SUB: Cheque No 527118 (on Dated – 09-08-10) on favor of Bharathiraja.k bounced (on Dated – 08-10-10) for Rs.17652/- – Given by Euro Kids BTM Branch on School admission refund.
This is regarding admission refund cheque provided by EURO KIDS, B.T.M branch bounced because of insufficient funds in the provider account.
We tried to reach MD who is managing Euro kids - BTM branch for the school admission refund. After a long try in months, we received cheque (HDFC Bank) from Euro kids BTM Branch, which was bounced. We do have the copy of cheque and bounced details from HDFC Bank, school Invoice and Receipt. If you need the details for any other ref, let me Scan and send you that also in my next mail.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
Even i agree that i made a big mistake by admitting my child in this school not blaming the euro kids school but about a particular branch from where i got this type of respect(bangalore vigna nagar), i am very much upset to what happened to me, they dont respect the parents and they dont have patience and dont how to satisfy the parents needs.I kindly request the euro school managament to train the people those who take the franchises properly in basic mannerisem, which will not spoil your reputation.so many parents like us have big hopes on euro kids.
Hey there, I think you must try reaching them on their hotline toll-free number [protected] (between 10 am to 5.30 p.m) and tell them your problem. Within 3 working days time they will get back to you. I've had a similar situation and calling them did help me! Hope it helps you too! Take Care!
