I am owning a Eureka forbes Aqua guard Model name Revira, Which is RO Purifier, and they say it will convert the hard water into a drinkable water, but the problem is the filters are getting choked once in 3 months & whenever i give a complaint i need to make a lot of followup with each person including the service man. This time i have given a complaint on 23-Apr-07 & the complaint no is 7685. Till today that is 15-May-07 nobody has turned up. Very bad customer service.

This is Sayli.. I just purchased aqauguard Total Enhance from Eureka Forbes and facing problem of water leakage... I called them multiple times but no result. Very Very BAD service. Do not even vouch for them.

Breach of Trust and Violation of Business Ethics

I have been the victim of a mislead, mis-sell, dump & forget scam by some personnel of Eureka Forbes. The total loss to date is in 7 (seven) digits INR. I have material over Rs 6 Lacs in stock which are turning to dust.. the result of poor after sales service & unkept promises of a Sales Return. Eureka Forbes senior management has also not responded to my appeals for reasons best known to them. Irrespective of the huge amount of wealth destroyed, this is my effort to make my friends aware of unscrupulous dealings by people who would destroy a business worth lacs for their personal career gains. i agree with all complaints to eureka forbes.. i had complained about their vaccum cleaner and i get a call for my aquaguard. and the man in the service centre a mr ashok yadav [protected] is scolding me for not getting back to him. the aquagueard is another story all together. they refused to service my machines till i showed them the original reciept which was buried somewhere in files . and the best part was the machine was sold directly from company. and the day the 1 year warranty got over they were at my door step to get a amc contract. i set my dogs on them. if they have people like ashok yadav working how will one get "customer service" a word which just does not exist in their dictionary

we had purchades aquasure "IVORY" October 2010.
The machine stopped functioning in septembver 2010.
We called up service centre for registering complaint.
To our surprise no one turned up for 3 days to attend the complaint.
After persistent and strong follow up 2 so called technicians turned up and inspected the machine.
They came to the conclusion that some part needs to be replaced and told us to call the call/help line for informing them.
These so called technicians even did not have spare parts with them.
Even after informing the hepl line nobody turned up
This is the professional attitude of eureka forbes.The company spends huge amount on advertisemnet in the media with all tall claims but the actual situation is too grim.

The amount spent on advertisement, part can be spent on quick and fast after sales service which is must in this era of fast life.
please be aware while purchsing any products of such companies.

On 3rd Sept 2010 (Friday), my friend called representative of EF (krishnakant tiwari [protected]), as I wanted to go for water purifier. On recommendation of my frnd, I immediately issued chq. that so called professional from EF told me with confidence that machine will come on Monday 06/09/2010. hence we have to stay at home for whole day. Monday evening, when I called that EF fellow, that time he remembered that Monday comes after Sunday and machine is coming by courier. On Monday 13/09/2010 (after say a week), somebody (from EF) called me & updated his knowledge regarding the purchace of machine. I told him to please ask the so called technician to call me before coming to my place. In the afternoon, when I was to leave my home, the so called technician from Ef rang my doorbell. (of course without prior phone call- This is so called PROFESSIONAL SERVICE). On telling this to that tiwari fellow, he use to ask me back whether the technician have fixed the machine or not. (this information, he should suppose to have, if different services have proper coordination). tiwari promised that he will talk to the technician & call me back. After a week, ie on Saturday 18th Sept. on calling tiwari, again he asked me whether the technician have come or not. ( of course he had not called me, as he had promised. this is the value of words/promise by representative of EF.) This is the experience with so called reknowned company. God Bless the Customers. our aquaguard was fixed at my residence in 1997 and there was no complaint regarding the mantainence and due service.
but after the service agency was changed and transferd to MS Raghav enterprises, 16 A old survey road dehradun, due service was not done..

kindly look into the matter and analyse for necessary mantainence vig. change of candle carbon etc..

