MY COMPANY, BEE SAFE PEST CONTROL, WAS APPROVED AS A VENDER FOR AN APARTMENT COMPLEX, LOW INCOME HOUSING, MOUNTAIN VALLEY APARTMENTS, OWNED BY AND PROPERTY MNGMT IS EUREKA HOLDINS/EUREKA MULTIFAMILY. THE COST OF THE LAST STATEMENT IN 2009 WAS $8789.91. THEY REFUSED PAYMENT, I SENT THE ACCOUNT TO COLLECTIONS, THEY REQUESTED TO WORK WITH JUST US DIRECTLY. THEY HAVE DONE NOTHING. THE TOTAL BILL AT THIS TIME 1/14/2011 IS $10, 351.30. THEY HAVE BEEN SUED BY THE CITY OF DALLAS NOT TOO LONG AGO, AN ARTICLE WAS WRITTEN ABOUT THEM IN THE PAPER (THE DALLAS MORNING NEWS) AND I HAVE BEEN IN TOUCH WITH THE DALLAS COUNTY HOUSING AUTHORITY AND HUD. I NEED TO KNOW WHAT ELSE I CAN DO ABOUT THIS. I HAVE PROVIDED DOCUMENTS SUPPORTING THE FACT THAT THEY REFUSE TO PAY THEIR BALANCE. THIS HAS GONE ON FOR TWO YEARS. DURING DIGGING FOR INFO ON WHO TO CONTACT, I HAVE COME UPON INFORMATION THAT I FIND QUESTIONABLE. THIS COMPANY IS FUNDED BY THE DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT BUT THE OFFICES ARE EMPTY, MEANING ONE GIRL, ONE COMPUTER, ONE PHONE, ETC. I PERSONALLY WENT TO ALL THREE OFFICES TO GET THE PAYMENT FOR THEIR BILL. I DON'T KNOW WHAT IS GOING ON, BUT MY OFFICE NEEDS THIS BILL PAID. I HAVE ALREADY CONTACTED THE GENTLEMAN THAT WROTE THE ARTICLE LAST YEAR. I DON'T KNOW WHAT ELSE TO DO. MY OFFICE IS BEE SAFE PEST CONTROL, WE CAN BE REACHED @ [protected] OR [protected].

MY NAME IS ERICA KYLES I STAY IN WESTWICK APARTMENTS IN JACKSON, MS AND AM HAVING PROBLEMS WITH YALL MANGER AT THERE I MADE A MISTAKE AND PUT A LITTLE CRACK IN BACK OF THE TOILET AND SHE ASK FOR $85.OO AND WHEN I GET THE MONEY ORDER AND BROUGHT IT TO HER AND SHE TELL TO HOLD ON TO IT AND SHE I OWE HER $89.OO I TOLD HER THAT I HAD TO WAIT FOR MY SON TO SEND ME THE $85.00 AND TRUE ENOUGH I WAS LATE BUT I TOLD THAT I HAD TO WAIT FOR MY SON HE JUST STARTED WORKING AND NOW SHE TAKING ME TO COURT OVER $85.OO AND NOW AM GETTING PUTTING ME OUT AND I KNOW YALL DON'T WANT ME TO SUE YALL OVER THIS BECAUSE I WILL BECAUSE THIS UNFAIR TO ME I DON'T CAUSE NO PROBLEMS BUT IF WANT TO TALK ME MY IS [protected] BECAUSE I DO WANT TO TALK TO A SUPERVISOR ON THIS
