Eureka Forbes eureka forbes amc is a scam

We have purchased two years AMC plan for our Magna RO + UV and spent more than nine thousand rupees. Now for more than one week machine is not working and after repeated calls and escalation no one is doing anything. This is disgusting and ridiculous that after spending so much money my parents are buying water from outside. Do not buy Eureka Forbes Product.

I totally agree with you . I think AMC customers are taken for granted. The service has gone from bad to worse. They say someone will attend you within 48 hours(two days) time after me making regular calls of reminders. I think they should clearly mention that it is after 2 days and infinity . Pathetic and horrible service. They have outsourced the service outlets and the service staff who attend are part timers or college students working in the evenings only. God help Eureka Forbes. I can tell my children in future how a great company like Eureka Forbes went in drains due to their after sales service. I will never buy any product of Eureka Forbes in future; P.S. Also not to get carried away by their sales men who promise the sky and stars while selling. Cheaters!

Eureka Forbes pan card not received

My PAN card has been dispatched by post on 03/05/2017.But till date i.e. 30/08/2017 I have not received my PAN Card.
Requesting the NSDL to re-despatch the PAN CArd and oblige.
My acknowledgement receipt no. issued by NSDL is

My fathers name is Ravinder Kumar.
Reason is showing Consigniee not available .

Eureka Forbes aquaguard

I have purchased any aquagard from eureka Forbes. Its the worst company I have ever seen. Firstly they didn't started ecs for 6 months then when they started deducting amount, I don't get any intimation for the same because of which one of mine installment got bounce. Then 1 person gaurav started calling who was very rude. He started torturing me. They didn't gave any single service till now. When I asked for service they sent a person who was trying to charge double. He asked for 450/- just for visiting. I have given enough amount to this ridiculous company. After paying so many installments still my installments are pending according to them. I am not going to pay singly penny to them. I don't want any call from them. If I will still getting call or if they will visit at my place I will take some strict action against this company.

Eureka Forbes spare parts received with machine taken away to get compulsory service after warranty

We have purchase machine from Eureka Forbes in Sharjah.

There is Spanner which comes with machine which is customer property but they took it away and when ask for it, they first told it is not coming and when I told them that i ask their engineer and he told that it is for change of filter. now they refuse to give as warrant period is over and want us to take service warranty for AED 750.00 and refuse to give spanner so that we cannot change filter ourselves.

They are cheating the customer as this parts comes with machine purchase and without spanner you cannot change the filter so if you want to change the filter there is only option to take their service of AED 750 yearly.

I hope someone look into this and other old/new customer will also learn from this.

Eureka Forbes water purifier

At the onset of summers, the dear filter stops working. This is the filter which has been serviced three months back and is under AMC. Complaint lodged on April 29 and we get a response after two days and told that some Karthik ([protected]) is supposed to come to service the filter. No one turns up that day. No one turns up the next day. When we call Karthik (multiple times) he tells us that he is coming. Now after seven days, he is not picking up the phone only. With small kids at home during summers, I also have to deal with apathy of a company. I call the contact center and talk to a rep called Bhargavi at 5.15 PM on May 5, who after listening to complain drops the call
I guess I need to find a better company with more relaible product and better customer service
This is the last time I have bought Eureka Forbes
Since I have paid for AMC, I will still demand service and will wait and take the next step accordingly

After the technician charged us for candles (which now seems unrelated), the water purifier again has the same issue. So here is summary of after sales service 1. Complain lodged on April 29 and on May 21 there is no resolution. 2. Technician wrongly diagnosed it to be an issue with candles and changed them. 3. As a consumer I end up paying for candles and the issue still remains. This is a totally unreliable company and product. Eureka Forbes complaint against eureka forbes, ref no. [protected] dt 05/04/2017

I write through this medium to highlight the plight, a common man subjected to erroneous service rendered by M/s Eureka Forbes Ltd. I would like to put it on record and imply; that a company of repute would conduct in a tardy manner and harass a gullible customer, victim to the falsification of promotions and advt of a dedicated and committed service. I would like you to take it through this forum and media to seek justice for the redressal of my service complaint Ref No. [protected] dt 05/04/2017.

I write to highlight that my water filter which is also covered under AMC has not been attended to despite my repeated call to the help line and service call centre. I have been assured for service against the committed TAT of 24 Hrs and have made no less than 20 calls but to no avail. Subsequently, I had also launched an additional complaint vide ref No. [protected] dt 08/04/2017 and have escalated the same though their website without result and have not received an acknowledgement lest a phone call to address my concern.

