Worst service ever!

Euro movers dubai had stored our custommade euro 18, 000 b&b italia wardrobe for 8 years for which we paid our storage fees every year. When we asked for it to be delivered to our new house in dubai, they were missing 4 parts and promised to deliver or call us back within 48 hours with an answer. 5 months later they still could not find it and now refused to answer our communications demanding insurance / or stoarge fee/compensation. Then one day we get an email stating they found it and will send it over, our goods were destroyed in dubai heat & as too large to keep in the house in its 32 peice set we were forced to keep it in the garage based on their promises it will be delivered soon... 7 months on and they did not have the courtsey to even write an apology letter... Euro movers dubai shame on you.. Unreliable!

Yes i agree with your above statement, my experience is very worst, I have paid a full amount with Euro movers Dubai to ship my Household goods and personal effect to my Home country.but i was very surprised!!! my goods arrived at destination Agent Warehouse but they said that they will have to wait Euro-movers Dubai to give them a go signal as they are waiting for the clearance (WHAT IS CLEARANCE???). now i discovered that the clearance they were talking about are the outstanding payment that they have supposedly transfer to the Destination Agent accounts prior the arrival of my goods at destination !!! which really stupid...!!! due to this, my Items were being hostage for almost 3 weeks by the appointed destination agent and they will not release it until the amount will be credited, my family was suffering due to this mess and i just got a call from my friend saying that they Encounter the same type of problem and even some items were missing!!!, this is really freak...!!! I believed that EUROMOVERS is now financially in deep trouble as they extremely contenting using the money of new client and used the money to cover payment to their Agents...I don't want that other client will experience this type of stupidity attitude given by EUROMOVERS DUBAI.so please investigate this matter...

@eemma I am in exactly the same situation. My container has been in the UK for 3 weeks and will not be released until Euromovers pay the destination agent monies owed. They promise day after day to sort it and never do. Don't use this company if you value your possessions and your sanity . The General Manager is never in the office and the guys in the office wont ring his cell phone or give it to you!Colin McKay

I was very disappointed with the service of this company. The packers were taking turns napping in my house during the packing. When my shipment finally left Dubai - 2 weeks later than scheduled, and arrived Long Beach, not the port it was supposed to come to, payment took over 2 weeks to be transferred to the company on this end. I had to email the company, getting no response I phoned and finally it was 'rectified' without explanation. This company does not operate professionally and their packing staff is careless and unprofessional. When I opened my boxes to unpack I was shocked to see how poorly it had been packed - not like the other companies I'd used for overseas. This was packed as if it was going across town. I had some damage from their carelessness that I now have to file a damage report - Do not use this company.

Totally agree!

be careful entrusting EuroMovers in the United Arab Emirates with your move. We have had nothing but headache the last few months. Our household was picked up and shipped 1/2 to Abu Dhabi which luckily went quite ok but the shipment to Germany is a total disaster. EuroMovers shipped furniture etc from Dubai, via Pakistan, to the UK to hopefully one day arrive in Germany, which it didn't do to date over 2 months later. The shipment is stuck in the UK, has cleared customs for quite a while but despite 10s of calls and 10s of e-mails following resulting in promises but nothing other than promises our shipment to date didn't arrive. Browsing the web again we realise we're not alone, headlines like "EuroMovers worst service ever" can be found etc. On Expat Blogs in the UAE people ask for help dealing with the situation and I can only advise to do what we decided to do, go to the police, file complaints where you can. Write to the papers in UAE and make noise to put pressure on the incapable "management" of EuroMoves not even replying to communication following up on the arrival of your belongings!

Top Global & Movers at Falcon interchange Bur Dubai is one of the worst and unreliable company I have ever faced. I have come across the company while browsing Internet and the mentioned contact number of the Fazeel Younis . I have shipped my cargo from Dubai to Sydney on 21st of May and was commited that the container is ready to move within 3- 4 days, based on that I took the decision to ship my cargo and till date the cargo has not been delivered. The supervisor of the company Shameel is not even lifting the phone to respond.Since I was migrating to Sydney so I shipped my cargo in two installments and now after 3 months I am here in Sydney but no details of my shipment especially my second shipment which contain lots of my importany files and households like vacuum cleaner, dinning table, a computer and stuff like hard drives etc. I am now believing that the company if fraud. If any one can help me to get the right way to lodge a compaint against the company and get my stuff regained, It will be a great help.