I DO AGREE THAT CUSTOMER SERVICE IN PUNE AS WELL IS VERY PATHETIC. I bought a water purifier a week before, the representative(Ghanshyam Patil) followed very promptly till i issued the cheque but then he literally dissapeared and stopped answering my calls. After few days machined arrived vai courier and a plumber came and installed the machine in very ugly fashion. That was it...there is no response, no demo from the EF guys. I thought these guys are professional but no they are very cheap and horrible. I would advise all to go for some other water purifiers instead of EF. You would regret buying their products.

Callous and indifferent attitude of Eurekaforbes towards customers;

I purchased Acquaguard waterfilter RO model of Eureka make shelving down an amount of Rs11000/ hardly an year back. Ever since the date of mypurchase, it is not functioning properly and giving trouble frequently. The storage tank provided is not getting filled in .My repeated requests to the company for replacement of the item have fallen on its deaf ears. After lodging a complaint with the call center of the company, the company deputes its technician at its sweet will and pleasure, who would do some temporary repairor or replace a small part and it works for a day or two and the problem recurs again.Sice one year has elapsed, from the date of purchasing, I am advised by the representative of the company to for AMC for a period of two years, promising and assuring that during the AMC period everything will be taken care including preventive maintenance for which an amount of Rs 6100/ has been charged. The state of affairs continue the same even after going for AMC. The basic problem as to why it is frequently giving trouble is not addressed by the company. The interest the company shows in pushing its product into the market and selling it to the customer is not shown in providing after sales service or in attending to the complaints of the customers. The nonchalant, callous and indifferent attitude of the Eurekaforbes towards customers but for whom the company would not have existed is highly deplorable. I am deeply regretting for having purchased eureka product when there are better products of other companies, available in the market which are offering excellent after sales service. I sincierely with my experience advise the people not to go for eureka products. If the same type of attitude is continued by the company, its D day will not be faroff.

I had purchased a vacumn cleaner from Eureka Forbes for 10, 000 rupees. In sep 09 the motor failed, still under warranty. Service engg came and told that the motor will be ordered and replaced. Now it is FEB 10. Still nobody has come to fix the motor. 10, 000 rupees gone in the drain. USELESS SERVICE from Eureka Forbes. Lots of complaints have been done. Guys in Eureka Forbes have told me more than 40 times nowthat the problem will be fixed today. But nobody turns up. Can anybody in Eureka Forbes tell me what is the meaning of today!

I will not recomend this product to anybody. It is time they overhaul their service department or else they have to shut down their operations sooner than later.

Hi everybody. I’m Rajesh from Varanasi (U.P.). M/s Eureka Forbes is not responding to Complaints. They are working like fly-by-night operators making a fool of all of us. I paid Rs.1100/- for Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) for one year from 12.09.2009 to 11.09.2010 for Crystal Model Water Purifier of Eureka Forbes make for which I was given Invoice-cum-Receipt No.50-[protected] by their Varanasi Office. My machine is out of order since last 10 days. However, after making so many calls, machine is yet to function. Everytime I make a call, I get one more Telephone No. and get name of a new person. Some of these nos. are [protected], [protected], [protected] etc. etc. A novice visited twice but he was totally useless since he couldn’t set the machine right. I'm feeling cheated. There is no system of any Complaint No. Their website only speaks of Metros. If M/s Eureka cannot provide Service, while they are selling their products in non-Metros? I am planning to go to Consumer Forum for these unethical trade practices and cheating. I request each one of you not to buy any product of this Company.

