Please be advised that e. A. T. Sales has proposed an offer to purchase your timeshare unit at avenue plaza resort. We have secured necessary funds of ($11, 400. 00) to enable said purchase to close in an expedient manner. We also perform the necessary searches on your timeshare: lien check, maintenance fee check, name verification on title & deed, title transfer & deed.
On closing date the following must be provided:
Title transfer and name change.
Current with all dues, fees, and taxes.
Title free of any liens or encumbrances
Please note: e. A. T. Sales guarantees that all transactions will be completed within 24 business days. We guarantee that if the purchase does not complete within the 24 day time frame we will refund any and all costs associated with the closing of the timeshare. The $1, 400. 00 secured for the title company will be refunded at closing with the offer price.

Euroamerican timeshares is claiming to purchase, not sell, your timeshare and are asking you for monies upfront which will be given back upon the closing of the sell. After waiting 30 days, i called euroamerican sales and was told that i would be closing in a matter of days. After calling back in a couple of days i was told that all sales had been finalized and the title company would be sending me my check with papers to sign that would sign over my deed of said property. This delivery would be by fedex. A week later no check and now when i call euroamerican they are now hanging the phone up in my face.