Euro Movers is not only untrustworthy but they deceive their customers they do false commitments, even their owners don't value their owners are not trustworthy they broke my stuff and missed my expensive stuff while shipping.
On top of that they didn't give me any insurance claim.
Very bad service. Never ever trust that company.

The worst moving company you can deal with, my shipment was delayed for more than 50 days, keeping me and my family living in a house without furniture, they did not even care about us, they don't even reply to your complaints. They take full payment in advance, then they don't care about customers.
My advise to every one thinking to move from Dubai, to avoid Euro movers International.

I used Euro Movers from Dubai, for my relocation to Europe.
I chose them because their prices were extremely competitive compared to Crown or ISS and i had to pay the move from my own money since the company wouldn’t pay for that.
The shipment was sent on time and arrived when it was supposed to arrive.
I chose a groupage shipment that takes time to be delivered and also the date of delivery can be a bit uncertain and they informed me correctly about that.
They always replied to my emails (also after being paid, some moving companies disappear after getting the money, they never left a mail unanswered) and informed me promptly regarding the status of the shipment.
The packing was good ( no fancy frills but effective), no missing/broke items.
The company is small, the staff is smart and the rates are cheap.
It is like a low cost company, they will bring your good to destinations but do not expect luxury.
If you want a cost effective alternative to bigger and expensive moving company they are the way to go.

The crew members on the floor are good and efficient yes, but this would be the only good thing about this company. Don't be deceived. The minute you sign and pay the full amount and get the 25 days delivery promise, you will realize that you were bluffed. The management and staff of this company are bunch of liars and thieves. All across gcc. I warn every one in the gcc not to deal with them. I am talking from a very recent experience hiring them in qatar to ship our stuff. The 25 days delivery took 3 months instead. It arrived to the port after 3 months and delivered to our house after 1 month from arriving which is total 4 months. Why? Because the euro movers company did not pay the clearing company. And you know what?!!! Surprise!!! For each day our shipment was laying idle on the port we were paying 20$ penalty per day. Do the calculation yourselves. And when we called euro movers questioning the 1st delay in reaching the port. And the 2nd delay not paying the clearance we got no answer. And after requesting them to pay the penalty that was caused by their delay to pay the clearance company they refused to collaborate. Saying it is not their responsibility. We ended up paying additional $600 delay caused by them.

We shipped full 20f container with our household goods with Euromovers from Dubai to Italy! Being almost half price from Crown relocations and few other big shipping companies we didnt expect much. But we were actually impressed and fully satisfied with their service! Everything was professionally packed and upon unpacking not even 1 glass was broken, nothing scratched or broken!
They followed the shipment and informed us by emails about each single step we have to do and how!
Was good and stress free!

Euro Movers International in Dubai are prompt in their service until you pay them. After they receive the payment from you, they will not reply to your complaints or emails at all. I am experiencing a prolonged delay of 4 months now for my consignment of personal effects from Dubai to the UK. Their partner Agent in the UK will not release my consignment and deliver it to me because they have payment issues with Euro Movers in Dubai!! I have suffered financial losses on not having my cargo delivered even after 4 months, not to mention the stress of chasing them for updates & help, which they very conveniently choose to ignore. Please do yourself a favor and choose a bigger company even if the price is higher. Still in distress, waiting for my shipment to be delivered...

Had an extremely bad experience with Euro Movers yesterday. They were supposed to move my stuff from Dubai to Sharjah and requested payment in full prior to the move (I negotiated 50 advance and 50% on full delivery). The items arrived to my house in Sharjah with one torn leather couch and another broken one, a lost TV smart remote and a couple of other missing stuff. I obviously refused to make final payment until they get the insurance claim settled which triggered a bunch of nasty phone calls from their ops team requesting payment and telling me that insurance is something that they don't deal with and that it's another company. The thing that those guys don't get is that clients are expecting an end to end service and someone to actually deliver what they're selling rather than just talking. I'm extremely disappointed with the amount of unprofessionalism those guys have shown and would definitely not recommend them to anyone planning to relocate within Uae or outside (if they couldn't manage a move as small as mine, I don't expect them to be able to manage much anyway)

Do not use Euro movers as a matter of fact by what I hear all movers in Dubai are bandits. They have not paid the agent in UK to move are goods onto Spain, so our goods stuck in a warehouse somewhere in Southern England. E mails and phone not being answered in Dubai. Looking at going down the legal route against the UK Agent RelocUK who keep fobbing us off saying that they are getting no responses from Euro Movers either. This is over 6 months now we have been waiting. Nothing more than theft on behalf of Euro Movers, they should be dragged in front of the Municipal Court in Dubai as this illegal.