I would also like to highlight me plea and bring to your kind attention that complaint has still not been attended as I write this mail to you. I am also in possession of a recorded conversation made with the concurrence of the person/floor manager namely Ms. Monisha/Mr. Vincent; made to the service/call centre wherein he assured me to attend to my complaint. I have pleaded with him alternately to refund me the value of the AMC along with the value of the machine purchased which is redundant without service and compensate me the value of the 20 Ltr bottle of water that I have been procuring daily since 5th of April to meet my needs.

I look forward for your support and through this forum would like bring notice to the falsification of claims service made by Eureka Forbes and that the common gullible man does not fall victim to the false claims and suffer my plight and suffering.

There is this company in Sharjah with the same name run by Pakistanis but has nothing to do with the real Forbes company nor their Indian Partner Eureka Forbes. Never be cheated, they would say this is a US company with operations in several other counties but all that is LIEs. If the company itself is fraudulent what trust can you have on their product...

Eureka Forbes Water Purifier

My Water Purifier Enhance UV+ is not working properly since I purchased it.
The company does not bother to send its Technicians in time. More than four days have passed after lodging the complaint with their customer care division online.
Spare parts are not available in stock eg. Lens which regulates water purification.

Very poor customer service from the company Eureka Forbes INDIA.TGEY are not bothered to attend any service COMPLAINT and their Technician AND service partners of yearly service call off the complaint without attending and solving susceptible problems.
We just fools lodging complaints and no action by higher authorities in the company.

Eureka Forbes Dr.Aquaguard Magna HD RO+ water purifer purchased on 21st Dec 2015 from CCS - Naveen (mob no.[protected]). Installation not done within expected time. Owing to lack of pathetic service, requested to cancel the order and refund of full amount paid before the product was delivered and installed. Till date have logged several complaints, with continuous follow ups, escalations at all levels have been futile. No refund happened till date. Order cum receipt no.[protected], invoice no. 080504, complaints logged till date [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected] against customer code. [protected]. Please help action next steps.

Eureka Forbes Worst post sales service

I purchased this model 15 months back.

From the day 1 faced two problems as bellow-

1. The Floor-cum-carpet brush: while cleaning floor, the lever (which is set to 'Brush' face) automatically releases (unlocks) and moves from 'Brush' to 'Smooth' face.

2. The Cord Winder: The cord winder functions abnormal. When cord is pulled out, it rewinds automatically.

I need to put some effort to find out customer care contact details. I sent mail which was still neither replied nor acknowledged. I tried 'Chat' option from website several times which fetched further disappointment as it remains always 'closed'. Finally I could able to call their 'call center'.

After few days one representative visited inspected the machine and told me that he would bring a engineer. Again after a week he came back with a engineer who solved second problem i.e. cord winder and for brush they told it will be replaced and needs to be called from Company. Till today I have not received the brush. Further to add my disappointment the cord winder after few days of proper functioning again started giving the same problem.
I logged the complaint in Feb 14 and till today it is pending. Worst customer service I ever experienced. I purchased because of the 'Brand' but now I am regretting.

Eureka Forbes Poor Service and cheating

Well this comes as a last resort from a distressed customer who has been ignored and harassed by Eureka Forbes after sales service
despite paying highly for these services. I own a Sensa plus model(RO+UV)(Paid 20000Rs for the unit) that is just 2.5 Year old
and I reside in Bangalore (where the service should'nt be difficult as compared to other small cities). All these issues that I am
facing started about 1.5 year back as soon as I bought the AMC(Annual maintenance contract). The Purifier would sometimes overflow,
leak, not fill at all and sometimes make loud noises while filling. Everytime I had an issue(which was every 1-2 months)
I had to call the customer care service. Now the heights of this were reached about a couple of months back when there was a leakage
in the purifier and it was ruining the internal electricals. They came and fixed the leakage issue from one place and left. Now the purifier started
overflowing from the top and again I called the Service. This time the overflow stopped but the auto triggering stopped happening.
I raised a complaint as usual and was told that a senior technician will be sent. After a confirmation from
one Mr. Laxminarayan (Service area manager reachable on [protected]) I took a day off from work just to get the service done.
On the day for service I called the Service manager again at 11 am in the morning and was told that the tecnician will be coming soon.
I call back again at 2pm and got the same answer. Now I called at 4 pm and then was told I'll get a call back in 5 min. I waited and
called again in 30 min and no body picks up the phone. I called about 4 times again and no answer. Finally I decided to call from
my landline and immediately Mr Laxminarayan picks the call. Then I am told(and this is at end of the day) that the technician is
visiting his hometown!
On top of all this while signing the AMC card I noticed that for two services that were mentioned on the Job card my signatures forged
and these services were actually never conducted!

