I am from Thane. I regerstered complaint for my water purifier leakage (Designa Model) on 14 th Mar 2009 Complaint No.MA190. till wednesday complaint not attended by Service center of Thane Service center [protected]). Everyday till wedenesday (18 th March) we are receiving same answer from them that they will attend complaint. Poor service from Eureka Forbes.

    I have been constant touch with their Chennai office for replacing the filter almost daily since October 25th 2011.

    I do not get any single positive plan to replace/repair.

    The product is highly priced badly marketed.

    My complaint no. 64195603 dt. 25.10.2011 is yet to be attended.

    I doubt whether it's continued use even after warranty period. if the service condition continue like this.

    My next course of action depends on hearing from them .

    Their Bombay office is yet to acknowledge me mail.