Our shipment came from Abu Dhabi and has been sitting in southern England for 6 months as well and will not be released because Euromovers have NOT paid the company in the UK to deliver the shipment. DO NOT USE EUROMOVERS!!! IT IS NOT WORTH IT!!!

Euromovers should not be trusted anywhere, I have been a victim for them in Doha by paying them advance payment. My luggage was not moved on the promised date and it was kept in the warehouse for more them a month, after chasing them for long by emails and unanswered phone calls, I decided to search for there office and found out that all there staff has gone and there company is closed because the sponsor in qatar had issues with them. There was only one guy I found there who was accountant and he decided to send my container but refused to refund the amount because it was not in his control. He sent the shippment but then it got stucked with the middle shiiping line and again chasing them for long I found out that they were not being paid, by the time I came to know I already had to pay a huge amount of charges over the rental on the port and misc charges which were actually more then my stuff. The middle company refused to release and kept my stuff as a hostage.Ultimately I had to pay to release the stuff but the owner of the company who's name is abdullah from India ( PIC attached) never responded to my emails or phone calls. This all caused my family to suffer a lot by mental stress and even financially.
I would warn everybody here NOT to deal anything with these people.

If you want your goods to arrive opened with many items missing missing, choose Euromovers Dubai! In terms of quality o service, response, accountability and reliance; they are the worst ever... I relocated from Abu Dhabi back to Montreal, Canada in February 2016. I had packed my personal belongings in boxes, suitcases and bags. I had requested airfreight and accepted to pay a premium for prompt and speedy delivery. My goods arrived in Montreal but everything was opened, checked and valuables were stolen, taken including ipod, laptop, clothing, etc... The worst part was that all locks were broken and removed but not replaced. After doing my due diligence, Euromovers took my list of items and validated each and every item and whenever, the item was not on the list; they "removed" it and claimed it was inspected by Customs Dubai, Customs USA or Customs Canada... Don't EVER use their services, they are a bunch of crooks and they will laugh at your face claiming you are responsible for the loss!

Worst service ever!!! Beware, they are cheaters!!! Our goods were held by their sub contractors due to non payment!!! We were also charged demurrage because of their internal issue!! shipment arrived on Sep 12, so far we have not received our goods!! Do NOT TRUST EUROMOVERS

NEVER USE EUROMOVERS
I moved from Dubai to Kuwait and after Euromovers came for the quote they offered a competitive quote, but the delivery time was quoted as 2-3 weeks, I needed to find somewhere to live so the 2-3 week delay was actually ok.
During the quote they obviously specified a low value for the volume of items, as when they actually packed my belongings they tried to bump the volume up significantly even though they'd actually packed less (by my instruction) than the items I indicated for the quote.
After 3 weeks I contacted Euromovers to find out where my shipment was, I got no response and had to keep emailing and despite having the mobile number he wouldn't pick up so I had to phone the office switchboard to speak to anyone.
Anyway after 4 weeks I finally had someone tell me my stuff had left Dubai. What was really happening was they were waiting to fill up the container with other customer's things. They did not tell me at all that I was having a shared consignment.
To cut a long story short my stuff took EIGHT WEEKS to be delivered, but the worst part was the out and out lies they they told me. First they said my things had cleared customs, then it turned out it hadn't, then after some digging I found out my consignment had been sent back because their driver didn't have the right visa, then the consignment was being signed for my some other customer that wasn't in the country but they were telling me that it had cleared the border. One of the most frustrating companies I have ever come across, and I've lived in the middle east for 11 years.

These people are horrible human beings. They have no concern for anyone. Unfortunately, most of us are in our home countries when we find out how bad they are. Someone needs to open a case against them in Dubai. I have every intention of doing that in hopes we can close their business.

Euro Movers are total thieves. We were sending our good from Dubai to Spain and they had to come via the UK. Our goods have been held by RelocUK for nearly a year now and we spoke with Mr Hunter the MD. He is now saying if we don't pay for storage he will sell off our goods to do so, and if it doesnt cover the £300+ he will seek the rest out of us in court. We have now paid and have to go to their depot in UK to pick the shipment up ourselves. I will also say RelocUK are also part of this whole racket as this same problem has been going on for years and they have still been accepting goods from Euro Movers and holding goods ransom and getting payment or goods to sell on...We are contacting Watchdog regarding relok UK..incidentally the UK ombudsment for Furniture movers did not want to know. 12/14/16...