After paying over Rs 5000 a year for AMC and despite staying in Bangalore if this is the kind of service a customer receives then I cant imagine the trouble
people from tier 2 cities will be facing! I do not intend to renew the AMC and I pledge not to use your products any longer. I hope to
spread this message to as many consumers as possible and hope that I can get some 2000 Rs to 3000Rs for this Sensa model in exchange for
other purifier from a better brand who knows meaning of customer service.
Further on the issue of forging signatures and sub standard service I will be looking to see how to take this legally.

Eureka Forbes Rip off with AMC charges

I bought EurekaForbes Enhance RO-UV in 2013 December for 16, 800INR. Today the service person visited for AMC payment and to my surprise it is 4600INR for 1 year which is total rip off.
While purchasing sales people never mentioned this high AMC, I was told a nominal amount will be charged. Even for a washing machine the AMC is around 2000INR.
Appreciate if any one can tell on how to tackle these kind of issues.

Eureka Forbes Original bill not given for purchase

I bought an Acquaguard water purifier from your Franchisee M/s Acqua Royal Ag., Ashok Nagar, Chennai on 15.6.2014. The payment of Rs.14000 was made through credit card. I was assured that the original bill would be sent within a month. Till date I have not received it. I have been contacting the personnel at your Franchisee, but none of them appear to give the original bill till now. The bill is required for me for reimbursement purpose from my Office. I hope you would direct the Franchisee to forward the bill. After all a Consumer is entitled to get the bill for every purchase. The image of a reputed company like yours is getting tarnished due to lackadaisical attitude in servicing the customers by Franchisee. Till the product was sold out to me, the Franchisee was very quick in delivering the service, but after the product is sold out, the customer is forgotten. Please talk to the Franchisee and arrange to forward the original to me. My contact No.[protected].

Eureka Forbes Wrong information given when buying

I requested a demo for Aquaguard Water purifier on 28th July 2014 through the Aquaguard website. Within 10 min of the request I got a call from their so called Sales specialist Mr. Vishal. He came to our house at 8:00 pm. He tested the water for pressure and TDS and suggested that we go for Aquaguard Enhance UV+ Water purifier.
We paid the amount by cheque after Mr. Vishal's assurance that the purifier will be delivered by the 30th. When the purifier failed to show up even on the 1st August 2014, I called Mr Vishal who at first didn't even remember who I was but on reminding confirmed that the machine would be delivered on the same day. Finally the machine was delivered that evening with a Technician Mr Mahesh supposed to install the same on the 2nd.
When Mr Mahesh came to our house, he said that the water pressure from our pipe was too low and the machine would not work properly. He said that he would still install the machine and to leave it on for some time. According to him the water would start filling in about half an hour. That is when the light would come on in the machine.
When even after one and a half hour when nothing happened, I called up Mr Vishal who as usual didn't remember me initially then said that he would log a service request and that a technician would come on Sunday (3rd August) to fix the same.
Needless to say that the technician did not show up. When even on Tuesday morning (5th August) no one turned up, I called up Mr Vishal who made some stupid excuses and gave me their customer care number. My wife called up the same and their representative said that they would send a representative within 24 hours. When no one turned up even by Wednesday afternoon (6th August), my wife called up the call center again. She had to repeat the entire story again only to get a rude reply from the call center representative that if there is a technician in the area, he would come to our house. When I called up Mr. Vishal about the same he again seemed to have a memory loss about who I was but then said that he had spoken to his boss who said that we now need to install a pump for the machine.
I am totally at a loss as to what should be done next. I feel completely duped. Had Mr. Vishal been upfront about the low water pressure, I would have agreed to the same. Does all the company care about sales?
I would like to warn any potential customers about their behaviour. If you want to buy, pay the money only after full installation.

Eureka Forbes Pathetic Customer Service and most important Rude Branch Manager.

