game at October 2010. They never delivered my tickets. Afterwards, it took me three months to prove to Euroteam that noone actually delivered the tickets. They kept on claiming that my tickets were delivered. In the end, they agreed that the tickets were not delivered.

Today, it is 29April 2011, 8 months after the event. I have not received my refund. They kept on telling me that they will refund in the next two weeks and they never do. On top of that, they get edgy with me on the phone. The whole customer service is rude, Euroteam is a scam.

i bought 4 tickets for sade concert in milano.they send me the most cheap tickets instead of the expensive ones, and they dont answer to my mails for refund.they are crappers for sure .

If you've been cheated and you payed by credit card you can in easy way get refund. Just go to your bank and ask about CHARGEBACK. This a function provided by VISA and MasterCard, which allow you to get full refund if the supplier didn't deliver on their commitment.

Euroteam is definitely a trap! I live in Brazil and, in August 2010, bought ticket to attend U2 concert in Paris, in September 18. As I didn't receive the tickets, I've called them and received the answer: "everything is all right, your tickets will be delivered in Paris". Then I travelled to Paris and one day before the concert received a message saying "we are sorry we couldn't get the tickets". Sorry? This is called irresponsibility. They've spoiled my hole trip, which was based in the concert. Besides that, since September, I'm trying to get the refund and all I heard are ridiculous excuses. Somebody should prohibit them to operate and make more people like fool. I've talked even to the "founder" of the company. They are definitely not interested in solving the problem. I'm starting to take legal procedures against them. Anyone has any tips about that? Thanks!

What a rats are those people!, my husband tried to surprise me with a tickets for rugby England Vs Scotland.. he payed 380 GBP, incredible expensive, they said that they will send them by FEDEX to the Netherlands, later we got an email saying that somebody will call us, to make it short... we spend money traveling from the Netherlands to London, made a lot of calls to Norway because was the phone number that they were giving us in the voicemail, at the end was one gay with 2 tickets waiting for us outside of the stadium.. really cheap ones, my husband got really mad and almost hit him, but I decided to stopped as we could get a bit trouble, there were 62.50 GBP tickets ... 3 times less than the ones that he bought, reading what happened to the all of you, it could have been worst... no tickets... we enjoyed the match, but now we tried to contact VISA so maybe they can cancel the right to pay with VISA in that web side, maybe if all of us do it, we can be success.

Cannot believe I have been duped by these guys. 400 Sterling on 6 nations tickets. I knew it was a scam when they started to deflect reasons why tickets not delivered and no contact numers but obviously to late by then. I would be happy to pay someone 10K sterling to have these guys dealt with.

Happened the same to me. Bought 5 tickets (100 Euro each) for the AC Milan - Real Madrid game in Nov 3 2010. They said the tickets were on their way. 5 days before the event they said they couldn't deliver to my place, but they would give the tickets somewhere near the stadium in Milan. I believed them (like a fool) and drove to Milan, 2 hours before the match, they called me to say there were no tickets because of a problem with their supplier. After 5 months of paying these tickets, I still don't have my money. They sent me a message telling me the money was refunded, but no money in my credit card yet. People, please don't buy tickets from these guys.

Please Laura help us if you can, I denounced the fact to the police of my country 45 days ago and I am still waiting an answer. I want my money back and I don't want to see that site anymore on the web. Justice must be done!

I had the same problem, I have bought 2 tisckets 220 euro for the Lady Gag concert in Budapest! Received the confirmation order, but never the tickets! I have tryed to contact them by e-mail and telephone several times with no success. Finnaly they have answered on the 10th of january and they told me by e-mail and telephone that I cannot be refubded as I was unreachable and my case is registered as NO SHOW? Imagine that! There is NO SHOW only from their side! I flew all the way from Brussels to Budapest, I called them like crazy as I was there 2 days before the concert. I went to the venue and waited like an idiot with other people in the same situation! The good news is that i hapen to work for the EU Commission, DG Communication and I will definetly report this scam! it cannot go one! PLEASE INFORM YOUR FRIENDS NOT TO BUY TICKETS FROM THIS WESITE!I feel like the biggest idiot!

As a present to my son for his 40th Birthday, I bought mid-April 2009 for him and his wife 2 tickets for the U2 concert in Paris on 18 September, 2009. The tickets were to be delivered to my personal address end of Augst or at the latest on 11 September, 2009. I had also bought 2 flight tickets Zurich-Paris. On the morning of 18 September 2009, my children flew to Paris without the tickets. That same morning I received a text and an email with the name and telephone number of a person to contact in Paris to get the tickets, information I immediately mailed to my son in Paris. Later in the day, my son was told by Euroteam that the tickets had been cancelled. This is clearly a fraud and I am prepared to raise hell all over the place to warn people not to use Euroteam anymore.

So they sent me a mail saying that I would have been contacted on the day of the event to get these tickets near the stadium. They also asked me other possible phone numbers and I gave them my friends' numbers, advising me to keep the phone switched on.
So I took a plane with my friends, went to Brussels (because it was the cheapest solution) and took the train to get to this stadium.
But I have been too confident.
They never called. And in front of the stadium we met other about 30-40 people(italian) in our same condition. Of course nobody let us get in without the tickets, we have been asking to the security guys out of the stadium for almost two hours with a temperature of -2°C, and there were no policemen to ask.
Now that I am back in Italy, I opened my mail and found a message arrived the same day of the event, at 18:42, (and the concert started at 22:00) in which they deeply apologised for the inconvenience but they would have not be able to deliver the ordered tickets.
I was waiting from 8 years this event, I thought that the second site on the google page was safe but I was wrong, and my party now is gone.
But I'll denounce them and ask help to an advocate.

URGENT!
Do not buy tickets on euroteam.net they are criminals! I bought tickets for FC Schalke 'o4 - FC Bayern Munich for December 4th. I paid the tickets plus €30 for delivery of the tickets to my house. I just received an e-mail that the tickets are late and that they will send them to my hotel in Gelsenkirchen, I do not have a hotel in Gelsenkirchen, I drive to the city on the day of the match. When you call them on the phone you only get this computer menu and a "on-hold tune". I just contacted my bank and the Dutch police. These jack-[censor] cost me €310, - and a spoiled birthday present for me and my mate, [censor]ers!

I am not letting this go; I will get to the bottom of this and will not rest until the responsible people got what they deserve.

They were supose to watch Arsenal vs West Ham today, after several phone calls to Euroteam the tickets didn´t recieve.. My son was crying outside the arena because he couldn´t watch his favourite team Arsenal. I have never been this angry before, I really hate EUROTEAM. We will contact a lawyer on monday. We will also call our local newspaper and tell our story. I agree, Euroteam is a criminal organisation!

ROME U2 concert 8.10.2010
We received SMS message at 21:00 with rendezvous point and concert after 2 hrs of beggining of the concert (19:00 official start).
After we found the rendezvous point and sign we didn't get the 3 ordered tickets with excuse that we should wait his colleague to brough the tickets
While we were waiting for tickets we were withness of crime where contact girl supported but 5 young guys were using same 5-6 passes to insert group by group of people.
We requested return of our money which they agree.
After that we haven't heard anything of euroteam beside we write and call them couple of times.

Tried to book tickets for a Man Utd match, site said my card was not valid and so the transaction could not go through. So I booked else where. I then discovered that Euro Team have taken €300 from my account. Dont know what to do.

it happened to me as well, with 2 tickets for u2 concert in Paris, on 18th2010.They announced me that they could not delivery the tickets and that they will reimbursed the amount. Evidently, the money hasn't arrived and there is no hope regarding this issue...Please, be very careful and do not buy form this guys.