I have purchased Total Ro water purifier on 13-01-2009 and the tap handle comes out the tap assembly on 25-09-09. I personally informed the service centre at at Cauvery, 2nd Floor, D. No. 79/80, Raja Colony, Behind Sangam Hotel, Cantonment, Trichy -620 001 on 26-09-09 and they assured me that the same day it will be rectified. No service representative came on that day. When I contacted them again through phone, they told me the service person
will come only on Monday [protected]). One service person came on 28-09-09 and after checking the water purifier told that the spare water tap is not available with him and gone away. Again I contacted the service centre and the reply this time was they are not having the particular spare and it will take atleast two days to rectify the same. This fact they should have told me on 26-09-09 itself and they should have ordered the spare. Instead they are promising each time that it will be rectified soon.I am not able to use the water purifier for the past four days and I don't know when they will rectify the
same. Before selling the product the sales person was telling so many sugar coated words that every complaint will be taken care of immediately and after sales no body bothers about the customer. The customer care is very very poor afterwards. It was rectified only on 05.1009 with poor quality of water tap and they have charged me Rs.260 for the same. It was not fitted properly, slanting in one direction and water flow is also not good. when asked about this the standard reply was that much only they can do. never opt for eureka forbes products

100% agree that Eureka forbes is the worst service provider. They are just for money making .

I have purchased Eureka Forbes Vaccum cleaner paying 23550 rupees four months back. Till the cheque was not clear the things were moving fare enough. At the time of delivery when we opened the box in front of Eureka forbes sales person we found that two of the accessories as well as warranty card is missing and on top of that they havent provided the invoice also.

After that 100 times I might have called but no response from there side. Once they get the money they become deaf and dumb.

Something is fishy, otherwise why they are not providing the invoice and warranty card.

Worst services ever seen, I will suggest not to hit yourself by coming in there loop.

If your water purifier is within warranty and or you have entered in to an annual maintenance then IMMEDIATELY approach the Consumer Forum in your area. Please keep all the papers in tact. Consumer forum is a Government Body with semi judicial powers. The phone calls will not be accepted in the court as an evidence, send a Regd. Ack Due letter. The Consumer Forum will impose penalty on Eureka Forbes for cheating and deficiency of service. Eureka Forbes will engage lawyers and do maximum to evade. The Consumer Forum has powers to issue arrest warrants if penalty is not paid. Please claim full refund of costs of machine, the amount paid for annual maint. contract, damages to your health and family’s health, especially if you have senior citizens in you household.

complaint to replace the vacuum cleaner

I mr. J.Joseph, Chemmazhikadu house, Pallom-p.o, Kottayam-district, Kerala, [protected], [protected], [protected])purchased one eureka forbes vacuum cleaner from NCC Canteen, kottayam(1997-NCC COP HQ, Kottayam)vide bill no.039521 dated 09.03.2009.
When opened the packet the vacuum cleaner was found defective as mentioned below:
1)The top cover of the machine on which the horse pipe to be fixed is not available.
2)The dust bag is not found with the machine.
As such the said vacuum cleaner came to no use and i returned to the canteen on 11.03 2009 for replacement with an assurance to give a good machine very soon.
On further enquiry, the canteen authorities said that the vacuum cleaner has been sent to the company(Ernakulam Depo)for repair/replacement.No action has been taken till date to return the same in good condition.
So necessary immediate steps may please be taken to supply the vacuum cleaner.

I had very very bad service from Eureka Forbes guys, this sales person Ghanasham Patil from Aundh PUNE, office was very nice before placing the order for Nova Gold and agreed couple of things related to installation, once order is put, money got deposited We need to continuously follow starting from delivery to installation, almost a month still installation is not complete and we are not able to use it.
till now almost daily calling, but he doesn't pickup the phone and no reply to call.
He should have told about what will be delivered and what need to be purchased, he said he will do all plumbing, electric work, but both the work we need to get it done from some one else. He also promised to deliver a out let pipe, but till now we didn't receive it,
Very bad service!

Hi,

EMI system is very poor.

Never trust any statement of sales executive of Eureka forbes.

Always call the toll free.

They have told me just give us the full amount through credit card first time.

After that whenver or whatever amount i need as installemnt, they will deduct that amount from my credit card and pay me it in cash.

First time, they taken full:12500

after that i need amount by deducting 1500.

they paid me 10000.

second time,

I asked for 9000.

this time they show me their pathetic quality of service.