Hi,
Since when I transferred to Mumbai facing lot of problem with Eureka Forbes service and this time its height making customer feels like they have done some mistake getting transferred to Mumbai.
Pathetic Customer Service and most important Rude Branch Manager.
On, 12th Apr, 2014 I gave a request to customer care for changing my filter as I am in a contract service for 2 years. Service request number [protected]. Contract Receipt: [protected]. Contract period: 27th May, 2103 to 26th May, 2015. A service engineer came (Naveen Kumar) and he said we can’t change the filter and it can be changed only after one year. I asked why and he does not have any reply. After asking lot many times he said call the Branch manager, as I can’t do ant thing. So, I called by SK Enterprises the Brach of Eureka Forbs in Airoli, Navi Mumbai (022-[protected]). I tell you he is such a rude manager and he does not how to speak to the customer. His name is Shrikant Gauda, phone no [protected]. He said this is my policy and we can’t change the filter before 1 year. I said as per the contract it written that I can do the replacement per year and it can be any time as it was not mentioned anywhere in the contract that the changes can’t be done within one year. So, he got adamant and said we work as out policy and not as per Eureka policy and you have to go as per that only. I started shouting and keep asking why this can’t be changed as nowhere in the contract it mentioned. You justify the reason I will accept it but he does not have any answer apart from this is my policy and he disconnected the phone.
Then I called up customer care to launch a complain about his behavior and I spoke to Sampada from the verification department. In first instance the call got disconnected and I was waiting for her to call me back for half an hour but she never called back. So, I called up again and asked for her. She promised and confirmed me that I will get a call from a senior within 15 minutes but I did not got a call till now.
I am shocked to see the service of Eureka is going down now a days and dipping its name in the market because of this kind of useless branch manager and verification department.
Pathetic service and Staff who does not how to talk to customer.

Eureka Forbes Installation Not done after payment

I paid and ordered for Aquaguard Water purifier from Eureka Forbes about 3 weeks back. I got it delivered through courier within 2 days, and immediately I registered for installation. They assured installation within 24 hours. But still nobody has come to house for that. I feel like an idiot calling up different numbers and raising this issue without any use. The mistake I had done is, I paid the full amount upfront to the Sales guy, now they don't have any reason to hurry. They are fully behind you with false promises before the payment, and they don't care about you once the payment is done. I stay in HSR layout in Bangalore. I would like to warn any potential customers about their behavior. And If you want to buy, pay the money only after full installation.

Service Contract placed for Two years maintenance of Water Purifier, but service suspended without any notice or explanation. Franchisee Service Agents flatly declined to attend fault in the unit. Contact telephone Numbers in the contract are unanswered or unreachable. Most frustrating situation.

Eureka Forbes Cheating and no service

I bought AG compact water filter cum purifier directly from their sales office through their sales person 9062367 Mr Rahul Patel.
He bought /Exchanged with old machine and promised to make payment shortly. The Invoice No is [protected] and my customer ID No is [protected]. Inspite of number of reminder money has not been paid.
Regarding service lesser said the batter as till date no service is given, many representative came but they could not open the machine and when asked they said that the screw is not opening and did write in their report sheet. Each one said that another mechanic will come and attend from the company.
I suggest strong legal action need to be taken for fooling the clients and PIL filed. I am willing to be party.

very bad service from eureka forbes, , , , , , first of ol 3rice i had mailed the authority 2 have a demo of wet and dry @ ma home... after waitg a service executive wu even donno engish or my language malayalam cold ... so @ of no use... then after 10 cols 2 main office a service exectv attnded the request followed by the purchase ... but the recept for the payment is only given, the explanation is billing within 3 days/.//// waitg 4 2 weeks till nw... if the company have no intrest in selling the product i doubt in the after sales warranty, , , , , , ...

I purchased AquaSure Storage UV on 10 the October and the very next day I called their customer care for installation, they took all the information and informed that their service engineer will visit my place with 48 hours. I waited for three days but no one turned, then again I called their customer care and informed that nobody has come for installation, again their promised me that their service engineer will definitely come for an installation. Nobody has come till date . THEY JUST WANT THE CONSUMER TO BUY THEIR PRODUCT AND THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT CONSUMER. I REALLY DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO BUY THEIR PRODUCTS B'COZ THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS... I LEARNED MY LESSON..

