eureka forbes,aquaguard / not meeting up the terms provided in the AMC

Initially i was residing in mumbai and bought the aquaguard(i-nova) from the company salesman. After a year i took the AMC during which they shud have changed the carbon of the product(as told while taking the AMC) which they did not. After the last service of my machine i renewed the contract, immediately after which i shifted to gurgaon. Now the service engineers here are refusing to change the carbon saying that they have no such information and nothing has been written by the service engineer of mumbai, who renewed my contract. My contract will end in a month. For the past 6 months i have been calling the customer care people in gurgaon and they pass the buck to the executives in mumbai. The net result is nobody in the system has a solution and they keep giving me new phone numbers from which i dont get any response...they have kept me on hold for 15 mins everytime and they do not come back to reply. The humiliation goes further...executives in gurgaon disconnect the phone when being called. I am really dissappointed.

    eureka forbes,aquaguard - bad service personnel

    The service personnel who come for after sales service are getting downright rude and can't converse in basic English but communicate in the local language. The scheduled date or recharging the service form is days away and the consumer is asked to pay up earlier and that too for 3 yrs at a time.What kind of harassment is that?
    Frequent house calls just for handing over the cheque but not for service and continuous calls too till you pay up.
