I had lodged the complaint on 21st Oct for the first time about my aquagaurd. The complaint number given to me was80108693.
The complaint was that my aquaguard needs service and is not working properly. I was told that the service man will resopnd in 1day. After waiting for few days I again called up the service center number 39883333 and found out that the service number which I had was in the name of some other person. Frustrated with this I filed another complaint and was given the number A2601. This was done on 26th Oct, 2007. Since then I have made a gazzilian calls and asked for service and till date (16th Nov, 2007) no one from the service depatrment has even bothered to call me back, leave alone the servicing of my aquagaurd. When even I call to 39883333 to check the status, I am told that 'We are very sorry for the inconvenience, thank you for your patience, I will make sure that the service personale will give you a call today.' I have heard this from Anita, Gilbert, Wilson, Srikant and I dont even remember the names of many of the customer care agent.
Also these agents give me telephone numbers like22108657, 22108654, 22109487, and more and when I dial on these either they are out of order or busy and the best part is one of them was a Washermans number. I am sick and tierd of this kind of games. Is servicing of an aquagaurd this big a problem?
I have taken off from my office at various ocasions as the customer care persons have assured me that someone will be contacting me today itself and i didnt want them to return back. I think it was a big mistake to buy something from Eureka forbes and there is no post sales service and the customer care number is useless.