This is for your information that i am your reputated customer, I bought a water purifier brand Eureka forbes, model I-Nova Aqua guard. I also give AMC For the same for period 22.12.2008 to 21.12.2010, But I am not satisfied your services, My due date of service that is 21.12.2009 but till date no one come and attend the problem.I also give complaint to your service help line three times. but we are not get positive response from your side .My request no. for this complaint is [protected], Hope that you take that matter seriously and give immediate response.

Eureka Forbes Vacuum Cleaner not working

I have register a complaint of my Vacuum cleaner on 28/01/2013, but the Eureka Forbes authorized service technicians not attend and correct the problem till this time, the service technician is an irresponsible person, whos name is Mr Rejith, Service Center located in Mongam, Malappuram District, Kerala State, Indian.

Their performance is very bad.

Eureka Forbes Fraud company and hopeless customer service

Hi this is deepak from belgaum karnataka i have to raise
complaint against eureka forbes because i dont expect
such a gesture from a big company like that.
The complaint is that i have bought their water
purifying product named aquasure crystal but let me
tell you first that this product is dealer model and not
the company model and the store person also did not
tell us about this and within a week there was a
problem in their purifier and the water was having
some bad smell which was unable to drink so first i
gave complaint to the dealer and after so much arguing
with their manager, their top bosses the purifier got
replaced with another product of the same name but
the product which got replaced was a faulty one with
the same old problem but this time i requested them to
give the company model purifier instead of that dealer
model because at that time i was feeling like being
cheated by a big company like eureka forbes but they
refused my request and instead they were trying to
repair that faulty product only with lots of
modifications being done and inspite of that the
product was having fault only and i too dont want a
faulty product like this i have not paid money so that i
have a faulty product if they cant give me a new
product they must refund my full amount
immediately .

Hopeless aquaguard dont just give apologies do something in the complaint matter or else i think kent will succeed in customer satisfaction as well as sales.
Even i too started mouth to mouth publicity of your products in my locality and all.social networking sites that how you cheat people by promising good service and two times candle maintaince in a year but all that thing is rubbish so i dont trust you anymore and on that you show ads in tv paani ka doctor do you know the meaning of paani ka doctor ask your technician named Umesh kamble from belgaum he will tell you the meaning of what does u mean by paani ka doctor he himself didnt trust you coz when i offered water from your aquaguard he only refused to drink it first and u tell customer to drink water from your aquaguard.
This time the issue is very serious coz you have wasted the whole eight months without any service and dabba box is sitting idle in my home and i am planning to throw it outside of my house and i am not leaving u just like that you to pay my whole refund otherwise we have to meet in consumer court and court itself will take action against you.beware more than 2 lakhs unsatisfied customers are there against u .

Eureka Forbes selling of used and old products

This is to inform you that I have bought a Eureka Forbes Aquaguard Neo model on 01/05/2011 with a iron remover. After a year when people came for servicing they only informed that the iron remover was fake and used, it has no logo of Eureka forbes on it..
we informed the service center about this fraud done by their service provider whose service code was [protected], but no action was taken and this is also to bring in your notice that the candle of the iron remover was found broken in a corner when it was opened. it was brought to the notice of the customer service center but they didnot pay any heed to it, kindly suggest how can we take this case to consumer forum so that the company have to face the music of playing with the trust and health of the people.

I lodge my complaint as I don't even want to see any of your serviceman as they are all just business people to grab our AMC fee.
I don't like their service at all. I can only call at [protected], they are such cheaters - take the AMC money and run away - once the AMC period is over then they will again come to collect another cheque for the next round of AMC...is this thier busness? HIT AND RUN case this is ... real losers in this organisation. Let them come regularly and whenver they visit I will pay money for that visit. Can't u have a scheme like that. For not coming regularly I can't pay AMC amount. Give me a correct solution for my cleaning Aquaguard. If they take AMC what components they will be replacing I want to know.Without knowing anything I can't pay AMC amount.What maintenance they are doing i want to know. i want my money back !

I have complained about the product Aquaguard Robot for not taking in the water in to the tank 2 weeks before. Also, calling them twice or thrice daily for them to attend the complaint. But still now, there is no response and whenever I call, they say, they will send the technician as soon as possible.

Is this the way they do a service to the customer who believe them and buy their product. They are cheating the people by saying about many facilities and not even a single is followed.

I have never seen a worst service like this Eureka Forbes Aquaguard.
