Eureka India have "customer don't care" numbers because EF india ops simply doesn't cares. they just give you false assurances, fake escalations and fraudulant local service providers apart from highly irresponsible. All they care is how to trick you signing AMCs.
Had been getting these messages after repeated followups but no service at all.

Your service request number 2009775560 has been allocated to technician Mr. IMRAN SHEIKH [protected]) .It will be attended shortly.

very unprofessional, don't buy from this shady pseudo mnc company EF-india. They are just pretentious bunch of responders.

    so looks like they have a service redressal mechanism and I was trying to refer to this sites as part of comment. It is having a stone age mechanism of filling out form that should be downloaded and then filled & emailed... heh heh reminds me of 1997 exam forms... nice joke eureka forbes and a good deterrent for not having too many complaints enlisted itself.

    Alas! after a week it indeed was attended. Yeah it wasn't easy to keep yourself thirsty and patient at the same time... one thing is for sure .. can't depend anymore on the promptness of Eureka. Mind you this is coming from a buyer who is using your product since 2004 in various places and seeing the service levels going down a notch at a time... this was really sad for me too experiencing a distress situation and escalating on public forum + two follow ups on twitter channel and eureka forbes HO pitching in to make this happen.
