Eureka Forbes - Aquagard / Poor customer service!

The output of water is minimal and we are forced to buy mineral water of 60 rupees everyday since 14th of May till date. Everytime upon being asked, the assurance is given that the problem will be sorted out within 24 hrs but its all shameless acts of ignoring the responsibilities towards the consumer. Nobody has turned up at all and Mr Anil who was quite instrumental (his mobile no [protected]) is not responding now.
