I bought products from them totaling US$70.00. Turned out to be defective. I was willing to send it back to them but they ask me to pay for all shipment charges. After months of communication I am only refunded $30. According to them this is 80%of product cost. How is 80% of $70 equal to $30? Well, they say shipment cost is out of their control.
These were also 'S+' parts so I thought they would at least check that it works before sending. Now I am forced to pay for these defects.
After this refund, all communication channels are closed. The ticket I raised for the 'RMA' is also closed and impossible to write any feedback/message to them.
This business should not be allowed to continue. I hope they get raided for selling poor quality imitation parts.

Aliexpress is the worst customer sercice I have ever experienced. They ripped me off together with ETradeSupply Store. Thieves! No response of the seller. Customer service said that they agree the fact that sellers robbed customers. Lost €185. Do not ever deal with ETradeSupply Store. Skype: sophia0815. Be aware of this thieves. Ordered an lcd. They send my a faulty one. Seller agreed to take it back and make a full refund. He received the item back "anthony c" and since then january 2018 no refund and no replay. Customer service such a wasters!

Do not waste your hard earned money on eTradeSupply! They are selling broken parts and they do not test anything! I have ordered some parts for my computer and everything was broken and wasn't working. When I called customer service I spoke to a person which had this strong Asian accent. It was really hard to speak with them. I bet these guys are from China.
So I asked for a refund and they said they need some time to resolve my issue and asked me to wait. So I was put on hold like forever and when they came back they said sorry there is nothing we could do! Scammers! Avoid at all costs!
Don't discriminate when you buy something, otherwise, you don't respect yourself because where to buy is your own choice. What you need to focus on the quality, price, and service of the product.