They paid this amount after lot of calls .

After 40 days of deducting the amount.

I have to pay the amount from my pocket.

EMI system failed here.

THIRD time:

This time i asked for 8000.i.e; 1000 rs deduct.

They still not paid me.

The sales guy rajkumar ([protected]) is not picking the phone.

I escalateded this to his manager.

Now, he is not picking the phone.Mr Khan ([protected]).

I suspect they have digested my amount.

If any of aquagard senir person is readng this, please do the needful.

How can i refer someone to buy Aquagard?

I am complaining for fixing a problem with the RO water filter procured from eurekaforbes. I am amazed at the care free and lackadiscal attitude of the complaint handling deparment of the firm. If it was for purchasing a new product they would have been active. I think after sale service is as important especially when the product is under warrenty.

I have given a service contract of the Aquaguard installed at my residence to your authorized service centre, whose telephone Nos. are [protected] and [protected] vide contract receipt No.10-[protected] dated 21.02.2008 for the period from 15.04.2008 to 14.04.2010.

Please note that Aquaguard is not working for the last one week for which I have lodged a complaint on phone on 08.09.2008 but till date nothing has been done so far inspite of my 2-3 telephone requests.

Now, I have no alternative but to approach you with the request to kindly look into the matter and do the needful immediately as I am facing great difficulty without purified water.

The same with me. I baught the Gold Nova water purification system on 30th May and till today I have not received neither Invoice nor Warranty card. When ever I give a call to them they are telling me that it will be delivered next day. But those of next days are keep on passing but I did not got any Invoice. The service of Eureka Forbes is really bad and just for delivering the Invoice ... Imagine the pain you are going to get for service. My sincere suggestions to others are avoid buying products from Eureka Forbes. Go to some other vendors. They also have better products than Eureka Forbes.

Very pathetic customer service from eureka forbes. I have an acquaguard classic (E-boiling) and i raised a complaint(PR 23/7) on 26th July on Euro Helpline till date no service has been provided. So far I have called the euro help line ([protected])more thaan 10 times and they have been trained to get away with customer call by saying "sorry" but not worry about the customer complaint or a solution to it. The irony is Eureka Forbes sales team always walk door to door for selling but they don't bother about providing customer service. I hope Eureka Forbes should understand customer satisfaction on Serving them will boost up their equipment sales. "Eager to sell products but no bother for servcing the equipment".

I bought aqua guard total on 20.08.07 and after few days water is not coming .I complained and your customer care executive visited and said that your water supply in bad( i told him that If it was not bad then why should I buy your product)
and just cleaned the filter and walk away.After two days again this happned I called him he told to put pre filter and change the filter If this is within warranty period I don't know?
Please Sir We are your customer and beleive in your products so much don't let your reputation down.My machine is in warranty period please change whatever filter or pre filter is required FREE OF COST othwerwise I have to go Cusumer forum Directly.

We purchased a Water purifier Aug08. The water purifier is not working since 18th June. The complain number we got is [protected]. Since then we are calling customer service everyday and everyday customer support say they will send the service person on the same day. But today is 16th July and till today nobody has come. This is the poorest service we have ever seen. Now we are feeling that we made a mistake by purchasing Eureka Forbes product.

Problem occured and complaint registered on 31.05.08
Problem stated: Machine dead.
First resposnse from your local engr. after 15 days that too after many follow up from my end.
First engr's response was very poor and said motor needs replacement.Then after that no response from any one from organization.
I called up your service once again with lot of ftrustration on june 28th'08.
Another engineer came by night 8 pm and comfirmed under wty the motor will be replacedon 30th June.Got the signature from me on the report and vanished.

Now
1s. till my Vaccume cleaner is down.
2. I lost my WTY. for this period.
3.Lot of mental stress for greater follow ups.
4.Then why should a customer buy your so called popular Product?

Need response from any one of your organization who atleast consider customer pain.
