The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

They sell none existing tickets, they never refund what you have paid. They have cheated tousands. They also operate under SEEMUSICLIVE, rogerwaterslive.net ans several other alias, "selling" champions league tickets and so many differents venues.

Initially they answer your mails, but when they find out that you are persistent about your complaint, they disappear.

I was also a victim of this scam in 2010.
I filed a complaint with the eCops website and the police station near my home ... no follow-up!

Like what ... honesty does not pay

J'ai aussi été victime de cette arnaque en 2010.
J'ai déposé plainte auprès du site eCops et au poste de police près de mon domicile... pas de suivi !

Comme quoi... l'honnêteté ne paie pas

I had exactly the same bad experience with www.euroliveticket.com. I ordered 2 tickets for Paris in March (the concert was in September) and the tickets never arrived. I had excatly the same troubles in contacting the company (they were answering at the beginning, reassuring me that the tickets were on the way and close to the date of the concert no answer at all). I tried to denounce them with local authorities in Spain (it has been a bit complicated)...anyway I could not assist the concert in Paris (we tried with our payment receipt at the entrance and we were told that this company was a scam), I was almost in tears listening to the beginning of the concert from outside. After spending some nice days in Paris we did not give up and we went to the concert in Seville. I spent all my money in travelling and in concert tickets but I could get the refund of the Paris tickets by claiming at my bank office (I paid by Mastercard through a safe payment system)...

I had the exact same experience - only I ordered tickets for Paris. Before buying (in July), I actually checked the web for any bad reviews and did not find any. I also called the listed phonenumber, to ensure that there was actually someone answering the phone. Later i learnt that this was just an external call center-service.

When I did not recieve my tickets even though they kept saying that the tickets had been dispatched, I called FedEx. I afterwards contacted eurolivetickets informing them, that FedEx had no file on any sent items to my adress, and within minutes I recieved a claim form to fill out in order to recieve my money back. I filled it and emailed it, but the email couldn't be delivered.

As of monday this week the emailadress sales@eureoliveticket.com is apparently out of order, and the website seems to be closed down (at least for the momemt being).

@YTF: In Denmark, the bank is obliged to transfer the amount back to your acount, if you buy something over the internet by credit/debitcard and never recieve the item. It is then up to the bank to collect the amount by the seller (in this case euroliveticket.com). I do not think that the Danish legislation is EU-based, but anyway you might want to check with your national consumer organisations, if you have any similar provisions in your home country.

I can only confirm that eurolive ticket.com is just a big scam!
I ordered concert tickets for U2 this month in Brussels and they have never been delivered.
Since I paid them with my credit card the chances of getting my money back or very limited (or even non existing as the tickets are).
After talking to people of Live Nation I have been informed that this website is already for some time known as a scam.
Therefore I urge everybody who has similar complaints about this site (or another scam site) to inform your local authorities.
If all people do this maybe there is a slight chance that at least this site will be shut down, or that there will be an investigation on European level.
Unfortunately no U2 concert for me but I do what is in my power to go after them!
I have contact with the Belgian Press about this story and I do my best to bring this site in the public eye.
